New Building of the Hotel with Wellness Center

The main theme of my thesis is a projecting documentation for a new building – Completely new Wellness hotel. This building will be used for accomodation, feeding, wellness and parking for cars. Hotel has one stage under the ground and three stages above. It is divided into 4 parts: Wellness center with gym, massage saloon or sauna with entrance on its own terrace in the second floor, accomodation with over 25 rooms with different capacity of the room with possibility of your own terrace in the south part of the building, your own laundry room or offices for management; a restaurant with capacity more than 100 guests and with its own terrace in the first floor or garage for over than 40 cars. The whole building is also designed for people with a special needs, there are 2 rooms and 4 parking spots dedicated to these people with special needs. The whole building is divided functionally for guests and employees. The building has two lifts of a new generation on the west and east part; air conditioning systems for the hotel, kitchen, wellness center and other neccessary technical means. Carrying system is made of prefabricated, framework standing on a monolitic reinforced concrete snugs connected with reinforced concrete tresholds in the place of their shroud. It is done from ceramic breeze blocks and heated with desks made of stone fibred according to ETICS. Shroud of the underground is made of concrete breeze blocks. The inside lining is also bricked up with ceramic breeze blocks. The ceiling creates ventricular ceiling pannels, stairs is designed as a prefabricated. The roofs are done as a classic, extensive vegetational, monocover with three laiers of asphaltic, hydroisolated strips. All the terracess are also classical, monocover with walking tract made of concrete pavement on adjustable targets in a wellness center. In the hotel you will find a ceramic pavement.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a hotel with a restaurant at the base the highest peak of the White Carpathians, Veľká Javorina. The area is located near the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area and the Cetuna Natural Monument. The location has the possibility of using year-long and seasonal activities such as downhill and cross - country skiing or ice skating on frozen ponds, cycling in the new built-up cycle paths, hiking or walking on educational trails, horse riding, swimming in nature or visiting a family mini-zoo with the possibility of personal contact with animals. The potential of the concerned area is still used mainly by domestic, persons with the possibility of accommodation by acquaintances or owners of seasonal cottages and houses due to insufficient short-term accommodation. It was the main imulse for the design of accommodation. A piece of land on the border of the cadastral area of Dolné Bzince and Hrubá Strana of the village of Bzince pod Javorinou was selected for the building construction, due to its satisfactory position, orientation and also for the possibility of its evaluation. The building is designed as a separate-standing object onto an undeveloped territory of the municipality, which was used for agricultural purposes. It's been a long time it lies on ice, decays and its value decreases with expanding overgrown trees. The land is slightly sloping, oriented to southwest. The building has three main entrances and secondary entrances for smooth operation of the hotel. There is a day (leisure) part placed on the 1st floor, also a part for accommodation employees and immobile clients, parts for hotel management, cleaning zone and restaurant. On the 2nd floor there is an accommodation part with 19 rooms and a library. Into basement is a sport and relaxation part, which consist of fitness center and wellness center. WINE HOUSE NIKOLSBURG MIKULOV

The diploma thesis is elaborated as an architectural study on the theme of Nikolsburg Mikulov Winery. Main idea of this project is to create a new hotel building combined with the production of wine so it would naturally fit the given landscape and so it wouldn’t disturb its natural character. This building was also designed so it has extraordinary views of the whole wine area of Mikulov. Primary function of the building is accommodation in a 4-star hotel rooms and a clean production of wine, which includes maturing, bottling and labeling. There is also a restaurant with a terrace, with beautiful views of the countryside and significant landmarks, a wine bar, tasting salon with immediate a wine cellar designed for wine maturing and also last but not least a wellness center with sauna world.
Moravian Wine Center

The diploma thesis is elaborated as an architectural study on Moravian Wine Center. The project deals with the design of a wine hotel with a wine presentation. The building is located in the open countryside, in the Velké Pavlovice wine region. The hotel is conceived as a cultural center. There are congress halls, a wellness center, wine tasting areas with wine cellars. But also the exhibition area, which ensures the presentation of wines. There is also a restaurant with a terrace, with beautiful views of the countryside and significant landmarks.

"Wine **** Hotel Hrůdek with Wine Salon" Velké Pavlovice The aim of the diploma thesis was to design the building of Hotel Hrůdek with Wine Salon with adjoining public spaces near the town of Velké Pavlovice, specifically in the locality called Hrůdek. Wine Hotel Hrůdek is the center of everything. It associates the customer with the products of domestic vines and orchards. The hotel offers good food and quality sleep after a guided tasting for all visitors throughout the year.
The proposition of marketing communication of Wellnes center Ostrov in Strakonice

Title: The proposition of marketing communication of Wellnes center Ostrov in Strakonice. The aim: The goal is analyse people's current awareness of Wellness center Ostrov in Strakonice, using obtained data, and subsequently, based on the results, make a draft of new marketing communication of Wellness center Ostrov in Strakonice. Methods: The methods of qualitative research were used in this thesis, namely the interview (the dialogue according to the instructions) and participant observation. As for the qualitative research, the method of personal inquiry was applied. Results: The result of this bachelor thesis is the draft of marketing communication of Wellness center Ostrov in Strakonice. The draft includes certain upgrades which were not at Wellness centrum management's at the time when this thesis was being written. It lays emphasis on marketing on social networks, its connection and administration. It also suggests the use of other means of communication, e.g. radio, advertising, leaflets, posters. Mountain pension

This diploma thesis solves the project of four-storey, partly cellared mountain pension situated in the plant number 645/2 in the cadastral area in Deštné in Orlické hory. The building has a capacity of 44 seats to accommodate 72 persons in the restaurant and 57 persons in the wellness center. There is a wellness center with fitness room and engine room of air-conditioning system in the basement. There is an entrance hall with hotel base, restaurant, sanitary facilities and utility room with boiler room on the first floor. The second and third floor is designed for accommodation. There is an outdoor terrace of restaurant. The building has a load-bearing wall system. The load-bearing walls and the partition walls are bricked up of the porous concrete YTONG bricks and sand-lime bricks SILKA. The walls are insulated of mineral wool thickeness 200 mm and EPS Perimeter thickeness 140 mm underground section and plinth area. The ceiling structure are made of the prestressed hollow core panels spiroll thickness 250 mm and wooden beamed ceiling. There is a saddle wooden roof. The windows and the doors are made by the company Progress. The part of facade of the building is ventilated. This project is designed by the computer software ArchiCAD.
Roman spa and sauna world

The project deals with the study of recreational facilities named Roman spa and sauna world. A new building has been associated with the proposed aquacenter "Water Temple Brno", which is by its character and by the capacity predestined to be a multifunctional main "water world" in Brno. The aim of this study is to design a wellness center that would cover the capacity requirements resulting from population density of the city of Brno, that would architectural and urban correspond with the site, and last but not least, offering a wide range of comfortable services covering the needs of potential customers. As a result, it was suggested modern wellness center, does not disturb the landscape construction sites, understated building that more than itself prefers landscape scenery around and its design slightly underscores the balance between nature and human work planted in it.
Brno-Zábrdovice Spa, the Reconstruction, and the Completion

The bachelor’s thesis solves the reconstruction and extension of the functionalist building of “Winter Spa” Brno-Zábrdovice, Brno, Czech Republic. The main goal of this work was to propose a new functional use of the current building with respect to the original function and to add an annexe to increase an attractiveness of the building and the services offered. Bachelor’s thesis only includes reconstruction of the “Winter Spa”, while the expansion of the new building of indoor pools has been projected. The reconstruction of spa and pool will form a large sports centre. The customers will have an access to the services of wellness center, fitness center, gym, dance halls for sports and the other fitness disciplines, restaurants, cosmetic studio where the expanded services in the field of non-invasive liposuction will be provided and also they will be able to pick up internet packages. An annexe with stairs and elevator has been designed to facilitate the interconnection of all floors of sports and wellness center. The building of „Winter Spa“ and newly built indoor pool will be linked together by a central entrance hall with cash registers and reception. The entrance hall is also an entry into the summer area.

This Diploma thesis describes the marketing strategy of Infinit Ltd. The author focuses on the Vysočany Pool and Sauna world branch, which is located at the Wellness Hotel Step. In the analytic part the author uses the following methods: situation analysis, bench-marking and SWOT analysis. Within the marketing strategy the author describes the characteristics of the marketing mix. The result of this thesis is to give a suggestion that would improve the current situation of this branch.
