Comparison of the methods of the social responsibility (CSR). The example of 3 commercial companies, GEFCO ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA s.r.o., Dalkia a.s., ABB,a.s.

In my theses I focus on analysis of three international private market companies. Company GEFCO ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA s.r.o. , Dalkia a.s. a ABB a.s. With this companies I'm interested in the way how they practice corporate social responsibility (CSR). When I was choosing this companies I considered facts as: Company has to have head quarter in Western Europe Company has to have experience with corporate social responsibility and has to practice CSR and has to organize social responsible activities. All chosen companies are leaders in its business sector. In my theses I will focus on overview about CSR activities of companies, mainly on corporate philanthropy. I will focus on cooperation of these companies and non government organization, I'm interested in concrete activities done by NGOs in cooperation with through CSR and how NGOs perceived activities that are done through CSR. I'm interested in the way how companies involve their employees into CSR. I 'm going to aim if subsidiaries and head quarters practice same CSR activities and using same CSR tools. I'm also interested in the role of CSR in marketing strategy of these companies. The Use of Project Management Tools in Practice.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of project management in practice. The first part describes the introduction to management, which contains all the necessary information for project management. The next part is devoted to the description of the company Yummy Lamy and the analysis of its current state. The work shows the use of PESTEL, SWOT and RIPRAN analysis, competition and stakeholder analysis, the logical framework of the Gantt chart and contains a proposal for the solution of the work.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a project for the construction of a new hall. The work includes the identification of the intention, goals and outputs, subsequent planning and assessment of all information obtained. The analytical part focuses on the introduction of the company, the analysis of the current state and the basis of analysis, which will be used in the design of the project.
Project proposal for a new paint shop

This bachelor thesis deals with the project of proposal for a new paint shop. Thesis includes identification of project’s purpose, target and outputs. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the projetct as a whole, its phases, project management and explanation of all related concepts. The thesis then describes and analyzes the current state of the company, indluding the current way of varnishing of material. According to the results of previous analysis a project of a new paint shop is proposed.

Vránová, L. Perception of University’s Social Responsibility from the Perspective of Stakeholders. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2020. The bachelor thesis explores a topic of perception of social responsibility of Mendel University in Brno from the perspective of a local community, which consists of residents living in a city district Černá Pole. The thesis aims to assess the level of awareness of the local community about the activities of University’s third role. The data was collected from primary research which was based on ISO 26 000. The thesis determines which of the communication channels are considered the most effective for Mendel University in Brno. On the basis of analysis, there are recommendations made for Mendel University in Brno, suggesting a way of communication with the local community.

Nevídalová, R. Corporate social responsibility in ISNO IT, s.r.o. company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The thesis examines in detail the issue of corporate social responsibility and the aim of the work is to recommend the development of socially responsible activities. The aim of the literary research is to define the term CSR and other related concepts. In my own work is the analysis of collected data. Recommended activities for the company are achieved by using qualitative interviews for the management as well as questionnaire surveys in order to develop social responsibility. Recommended suggestions include volunteering, creating an ecological e-shop or remaking websites. Following proposals were submitted to the company's management and proper feedback was obtained.

99 'Stakeholder value' as a new phenomenon of company law Abstract The thesis deals with "stakeholder value" as one of the approaches to corporate governance. The primary aim of the thesis is to provide a description of the stakeholder value approach and to describe its position in (in particular) the Czech company law de lege lata; the secondary aim is to reflect on the possible legal regulation de lege ferenda and notice of problematic points of legislation in relation with the stakeholder value concept. Another goal is to clarify through the empirical research the position of the stakeholder value and some other concepts related to this phenomenon in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. It begins by introducing the concept of "stakeholder value" as one of the corporate governance models, pursuing as one of the goals of a buisness company to satisfy interests of a wide range of stakeholders, i.e. constituencies tied to a business corporation in a certain way. Following is a theoretical introduction to corporate governance. The second chapter deals with the shareholder value model, contrasted with the stakeholder value approach, with an emphasis on taking into account solely the interests of shareholders. Preparation of the Production Project

This bachelor thesis focus on project preparation, that includes identification of project’s purpose, target and outputs, also planning itself and evaluations of each obtained information. The theoetical part deals with project management, explination of terms associated with the management. In addition, the thesis introduces the company and the previous SafeShore project that provides output data for the analysis, wich are the core for planning the whole project.
Methods of Stakeholder Identification in Evaluation

This text deals with the issue of identification of stakeholders in the evaluation. The concept of stakeholders is defined first, and the characteristics of the evaluation approaches are presented. Later is presented the position of the world evaluation societies on the stakeholders. There are four methods of stakeholder identification: 1) Brainstorming, 2) General list, 3) Questions and 4) The snowball method. Own research focuses on methods of identification of stakeholders in evaluations in the Czech Republic. Data sources are evaluations of OP and ROP programs. Secondary and content data analysis was used to analyse the data. The result of the research is that specific methods of stakeholder identification have not been applied in OP and ROP evaluations. Based on the results of the research, a new procedure for identification of stakeholders in the evaluation was formulated.
Personal, Professional and Social Qualities of a Project Manager

The MA thesis is divided to two basic parts. First of them is dealing with personal, social and professional knowledge of a project manager and the second one is mapping the education of soft skills at Czech universities where the subject of study "Information Studies and Librarianship" is taught. The theoretical part is devoted to project management. The attention is devoted to basic terms from project management's area, it represents the most well-known project methodologies, it defines particular roles of a project manager and most importantly the part is dealing with particular competences, which should be commanded by a project manager. The last chapter of theoretical part is devoted to an analysis of the three most well-known project methodologies. The practical part is mapping the situation at universities - namely which subjects they offer within the education of soft skills and how the teachers are working with the subject. Other activities of universities within the education and the development of soft skills are also given. Further the examples of subjects with the same topic taught at American universities are listed. In the end of thesis the recommendation how to improve the quality of teaching soft skill at Czech universities are given. And also which topics could be put among optional...
