Vliv pěstování energetických rostlin na biodiverzitu
DVOŘÁK, Jan
The thesis is focused on the cultivation of energy crop in the Czech Republic and their potential use as renewable energy sources. It describes energy plants grown for the production of liquid fuel, biogas or direct combustion. Furthermore, there is an emphasis on environmental aspects of cultivating these plants. Especially erosion risks of the land on which energy crops are grown, is also evaluated. There is described the species diversity in crops focusing on weeds and ground beetles as bioindicators environment. Part of this work is elaboration a questionnaire with subjects that deal with the cultivation of energy plants. In the questionnaire, there is observed total area and the percentage of types of energy and other cultivated plants. The subjects were also asked about new kinds of energy crops, and whether they planned their growing in the near future.
Environmental aspects of energy crops growing - production of CO2eq
PÍSAŘÍK, Martin
This thesis deals with the partial evaluation of the life cycle of three kinds of power plants, particularly flint corn ( Zea mays L.) , reed canary grass ( Phalaris arundinacea L.) , Szarvazi I ( Agropyron elongatum L.) and their environmental impact during their cultivation. As an evaluation framework was used seedbed preparation time from the first year to the last harvest after ten years growing cycle. To calculate the emissions of greenhouse gases has been used software tool SimaPro . The aim was to find out how much greenhouse gas emissions (kg CO2eq per 1 kg of dry matter ) is created in the cultivation of selected power plants and compare that plant is from an environmental point of view the most environmentally friendly. The total emission load produced during the life cycle of corn is sown CO2eqv 0.199210 kg per 1 kg of dry matter , with reed rákosovité CO2eqv 0.182075 kg per 1 kg of dry matter. I Szarvasi is from an environmental point of view the most friendly CO2eqv produces 0.110232 kg per 1 kg of dry matter.
Environmental aspects of energy crops growing
KELBLEROVÁ, Veronika
In our conditions, is between renewable energy biomass a significant role, both waste and purposefully cultivated. Increasingly, the emphasis is on non-traditional plants (miscantus, hemp, but also as fodder sorrel). The aim of this work is to evaluate the usefulness of plants purposely grown for energy purposes in the Czech Republic and clarify the environmental impact of their cultivation. According to the literature and assess the suitability of cultivation for the purpose of energy recovery based on selected production capabilities and energy parameters.
Cultivation of the fast growing plants for energetic purposes and its effect on biodiversity
REKTORYS, Jan
A research regarding the today´s energy sources has been conducted. Different kinds of fast growing herbs and timber were evaluated, considering their advantages and disadvantages, respectively, in terms of their habitat and the volume of biomass. The indicators of anthropogenic influence over particular cultures were defined with the help of invertebrate animals. Epigeic beetles were indicated as perspective indicators of human impact. As a result of the study, it appears that the biggest volume of biomass can be found in a willow clone S ? 705 (15 tons of dry matter ha/year in the first rotation period) and speaking of herbs, that is in invasive Giant Knotweed (60 tons of dry matter ha/year). The least demanding, in terms of growing, are Spear Saltbush and goosefoot.
The comparison of selected plant cultures as different energy resources
PAVELOVÁ, Lenka
This bachelor thesis was made by form of literature retrieval, eventually added of any tables and graphic design of acquired data and own commentary (discussion) to the literature details. The aim of the work will assess the suitability of selected crops for cultivation in energy use with respekt to growing thein technology and assess the suitability of biomass for different wals of processing and energy recovery. A brief outline of the economic, ecological and economic importace of the topic. In the second chapter of literature review are provided information about renewable energy sources, what the renewable energy resources are, their significance and use. The chapter also discusses the importance and use of biomass as energy source, characteristic of various types of biomass and finally is mentioned the future of biomass. In the third chapter ?Selection and cultivation of plants for energy recovery? summarizes the information about selected woody and non-woody crops characteristic for energy use. It is these crops - grains, maize, fast growing woody plants, monocultures of grass, clover mixture, monoculture legumes, herbs, permanent grassland: the productive and out of productive importance. For individual crops are processed: general characteristics of plants, botanical classification, requirements for habitat, agricultural engineering, harvesting and post harvest treatment. Below are listed possibilities of production and outlined the use of crops for energy purposes. The fourth chapter deals with the ways of using biomass for energy purposes. By using wood, straw and energy crops for direct combustion of biomass to produce biogas and other forms of exploitation. Finally in the fifth chapter is a summary of key findings and recommendations resulting from studying issue, extended tables and graphical processing.
Environmental and economic aspects of the energetic using of biomass in the Czech Republic
Bioenergy as an Alternative Source of Fuels for Transport in World Economics
