Kolářová, Michaela ; Czesaný, Slavoj (advisor) ; Brabec, Petr (referee)
This thesis deals with a position of persons with disability (PWD) in the labor market from the perspective of these individuals. Based on the data obtained by questionnaire survey was conducted SWOT analysis which shows that PWD do not perceive negatively their own position on labor market. However, there is always something to improve, whether by themselves or in the surroundings in which they move. Furthermore, this thesis analyzes the impact of legislative measures to promote the employment of people with disabilities in 2000 - 2014. Based on the data obtained by the Czech Statistical Office was conducted regression analysis of three models. Estimates of econometric models support the hypothesis that higher unemployment in the case of persons without a disability employment is declining persons with disabilities. Further, it failed to confirm the hypothesis that the impact of legislative changes to promote employment for persons with disabilities has a positive effect on the employment of these persons. The last hypothesis that says that these legislative changes have no impact on the unemployment rate of persons without a disability was confirmed.

KLÍMOVÁ, Lucie
Foster Currently, about foster care a lot of talk , especially in connection with changes in the new Civil Code. Placing the child in foster care for a child better than a residential facility. Children need parents (although they are foster parents). Foster parents can give a child the same love and care as biological parents and often better. It is important that the child at the foster family that can meet the children's needs as well as biological parents and a child to be respected and loved. The theoretical part consists of chapters, the first dealing with the family, the second chapter is devoted to institutional care and institutional care and the third chapter is devoted to foster care. The chapters about the process of arranging foster care, a child adapt to a new environment, preparation for the adoption of a child to the NDP, NDP support, dissimulation adoption. The last chapter focuses on contact with the child, which will be located in the care of the adoptive parents. The aim of the empirical part of this study was to explore the current system of child care outside their own family. For information on its work on the topic Optimizing child care outside their own family, he was elected a qualitative approach. The data were collected through narrative and polořízených interviews with selected respondents. Narrative and semi-controlled interviews were conducted by questions prepared in advance Selected respondents were foster parents, adoptive parents and staff of orphanages and children centers. The results of the interviews institutional facilities were compared among themselves and with specialized information resources The research has found that changes in the law brought a lot of negatives. Stay of children in institutions is longer. Research suggests that in facilities under the auspices of the Ministry of Health to manage the child into foster care. In plants under the auspices of the Ministry is usually fail. Further interviews revealed that even in foster care in the ER able to locate the child. From the device under the auspices of the Ministry of Education to conventional foster care and adoption not usually place a child. Only in one interview I was met with the answer that the facilities under the auspices of the Ministry of Education placed in the care of four children, was a sibling. The number of children out of institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Health to adoption is higher than in conventional foster care. In international adoption is mostly not place any child of the above devices. The most common reason for the dismissal of the device under the auspices of the Ministry of Health is to return to the original family and placement in foster care. Children from the device under the auspices of the Ministry of Education are released because of the age and the completion of training. Furthermore, the interviews show that the device under the auspices of the Ministry of Health cares for more children than in institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Education. ZDVOP is of great importance according to the staff of Children's centers and orphanages in the childcare system. Workers orphanages, child centers, adoptive parents and foster parents agreed that it would substitute parent should have the same characteristics as the biological parent. Foster parents and the staff of Children's centers and orphanages have the same idea about the characteristics of foster parents. Surrounding by foster parents responding to the decisionadoption of a child in foster care positively. Expectations foster parents are satisfied . Candidates for foster care should, as foster parents and adoptive parents should prepare for everything. Organization and Activity of Decontaminating Workplace on the Evacuative Run from the Zone of the Critical Planning of Nuclear Power Station
SEVEROVÁ, Šárka
The increasing energy consumption constantly requires new energy sources. One of the energy sources are nuclear power plants. We can suppose that the number of nuclear power plants will increase as a consequence of the exhaustion of fossil fuels. Therefore it is crucial to enhance the nuclear power plants security which corresponds with the risks related to the nuclear power plant operation. It is compulsory for each nuclear power plant to have an external and internal emergency plans ready. In the nuclear power plant surroundings satefy measure including decontamination are planned. A suitable layout of the decontamination station is crucial for the quality decontamination. It is also necessary to check up the functionality of such stations. I took part in one of such rescue unit drills ( ZONA 2007) on 25 October as an observer. The participation in it made me more familiar with nuclear power plant safety issues and therefore it was very useful for my thesis. The current situation is very complicated because special units that have been in charge of the decontamination zones (MSO) until recently are being dismissed or transformed. In spite of this fact the objective of my thesis was to design the layout of the decontamination zone which will meet such an area requirements. I set this hypothesis: {\clqq}I am convinced that the current preparedness and parameters of the decontamination zone as a component of the rescue system are more advanced than they used to be before.`` This hypothesis was confirmed as far as the technological and material progress is concerned. I was also dealing with difficult questions such as ethics at the procedure of decontamination in men and women, conditions in winter etc. I think the hypothesis of my thesis has been confirmed and I have managed to make the reader acquainted with the questions I dealt with. I also wanted to express my attitude to the disestablishment of the rescue unit in Jindřichův Hradec which had provided the decontamination service so far. In my thesis I analyse the decontamination measures in the surroundings of the nuclear power station in detail. The thesis may be used as a tutorial text and it is possible to elaborate on it after 1.October 2008 trying to answer the question: {\clqq}Who is going to replace the 153th Jindřichův Hradec rescue unit?``

The Use of the Allowance for Care by the Elderly in 2010-2011
VÍTOVÁ, Jaroslava
This thesis deals with the issue of assessing seniors' needs in relation to the urgency of their admission into a residential care facility. Act No. 108/2006 on social services has significantly changed the way people can obtain necessary assistance. Now it is possible to purchase social services thanks to a social welfare benefit in form of an attendance allowance. There was an assumption that if there is a development in field social work, seniors will remain in their natural environment and therefore the interest in residential care facilities for older people will lower. However, this assumption was not met. The number of senior citizens interested in retirement homes greatly exceeds the capacity of individual facilities. When we assess the needs of seniors related to admission to a residential facility, such need is perceived as an insufficiency. If we get rid of this need or provide support to satisfy it, we achieve safety and security. The extent of such support can vary. The level of help people need determines the amount they receive as an attendance allowance, but it is not the only criterion for preferential admission into a retirement home. Seniors' difficult life situation does not have to be directly related to the level of help they need. If seniors get a lot of points during assessment of their degree of autonomy, self-sufficiency and objective conditions, it does not necessarily imply that they need to be urgently admitted into a residential care facility. This assessment is carried out according to methodological documents devised by the retirement home. The thesis uses a qualitative research strategy; that is, content analysis, case study and qualitative evaluation. Residential care facilities came up with requirements for objective assessment and selection of seniors to be admitted in order to reduce the number of applicants - from several hundred to a group that needs to be admitted urgently. These requirements led to a preparation of methodological materials that describe the whole standard procedure of interaction with people interested in the residential social service. Next, a method of point score system to select the candidates was also established. One of the aims of this thesis was to carry out a qualitative evaluation of methodological documents of a specific residential care facility for older people. Next goal was to assess the seniors' needs before they are admitted to residential care. A content analysis of social investigation records was also conducted. The results showed that the most important needs of seniors are safety and security. Older people submit applications for retirement homes, although they actually do not want to use this service. It is a manifestation of their fear of the future and it has a significant impact on the number of registered applications. On one hand, it is important to regard people as fully-fledged, independent, free and responsible beings at any age. But on the other hand, it is also vital to be aware of various limits and restrictions arising from natural ageing. We usually encounter two extreme opposites when we communicate with older people. Seniors usually overestimate or significantly underestimate themselves in the area of autonomy and self-sufficiency. If these areas were only self-evaluated and objective reality (or senior's surroundings) was not taken into account, the assessment result would be significantly distorted. Quality of needs' assessment and level of social investigation directly depend on the knowledge, skills and abilities of social workers; one of their most important skills is the ability to reflect.

Family Names in the Surroundings of the Village of Brloh
TANZEROVÁ, Markéta
The subject of this bachelor?s thesis is an onomastic analysis in the municipality of Brloh. The chief intention is to gather and analyse in detail ?cottage-derived? names in the South Bohemian village of Jaronín, which forms part of the above-mentioned municipality. The theoretical part deals with onomastics in general, the emphasis being put on the development of Christian names and surnames. Furthermore, it tries to explain that proper names are closely connected with local life and historical development ? it is proper names in particular that give a clearer picture of local historical events. A valuable source of information is mainly ?cottage-derived? names, which, unlike surnames and Christian names, have never been codified in writing. Their phonetic alterations reflect local dialectal phenomena. The language situation, as well as the dialectal one, is strongly influenced by the fact that up to 1946 people of two nationalities, Czech and German, lived at Jaronín. That?s why dialectal phenomena of both the Czech and German language used in our territory can be watched there. For the comprehension of how both languages blend, ?cottage-derived? names are an inestimable source.

Risk factors at public health work: differences among professions in non-medical fields
LAŠTOVKOVÁ, Marie
The paper focuses on health risk factors for non-medical healthcare workers, namely general nurses and radiology assistants. Factors which may have negative impacts on healthcare workers{\crq} health affect both physical and mental health. Factors such as toxic substances, biological radiation, infectious diseases and spine and joints overloading caused by the incorrect manipulation with patients can have negative impact on physical health. Both physical and mental health is affected by stress, as well as by workers{\crq} lifestyle and education. Healthcare workers who take care of patients must be in a good physical and mental shape in order to provide quality care. Therefore, the goal of healthcare workers themselves, as well as of their employer, should be obtaining sufficient information on work safety and hygienic measures and being able to use the information in practice - they should actively participate in prevention of health damage related to the performance of their profession. The first hypothesis {--} non-medical healthcare workers are informed about risk factors associated with the performance of their profession - was confirmed. The second hypothesis - there are differences in the presence of risk factors among non-medical healthcare workers - was also confirmed; differences in the occurrence of some risk factors are clearly visible. Different healthcare professions should therefore be approached in a targeted way, with respect to the type of workplace and job description of healthcare workers. The third hypothesis {--} non-medical healthcare workers comply with preventive measures preventing health damage - was not confirmed. One of the reasons why hypotheses 1 and 2 were confirmed may be the fact that increased attention has been paid to this topic recently - standards have been made, and consequently also targeted audits. These measures have usually a positive impact - healthcare workers have gradually realized that safety measures are not useless, and by obeying them, healthcare workers protect not only patient and their surrounding, but especially themselves.
