Regionální integrace na americkém kontinentě (NAFTA, FTAA)

Práce se zabývá regionální integrací NAFTA (Severoamerická zóna volného obchodu) a pokusem o vytvoření FTAA (Celoamerická zóna volného obchodu). V rámci NAFTA jsou rozpracovávána východiska k integraci, samotné ujednání a následně vztahy mezi členy v oblasti obchodu zbožím a službami, dále v oblasti investic, volného pohybu osob a ekologie. V rámci FTAA je rozebrána situace jednotlivých regionálních integrací v Latinské Americe a následně jednání v rámci FTAA a příčiny prozatimního neúspěchu integrace. Krátce je zde popsána i alternativa FTAA, ALBA (Bolivariánská Alternativa).

Manažerské dovednosti v procesu jednání a vyjednávání

Práce pojednává o osobě manažera a manažerských dovednostech v procesu jednání a vyjednávání, a to především v rámci strukturní firmy. Práce obsahuje základní seznámení s osobou manažera, jeho prací a strukturní firmou. Stěžejní část je zaměřena na komunikační dovednosti a rozdělení lidí podle jejich chování, které je ovlivněno jejich záměry. Podle daného chování se pak volí nejvhodnější způsob komunikace. Obsahem práce jsou také základní obecné principy komunikace a charakteristika nonverbální komunikace. Cílem práce je určit nejvhodnější postupy komunikace v rámci strukturní firmy.

Charakteristika obchodního jednání a národních zvyklostí v Mali

Cílem této práce je posouzení, do jaké míry se shoduje teorie obchodního jednání s praxí, a jak je ovlivněna různými kulturami a národními zvyklostmi. Práce má sloužit k větší informovanosti zainteresovaných osob o Mali, konkrétně o způsobu jednání v Mali a jeho odlišnostech od evropského jednání. V první části se zaměřuji na vymezení teorie vyjednávání a diplomacie. V druhé části popisuji konkrétní charakteristiky obchodního jednání v Mali. Krátká závěrečná část je věnována zamyšlení nad vlivem francouzské kultury na kulturu malijskou.

Some Aspects of Communication with a Blind Patient

This diploma work deals with some aspects of the communication with sight disabled patients. The theoretical part is dedicated to the problems of a sight disability, general definition of a communicational idea and and communicational specialities of sight disabled patients. It describes some particular sight defects, psycho - social aspects of a sight disability and it also deals with a training of generally educated nurses, nurses with a diploma and health assistants for a work with sight disabled people. In an experimental part the diploma work makes an inquiry of sight disabled people when visiting Health Centers and on the contrary the experience of nurses with these patients. For this research work two questionaires were made and used. One of the questionaires was used for sight disabled people, another one for nurses. Two experimantal groups consisted of 104 sight disabled people and 100 nurses working in outpatients department. From this research it is perceptable that all the nurses working at all the health workplaces should know how to work with sight disabled people.The research proved that the problems appear in dealing nurses with patients, these problems concern especially the nurses lack of effort to solve the situation with a companion or an unsuitable accompaniment. Prodej podniku z pohledu právního, účetního a daňového

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní, účetní a daňový pohled prodeje podniku. Část zabývající se právním pohledem popisuje českou legislativní úpravu prodeje podniku a zaměřuje se na konkrétní ustanovení a zákony. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje způsobu účtování při prodeji podniku z pohledu prodávajícího i kupujícího. Další kapitola popisuje účtování u osob, které vedou daňovou evidenci. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na daňový pohled prodeje podniku. Věnuje se jednotlivým typům daní a jejich dopadům na prodej podniku. V příloze je uveden příklad na prodej a koupi podniku, zaúčtování jednotlivých operací a dopad na rozvahu a výsledek hospodaření.

Regulatory Fees Five Years after Establishing

Regulatory fees were launched by the Act No. 261/2007 Coll. on stabilization of public budget. Many acts were amended through this Act including the Act No. 48/1997 Coll. on public health insurance. This amendment set the obligation for the person insured or their legal representative to pay regulatory fees to the medical facility providing health care ? a practitioner, a medical facility or a pharmacy. The aim of this thesis was to summarize legal adjustment considering regulatory fees and to map citizens´ opinions of both this issue and regulatory character of fees. The author´s goal was to ascertain whether citizen´s opinions have changed in past five years since their implementation. Whether citizens became accustomed to the fees and if they understood their purpose or they would rather abolish them. Theoretical part explains the terms relating to health care and insurance industry where the particular regulatory fees are explained in detail, such as their amount and the range of people involved. The attention is paid even to cases of the regulatory fee exemption. Theoretical part also deals with the safety limit which is directly concerned with regulatory fees as well as it is explained which fees belong to this limit. The next subsection is concerned with the basic rules of providing health care in member states of the European Union. The theoretical part concludes with the description of the individual changes and amendments which regulatory fees underwent during 2008-2013. The practical part was created by the means of quantity research which was conducted through the questioning method. The questioning survey of 331 respondents among the public of South Bohemia was implemented through online questionnaire and the tangible forms. Three following hypotheses are defined on the basis of the secondary sources: Hypothesis 1: Respondents do not agree with the fee increases for a hospital stay from 60,- CZK to 100,- CZK. Hypothesis 2: From all the launched regulatory fees only the emergency service fee affects the use of health care. Hypothesis 3: Patients agree with the prescription charges. The hypotheses H1 and H3 were confirmed whereas H2 were proved false on the basis of the questionnaires. It was proved that 90,- CZK treatment fee in emergency service is not for the majority of people so high so that it would prevent them from using emergency service and therefore negatively affected the use of health care. On the contrary, it follows from the confirmed hypothesis that the cancellation of 30,-CZK fee for prescription item and the replacement for fee prescription as a whole was correct. As patients are more willing to pay a fee for prescription rather than pay for every item. The outcome of hypothesis 1 was virtually unequivocal for most of respondents do not agree with the fee increase for a one day of hospital stay. Research outcomes show the fact that in comparison with previous years not only does the acceptance of citizens about regulatory fee system gets better but also does their acceptance of citizens and citizens? willingness to pay them. There is always a group of people who are not satisfied with the current adjustment of regulatory fees. It also seems improbable to eliminate fees to affect personal and family budget. The important goals of Czech public health and responsible bodies are to set regulatory fees in the way to accomplish their regulatory objective as well as make sure fees do not limit the ability of people who end up in socially or otherwise difficult situation to use health care. The thesis may work well as an information booklet for the wide public, as a study material for the students of Health and Social Studies or as a source for comparison with future researches.

A comparison between upgrading of the Březová nad Svitavou railway station and a new railway stop

The task of the thesis is to propose an adjustment to the railway station Březová nad Svitavou with regard to the introduction of the remote control of security device and explore the possibility of building a new railway stop that would be located closer to downtown. The aim is mutual comparison of elaborated variants. Work includes design of new platforms meet the conditions for safe access for people with limited mobility, next adjustment are adjustment of the geometric parameters of the track superstructure and substructure, including system of drainage station.

Tématem této diplomové práce je přesun sídla právnických osob v rámci Společenství. Cílem bylo zmapovat současnou komunitární úpravu společností a zjistit do jaké míry je v současné době možné, aby společnosti mohly přemístit své zapsané sídlo z jednoho členského státu do jiného bez nutnosti svého předchozího zrušení a likvidace. Stejně tak se věnuje dosavadní judikatuře ESD ohledně svobody usazování, která právní úpravu společností významným způsobem dotváří.

Legal negotiations of business conduct

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to alalyze existing rules of business conduct and find out haw is it used this legislativ in practice. My attention was focused especially on content of the social contract and differences in their solutions for specific businessman. Mainly wondering whether businessman fully incorporate the provision of the commercial code or regulating social contract by own needs.
