Proposal for a multifunctional building on the corner of Bratislavská and Stará. The specified plot is located in the city of Brno Zabrdovice. Its great advantage is its proximity to the city center, which makes it ideal future potential as an area suitable for housing, which also currently is. The proposed building is a townhouse, the primary function of housing and street trading partners. The concept is to complement the corner and the creation of the interior courtyards.

City house on the quay design study at Prerov Bachelor thesis deals with a multipurpose building design on the important corner parcel on the waterfront in the town of Prerov. The proposal is based on the requirements for quality and detail of created public space and quality of interior solutions intended for the users of the building. Multiple research published in the book of Jan Gehl - Life between the buildings serve as reference.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the architectural and urban project of a townhouse, placed on the waterfront in Přerov. The townhouse is designed as a multifunctional house with 4 storeys. The 1st storey (groundfloor) contains 3 shops. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th storey contains gallery appartements. In the basement there are garages. The house concurs the street fronts of streets Brabansko and Malá Dlážka. The townhouse contains two prismatic masses, that are linked together with the galleries. Horizontal construction are pronounced, they are visible on the whole circumference, on the south facade creating loggies. The structure of the townhouse combines bearing walls and supporting poles.

The thesis is a project of a multifunctional building in Olomouc. That is the detached house with a rectangular ground plan, one underground floor and four above-ground floors. In the basement there are public parking garages, an technical room and an engine room of the ventilation. On the first floor there is a cafe and a copy center and the separate entrance for owners of the residential units. There are nine separate residential units on the second to the fourth floor. The house is based on the monolithic footings. The vertical supporting structure are formed by the basement walls in a combination with the monolithic reinforced concrete columns. Horizontal supporting structure is designed from the ceiling panels SPIROLL. The building is covered with flat single-roof construction with a drainage inward disposition.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of new multifunctional building in Frydek-Mistek. Project and attachments are processed according to the current laws, regulations and standards. Multifunctional House is located on parcels 3364/190 and 3503/1, in the cadastral Místek. The house has four floors and reside in 3 commercial units and in the last two floors 5 residential units. The other two dimensions of the house are 21,15x13,15m. Roofing the house is solved by a flat roof. The building is brick ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceilings are made up of reinforced concrete panels. The construction is based on flat base structures that form the plain concrete C20 / 25 and the supporting concrete slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced curry networks 100/100/6.

Master thesis contains project documentation of low-energy multifunctional house with a full basement, three floors and finished with a flat roof. It is a detached house situated in a residential building area in capital city of Slovakia - Bratislava, district Podunajské Biskupice. The basement walls and columns are made of reinforced concrete. The basement is used as a garage with twenty-two parking spaces for flats owners and there is also placed a workshop room. Above-ground floors are designed as a reinforced concrete frame filled circumferentially with light-weight concrete blocks. Exterior cladding is covered by heat insulation. The interior vertical, non-load-bearing walls are made of plasterboard. On the ground floor are two shops and a restaurant with a terrace. There are eleven flats on the other two floors. On the second floor are seven double-bedroom flats with an open plan kitchen lounge area, four of them have a balcony. On the third floor are four flats with a terrace, three of them are two double bedroom flats with an open plan kitchen lounge area, and the fourth one is a one double bedroom flat with open plan kitchen lounge area. The entrance for shops and main entrance for flats are on the north-west side. The entrance for the restaurant is on the north-east side.

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation multifunctional building. It is a five-storey building with a basement. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. The building is divided into three working parts. Prví part is used for housing. It consists of 18 housing units, one of which is designed for wheelchair use. The second part of the building is intended for the public. This area retail sales. Includes store books, toys shop, newsagent and a hairdressing salon. The last part of it is public garage. It is intended for users of residential units.
