This diploma thesis is focused on the identification of cultural values in IKEA Brno, compared to a situation in a small campany Lino s.r.o. The research is based on a detailed analysis of situation in the company and its company culture with subsequent interrogation methods, namely by VSM94 method, minds maps and personal interview. The output of this diploma thesis should be a list of concrete steps, which is possible to implement in IKEA Brno.
The Influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover

This Master's Thesis deals with the topics of employee turnover and job satisfaction, more precisely with the way in which job satisfaction can influence employee turnover in a company. The goal of the Thesis is to design a way to analyse job satisfaction in an organization and determine the way in which job satisfaction influences the turnover potential of current employees. The Thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is a literary research that deals with topics of employee turnover, job satisfaction and the relationship between the two. The second chapter describes the environment in which the data for empirical research was collected, the tools used for data collection and summarizes hypotheses and goals for the empirical part. The final chapter presents the results of the research, evaluation of the problematic areas in the organization and author's recommendations for addressing the discovered shortcomings in the future.
Problematics of high employee turnover in hotel Thermal

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on high employee turnover in a specific company. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part consists of definitions, theoretical starting-points and methods connected with employee turnover. In the beginning of the second part the hotel is briefly introduced. In the main body of second part I have analysed the situation in the hotel based on internal documents, hotel´s official web page, official statistics and an interview with company´s manager. Using the knowledge in the theoretical part I have proposed several changes in order to decrease employee turnover.

This bachelor thesis is dedicated about a fluctuation in a local organization which is situated in České Budějovice and has about 815 employees. The theoretical part deals with problem of the turnover generally defines the term of employee turnover summarizes its factors, positive and negative impacts which are connected with it. It includes a finance, an administration, a management or an or-ganization. The main problem is if the employees are not satisfied in their job. It deals with the employee turnover rate and the most frequent causes of voluntary quits. Because I have got a specific organization, the practical part concentrates on analysis of employee turnover in a chosen company. How is evolves in one year, five years or ten years by the time.

Recruitment, Selection and Retention of the Employees in the Trade Company

The thesis focused on the characteristics fields of personnel service namely recruitment, selection and retention of employees. The main goal of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the state of recruiting, selecting and retaining in a domestic trade company in the context of internal and external influence and subsequently, to formulate conclusions and recommendations for reducing employee turnover in the trade company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on current theoretical knowledge regarding employee recruitment, selection, retention and turnover. The practical part analyses the state of HR activities in the studied trade company, with an emphasis on two different groups of employees, according to the type of their occupation. Following the analysis, we evaluate the assessed facts while maintaining a differentiated approach to different work positions. Finally we recommend which changes and activities should be implemented to improve unsatisfactory personnel processes and to eliminate the undesirable progress of employee turnover in the trade company.

Employee satisfaction and stabilization of workers in a company

This thesis deals with the job satisfaction in one factory of a textile company which is struggling with high employee turnover. In the theoretical part, the attention is paid to staff turnover and employee satisfaction. In the empirical part, building on the theoretical part, an analysis of employee satisfaction is performed based on a survey in the factory. In the final part, proposals and possible actions are discussed which may lead to an improvement of the situation in the company.

The theses is focused on analysis of satisfaction and stabilization of employees in Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. Through a survey is examined which factors most influence the job satisfaction of employees, further there is examined the level of satisfaction in 16 different areas. The paper presents findings on employees' satisfaction with their supervisors as the most important factor in satisfaction. There is also described the current state of stabilization of employees in this organization. The aim of this paper is to elaborate a theoretical approach of the issue of job satisfaction, employee turnover, and stabilization and subsequent analysis of the current situation in Lázně Poděbrady, a.s., an evaluation of these results and developing recommendations to management for further action. The paper is divided into theoretical and empirical part, in the conclusions are given suggestions for management.
