Industrial Robot Controlling
Studená, Zuzana ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create software for the collection and visualization of data measured during automated testing of mechanical parts for cars. Mechanical patrs are tested by collaborative robot LBR iiwa, witch sends the measured data to desktop application. The work describes the design and implementation of application for controlling the robot, collection and visualization of measured data. Last part of the work deals with testing of the final product on a real device and discusses the possibility of deployment in practice.
Cloud-Based Server for Robot Management
Jezerský, Matouš ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Materna, Zdeněk (advisor)
The goal of this project is to make robots running the ROS platform, and the servers running on them, more accessible to the users, without the need of reconfiguration after a change of network or the need of direct VPN connection, as well as with the emphasis on minimal software requirements for both users and robots. The result is an open-source application, which provides that. The solution is a reverse proxy server, put inbetween the clients and the servers running on robots - Dispatcher. For connection between clients and robots, two OpenVPN networks are used, and as a secure user interface, the existing system RMS is used and extended with Dispatcher interface.     Among other things, Dispatcher collects information about all connected robots so a summary can be displayed. This set of software tools therefore allows an authorized user to connect to robots in various networks, without the need of other client software apart of OpenVPN client and web browser.
Controlling and construction of robotic arm
Sobota, David ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Vyroubal, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with creating of robotic arm including program for processor and computer interface with graphical programming for robotic arm. It search for solution, how to connect computer with board fittingly and how to create graphical interface for programming of the arm. Topic of this work is originated as the need to create learning tool for school subjects Computer projecting of production, logistic and ecology and Technological projecting and logistic.
Windows 10 IoT on Raspberry Pi 2 computer
Prachař, Vojtěch ; Jílek, Tomáš (referee) ; Jelínek, Aleš (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to learn about the Raspberry Pi 2, Windows 10 IoT and development tools for this platform. In this work is presented hardware and software, and stated in detail the launching of development tools. In next part some sample applications and communication protocols are tested. In last part tested important ports for robotics. At the end, this platform is evaluated for the possibility of usage in home automation and robotics.
Control of mobile robot
Vožda, Ondřej ; Skula, David (referee) ; Šembera, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis describes questions of developing the system for remote and presence control of a mobile robot (wheelchair). It is concerned with choice of a proper protocol for communications via wireless network, transmission of images from webcam and data from joystick. Next objective of the thesis is recognizing surrounding obstacles using ultrasonic range finders. Thesis describes observation arisen from using this type of sensors. One of the most important points of the thesis is to discuss the safety of usage of the developed system. In conclusion, possibilities for future development are stated.
Design of a Mobile Robotic Platform
Kolář, Vít ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This thesis focuses on a design of a mobile robotic platform for an autonomous grass-reaping machine controlled by wireless connected computer. There is some information about the creation and objects of this project in the beginning and than the reader is made familiar with two autonoumous grass-reaping machines that are already on the market. The main chapter describes all the robots subsystems such as senzory, motoric and control subsystem. The issue of power supply and navigation is also mentioned. All these parts are beeing described both theoretically and from the point of autonomous grass-reaping machine as well.
Map Making Using Particle Filters and Laser Scanner
Izrael, Petr ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis describes basics of automatic map making based on odometry and laser range data of a robot. This task is also known as Simultaneous Localization and Mapping. Approach described in this thesis uses particle filters for creating planar grid-based maps. Final chapters are concerned with own implementation and some basic experiments.
Camera Based Object Tracking
Psota, Michal ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work focuses on theoretical description, proposal and implementation of a program for coloured object tracking by a robot. Picture processing uses wrapper of OpenCV library - EmguCV. The application communicates with the robot and guides it to track a specified coloured object. The program is implemented in C# language.
Visualisation of Path-Finding for Robot
Kvasnica, Miroslav ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with sampling-based algorithms for robot path planning. Theoretical principles of probabilistic path finding and its implementation details are discussed here. The second part focuses on individual algorithms - PRM, EST, RRT and SRT and its modifications. Java applets for visualisation of algorithms and web pages related with sampling-based algorithms are included on the CD.
3D Map Building Based on Stereo Vision for Mobile Robot Navigation
Babinec, Adam ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Herman, David (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to the subject of passive stereo vision in modern robotics. The work includes the design and implementation of autonomous passive binocular stereo vision system for mobile robot navigation. A three-dimensional local map is built up by aggregation of point clouds created by reprojection of the image pairs taken with stereocamera. The image pairs are reprojected using disparity map obtained with application of block matching algorithms on the image pairs. The local map is represented by voxel grid stored in an octree and it supports detection of moving obstacles on ray-casting principle. Visual odometry is calculated by tracking reprojected paired image features detected in series of image pairs. The system allows user to choose different approaches to the problem solving, it is platform and hardware-independent and provides graphic user interface.
