Šafránek, Jan ; Koubský, Petr (advisor) ; Kopecký, Petr (referee)
SAP IS-U is de-facto industry standard for customer information systems for utility companies through Europe -- used in electricity, gas, district heating and water utilities industry. These core modules are needed for invoicing tasks and most classical day-to-day scenarios: * IS-U BF Basic Functions * IS-U MD Master Data * IS-U DM Device Management * IS-U BI-IN Billing Invoicing * FI-CA Contract Accounts Especially for large customers in electricity and gas industry, IS-U EDM Energy Data Management is used for management of interval reading consumption and profiles. As utility industry evolves through market liberalization, unbundling processes are covered by IS-U IDE Intercompany Data Exchange (with PI Process Integration as and integration platform). Additionally, IS-U Work Management can be used to connect IS-U processes with PM Plant Maintenance functionality of SAP ERP and service department processes can be covered through two different products: * IS-U CS Customer Service - Older solution, less robust but fully integrated and easier for implementation * SAP CRM -- Stand-alone product, more robust, full featured solution My diploma theses can be used as a brief introduction into the world of IS-U and I also tried to answer these two additional questions: * Common processes that are not covered by IS-U * Comparison of ASAP and MMDIS methodology

Research question: Does the length of deployment and the related changes of soldiers' mental states influence their participation in leisure time activities? Does a military base offer sufficient choice of facilities for leisure time activities? Working hypotheses: H1: The intensity and...

Němec, Petr ; Marková, Hana (advisor) ; Kotáb, Petr (referee)
80 Summary Establishment as an allocation key for proper taxation The work is concerned with the questions of an establishment as an allocation key for proper taxation. The main objective of the work is to get the brief and clear overview of the position of an establishment especially from the income tax point of view. Nowadays - in the world full of international transactions without borders - it is for particular states more and more important to identify where certain transactions have their source and where they should be taxed. The choice of the proper allocation key for the taxation is very complicated since it meets many legal branches. For setting up the uniformed proceeding regarding international taxation the institution of an establishment was invented. The institution of an establishment is related to both tax law and business law. The concept of an establishment can be found in the Commercial Code or in the Trades Licensing Act. Moreover the tax law contains its own specifications of an establishment. Namely it is the permanent establishment for the purposes of the Income Taxes Act and the fixed establishment for the purposes of the VAT Act. For proper examination of the occurrence of establishment definitions we often have to explore the international legislation too - e.g. the Double tax...

Fulfilment of selected standards of quality of provided care from the point of seniors.
ŠKARKOVÁ, Zdeňka
The topic of Bachelor's thesis is the fulfilment of selected standards of quality for social services from the point of view of its users in nursing home. The theoretical part contains definitions of basic terms from the field of social services with a focus on seniors, which relate to standards of quality of social services - senior age, needs, quality of life, social services, standards of quality and the Dačice nursing home. The aim of the work was to map the fulfilment of standards of quality for social services and their implementation in a nursing home from the point of view of seniors. Other goals were to determine the extent of fulfilment of standards the quality of social services from the point of view of users of a particular service and to determine the possibilities for correspondence of a particular social service to regularly available public assistance resources. A hypothesis was set. In order to achieve gals and verify the validity of the hypothesis, a form of quantitative research was selected, along with secondary analysis of internal guidelines. The focuses of the research were all users of the nursing home in Dačice. Following evaluation of the results of the research, I have concluded that the goals have been fulfilled and the hypothesis was rejected. In the nursing home in Dačice the selected standards for social services have not been fulfilled from the point of view of seniors. This Bachelor's work can provide the nursing home with an evaluation of provided services and can serve the public during decisions about selection of a social services provider.

Susceptibility of pigs to various Cryptosporidium species and genotypes
KESTŘÁNOVÁ, Michaela
Three-four and 8 week old pigs (three animals per isolate) were inoculated with Cryptosporidium muris C. tyzerri, C. suis and Cryptosporidium pig genotype II at a dose of 1 × 107 oocysts per animal. Pigs inoculated with C. muris or C. tyzerri showed no detectable infection and no clinical symptoms of cryptosporidiosis during 30 days post infection (DPI), and no macroscopic changes were detected in the digestive tract after necropsy. Any developmental stages were detected in gastrointestinal tract tissue neither by histology nor PCR throughout the duration of the experiment. The infectivity of these isolates was verified on SCID mice, in which oocysts shedding started from 4 to 8 DPI. Experimental infection revealed susceptibility of both 4 and 8 week old pigs to C. suis. While parasitological, molecular and histology examination confirmed susceptibility of 8 week old pigs to Cryptosporidium pig genotype II, 4 week old pigs were not being infected with this genotype. Both C. suis and Cryptosporidium pig genotype II were detected in small and large intestine. Based on our findings, it can be concluded that pigs are not susceptible to C. muris or C. tyzzeri infection, C. suis does not have age specificity and Cryptosporidium pig genotype II is not infectious for pre-weaned pigs
