Specifics of training and development in small organizations - analysis of employee satisfaction with training offer

The topic of this dissertation is employee education in the organizations. This work begins with the description of a comprehensive system of training and education of employees in the organizations. Next chapters are devoted to the business education system with focus on conception of learning organizations. The subsection is also focusing on the concept of strategic human resources development. An important chapter of this dissertation is a description of the process of designing the training of employees in the organizations, which includes parts focusing on the identification and analysis of a need of education, planning and implementation of education and its evaluation. In this framework are defined areas such as learning objectives, selected subgroup of learners, forms and methods of educational events, role of personality motivation and trainers. The practical part is devoted to description, analysis and comparison of the selected small organizations in terms of structure and organization of the education system. Bachelor thesis deals with the efficient education of employees, if the organization is in a high turnover rate. It deals with the question of whether it makes sense in such an organization to educate employees and if so, what the most appropriate manner. The aim of this work is the analysis of the current situation to help identify the most effective education system, which would partly help reduce turnover. Corporate Social Responsibility: CEZ Group Case Study of its CSR Activities in Years 2009 - 2010

The main goal of this project is to describe the concept of social responsible corporation in the area of the Czech Republic. This work starts with description of Corporate Social Responsibility concept, briefly following its historical development. On the bases of several definitions of theoretical concepts, its main parts and aims are set. One after another, each part is analyzed from different points of views and every theoretical part is compared to existing projects and actions of ČEZ corporation. Economic and legal responsibility contains for example aim to gain higher profit, respecting laws and directives, customer and stakeholder communication or employee policy. Social responsibility concerns charity or social development support. Environmental part focuses on protecting nature and other green issues. The effect of Corporate Social Responsibility of ČEZ corporation is compared with public opinion study results. After, the effect of corporate social responsible behavior is analyzed.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with strategic analysis. Characterizes, analyzes and valuates the current situation of the Semperflex Ltd. The theoretical part focuses on the general characteristics of strategic analysis and methods of creating strategic plans. In the practical part is made the external and the internal analysis, which is the foundation of the SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis are the essence of making proposals to improve business competitiveness.
Business Intention of Construction Company focused on Timber Constructions

The thesis includes business intention of construction company in the form of a feasibility study. Planned company deals with the realization of timber-framed buildings that are built by hand directly on the construction site. The introductory part describes basic knowledge of the investment projects planning. One subchapter shortly describes the timber construction system. Parts of the business intention are oriented on corporate strategy, marketing, production technology, manpower, economic a financial analysis and risk management. In conclusion is an overall assessment of the project feasibility.

The Master’s thesis is focused on evaluation the performance of the company NEPA. The theoretical part includes the definition of business performance concepts and the presentation of the assessment methodology. This part continues in the description of selected types of strategic analyses. There is an introduction of the company, its activities, strategic and financial analyses in analytic part. That is important for inscription and the base of Balanced Scorecard concept. Based on these findings a Balanced Scorecard implementation proposal is for the analyzed company. In the conclusion, this is completed with relevant proposals.

The master’s thesis deals with Balanced Scorecard implementation within a company environment. The object of the thesis is to increase the effectiveness of strategic management which can be achieved through proper implementation of the method. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts of strategic management, followed by the description of method BSC, its implementation and risks. The practical part is focused on creating a business strategy and the model BSC implementation in particular company. As an auxiliary tool for management decision making a fuzzy model was developed and then a dialogue is held with fuzzy expert system.

The aim of thesis therefore is, on the base of an analysis, to propose such a project, where previous results and experiences are going to be used, to make competitiveness and further progress of the company better.
