Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nabídky cestovní kanceláře Mayer & Crocus. Nejdříve jsou zde vymezeny základní pojmy související s činností cestovní kanceláře, poté její funkce a produkt a následně podmínky pro získání koncese. Dále jsou popsány prostředky komunikace cestovní kanceláře se zákazníkem, cenová politika a faktory ovlivňující nabídku cestovní kanceláře. V praktické části je představena cestovní kancelář Mayer & Crocus a podrobně rozebrána její nabídka dle následujících kritérií: typu, destinace, dopravního prostředku, formy a rozsahu stravovacích služeb, kategorie ubytovacího zařízení a cílového zákazníka. Zmíněny jsou prostředky komunikace této cestovní kanceláře s cílovými zákazníky a vyhodnocení anketních lístků za sezónu 2010. V závěrečné části je za pomoci SWOT analýzy zhodnocena nabídka cestovní kanceláře Mayer & Crocus. Bachelor thesis is focused on the offer analysis of travel agency Mayer & Crocus. In the theoretical part there are basic terms relating to activities of travel agencies determined and then functions of travel agencies, its products and conditions for obtaining a concession are defined. There are direct and indirect ways of promotion, price policy of travel agencies and factors affecting the offer of travel agencies described. Practical part consists of an introduction of the travel agency Mayer & Crocus and the analysis of the offer of the travel agency according to following criteria: type, destination, means of transport, form and extent of catering services, category of accommodation facilities and target client. Promotion of this travel agency is mentioned and customer feedback questionnaires for the previous season are evaluated. Finally, the offer of the travel agency is evaluated using SWOT analysis.
