Hagiographic Romance in the Texts of Virgine Martyrs in the Golden Legend
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Markéta
The Bachelor's Thesis intends to prove the thesis of the contamination of the hagiographic genre passio by the secular romance genre, using selected texts about the virgin martyrs from the bohemical version of The Golden Legend by Jakub de Voranige (cf. Zajíčková 2010). The basis of interpretation is an analysis of the main characters of the given genres, particularly their portraying by the virgin martyr type. In interpretations, we can observe the approach for elaboration of the traditional narratives with the medieval virgin martyrs theme in the thirteenth century.

Automatic processing of law amendments
Mareček, David ; Klusáček, David (referee) ; Zeman, Daniel (advisor)
Law amendments are unreadable for normal people and do not provide the actual wording of the law. The complete versions of laws are usually published after several amendments, if at all. The amendments often contain sentences like "the dot is substituted by comma at the end of the paragraph, and words . . . are added", "after the second sentence, insert the sentence . . .", "the new wording of the paragraph number 12 is . . .". The main goal of this work is to create an application that will be able to read a given law together with its amendments and create the complete version of the law. A few laws were chosen to test the application, and an accuracy of 95% has been achieved.

Automatic extraction of data from web pages
Gold, Otto ; Adámek, Jiří (advisor) ; Nečaský, Martin (referee)
In this thesis I focused myself on the increasing importance of an automatic web page processing. Thesis deals with proposition and implementation of a program tool which proceses the web pages. The objective of this tool is to separate data, the user demands and it's presentation cover. Processing of the page is driven by a script defined by the user. It is neccessary to define the script only at the very first job at the selected page. Next time some action is performed with the page, program follows this defined script. Thus, there is no need to put any more effort to get the up-todate version of the information from the page. I laid stress mostly on accessibility of the program for ordinary users and on minimalization of a work user must do when defining the operative script. Program also solves the wide-spreaded problem with the web pages source code, which differs from the XHTML language standard.
