Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat platnou právní úpravu jednání podnikatele a zjistit, jakým způsobem je v praxi využívána. Svou pozornost jsem zaměřila především na obsah společenských smluv a odlišnosti jejich řešení u konkrétních podnikatelských subjektů. Zejména mne zajímalo, zda podnikatelé plně přejímají ustanovení obchodního zákoníku anebo využívají možnosti upravit společenskou smlouvu podle vlastních potřeb tak, jak to připouští obchodní zákoník. The aim of my bachelor thesis was to alalyze existing rules of business conduct and find out haw is it used this legislativ in practice. My attention was focused especially on content of the social contract and differences in their solutions for specific businessman. Mainly wondering whether businessman fully incorporate the provision of the commercial code or regulating social contract by own needs.
