Central Dalmatia - holiday packages for Czech tourists at the Adriatic Sea.
ZÁVODSKÁ VAHALÍKOVÁ, Lenka
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to prepare two combined beach and activity holiday packages through Central Dalmatia that could withstand the very tough competition on the travel market. The benefit of such combined holidays is that they also include places that some other travel agencies have neglected, but are affordable for a wide range of clients. The tours will appeal especially to those who would like to combine an active holiday in the form of exploring natural attractions and historical monuments with relaxing by the sea on the Central Dalmatian coast. As regards age, the most significant market segments will probably be clients under 30 years old, middle-aged travellers, and seniors who are in good health and physically fit. These packages are not suitable for family holidays due to the full programme and its organization. They are also more demanding as regards physical fitness and time and usually take place at times that are not the most convenient for families.
Analysis of the offer of chosen tour operator

The thesis is focused on tour operator one-step CZ and its offer. The theoretical part contains definition of basic terms of tourism industry, such as tour operator, holiday package and especially the Act Nr. 159/1999 Coll. about some conditions of business in the tourism industry is presented. The next part is characterisation of the tour operator and its competitors. The last part is focused on the offer of one-step CZ. Holiday packages and services are analysed in detail. Finally, the offer of the tour operator is evaluated using SWOT analysis.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the offer analysis of travel agency Mayer & Crocus. In the theoretical part there are basic terms relating to activities of travel agencies determined and then functions of travel agencies, its products and conditions for obtaining a concession are defined. There are direct and indirect ways of promotion, price policy of travel agencies and factors affecting the offer of travel agencies described. Practical part consists of an introduction of the travel agency Mayer & Crocus and the analysis of the offer of the travel agency according to following criteria: type, destination, means of transport, form and extent of catering services, category of accommodation facilities and target client. Promotion of this travel agency is mentioned and customer feedback questionnaires for the previous season are evaluated. Finally, the offer of the travel agency is evaluated using SWOT analysis.

Bachelor thesis is aimed at the travel agency AXIA, concretely at its functions, activity, sevices, offer, competition (the travel agency Slan Tour, the travel agency Kellner and the travel agency Mayer&Crocus) and last but not least at its promotion. The first part is theoretical, where all the basic and important terms are defined. While the second part is based on the practical aspect and the most important subject of this part is a supply analysis of the tours and packages of the travel agency AXIA. This chapter includes also transport services analysis, accommodation facility analysis, food service analysis and the ways of supply promotion. At the end this bachelor thesis evaluates the travel agency AXIA and its current supply in term of SWOT analysis and checklists.

The objective of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the offer of the travel agency Osvěta. At first, there is a specification of terms used in the work. The next step is a characterisation of the travel agency and its competitors. Holiday packages, packaged tours and services are analysed in the practical part of the work. Following part is dedicated to the possibilities of promotion of the offer and options of its sale. At the end, the travel agency is evaluated on the base of results of a questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis.
Offer analysis of the travel agency

The bachelor's thesis focuses on an offer analysis of the travel agency Alexandria. Firstly, basic terms connected to the activity of the travel agency are defined. The functions of the travel agency, its duties and conditions necessary for business are explained. In the next part of the thesis, the travel agency Alexandria is presented. Further on, the chapter fully attends to the offer analysis of the travel agency Alexandria. In the final part, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats coming out from the analysis of previous chapters are presented. The whole thesis is closed by a summary and a final evaluation of the offer given by the travel agency Alexandria.
Supply analysis of travel agency

The thesis pursues the supply analysis of the travel agency Vivamonde. The first part defines the basic terms from the tourism, especially the terms connected with the legislative level of the operation of the travel agencies. There is generally characterized supply in the tourism industry placing emphasis on supply of the travel agencies. Practical part is dedicated to the description of the travel agency and of the analysis of its products and services.There is mentioned its narrow specialization on the destination of Turkey and there are shortly described resorts offered by Vivamonde. Holiday packages are analyzed in term of the type of the holiday package and offered transportation, accommodation and food and beverage service. In the last part of thesis are mentioned payment conditions and there is described the promotion and sales support of the travel agency.
Package holiday to Netherlands (outgoing tourism)

The main aim of this project is to create such package holiday to Netherlands which has been ordered by a conrete client. Package holiday to Netherlands in this project is primarily focused on exploring cultural, historical and natural attractions of this country. First part of this thesis is a theoretical section that desribes the process of creation of the holiday package by tour operator. People who take part in this package holiday will visit the capital of Netherlands - Amsterdam, they will admire beauties of Keukenhof, the floral park, they will see a process of production of the traditional pottery, the Delft ware and they will visit the cheese market and open-air museum of wind mills in Zaanse Schans.

There are presented german tour operators whose holiday packages are being sold in the Czech republic. According to the price comparison of holiday packages there are presented destinations which are better to be bought by czech or german tour operators.
Creation of a holiday package in the context of domestic tourism

This thesis is focused on issues relating to the activities of travel agencies, namely the creation of the product in the context of domestic tourism. Its aim is to create a holiday package that will be able to compete in the competition and will enjoy the interest of many people. The southern part of the Pilsner region is the final destination, it has a big potential for a tourism developlment due to numerous historical sights and beauties of nature.
