[cze][eng] V současné době se o náhradní rodinné péči hodně hovoří, zejména v souvislosti se změnami v novém občanském zákoníku. Umístění dítěte do náhradní rodinné péče je pro dítě lepší než pobyt v ústavním zařízení. Děti potřebují rodiče (i když se jedná o náhradní rodiče). Náhradní rodiče mohou dítěti poskytnout stejnou lásku a péči jako biologičtí rodiče a mnohdy lepší. Důležité je, aby se dítě dostalo do pěstounské rodiny, která dokáže uspokojit dětské potřeby stejně jako biologičtí rodiče, a aby bylo dítě respektováno a milováno. Teoretická část práce je tvořena kapitolami, kdy první se zabývá rodinou, druhá kapitola je věnována náhradní výchově a ústavní péči a třetí kapitola je věnována náhradní rodinné péči. Následují kapitoly o procesu zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče, o přizpůsobení dítěte v novém prostředí, příprava na přijetí dítěte do NRP, podpora NRP. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na kontakt s dítětem, které bude umístěno do péče k osvojitelům. Cílem empirické části této práce bylo zmapovat současný systém péče o dítě mimo vlastní rodinu. Pro získání informací k práci na téma Optimalizace péče o dítě mimo vlastní rodinu byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí narativních a polořízených rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty. Narativní a polořízené rozhovory byly vedeny podle předem připravených otázek. Vybranými respondenty byli pěstouni, adoptivní rodiče a pracovníci Dětských domovů a Dětských center. Výsledky rozhovorů ústavních zařízení byly porovnávány mezi sebou i s odbornými informačními zdroji. V rámci výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že změny v zákonech přinesly hodně negativ. Pobyt dětí v ústavním zařízení je delší. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že v zařízeních v gesci MZ se podaří dítě umístit do náhradní rodinné péče. V zařízeních v gesci MŠMT se to obvykle nedaří. Dále se z rozhovorů dozvídáme, že i do pěstounské péče v zařízeních MZ se podaří dítě umístit. Ze zařízení v gesci MŠMT se do klasické pěstounské péče a osvojení nepodaří většinou umístit dítě. Pouze v jednom rozhovoru jsem se setkala s odpovědí, že v zařízeních v gesci MŠMT umístili do péče 4 děti, jednalo se o sourozence. Počet dětí umístěných ze zařízeních v gesci MZ do osvojení je vyšší než do klasické pěstounské péče. Do mezinárodní adopce se většinou neumístí žádné dítě z výše uvedených zařízení. Nejčastějším důvodem propuštění ze zařízení v gesci MZ je návrat do původní rodiny a umístění do náhradní rodinné péče. Děti ze zařízení v gesci MŠMT jsou propuštěny z důvodu zletilosti a ukončení vzdělávání. Dále z rozhovorů vyplývá, že zařízení v gesci MZ pečuje o větší počet dětí než v zařízeních v gesci MŠMT. ZDVOP má velký význam dle pracovníků Dětských center a Dětských domovů v systému péče o dítě. Pracovníci Dětských domovů, Dětských center, adoptivní rodiče a pěstouni se shodli na to, že by náhradní rodič měl mít stejné vlastnosti jako biologický rodič. Náhradní rodiče i pracovníci Dětských center a Dětských domovů mají stejnou představu o vlastnostech náhradních rodičů. Okolí u náhradních rodičů reaguje na rozhodnutí přijetí dítěte do náhradní rodinné péče pozitivně. Očekávání náhradních rodičů jsou splněna. Zájemci o náhradní rodinnou péči by se dle pěstounů a adoptivních rodičů měli připravit na vše. Náhradní rodič má většinou možnost seznámit se s dítětem před tím, než jim bylo předáno do péče.Foster Currently, about foster care a lot of talk , especially in connection with changes in the new Civil Code.
