The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the potential of the Labe River bicycle path in section Nymburk-Poděbrady. After defining the fundamental concepts of tourism and cycle tourism there is a characteristic of tourism in the cities mentioned. The practical part brings the results of the questionnaires on the use of bicycle path and services provided. Conclusion summarizes potential of the Labe River bicycle path in section Nymburk-Poděbrady and contains possible proposals for its improvement.

Preparation of a bike tour in the Central Bohemia region

The aim of the thesis was to prepare a bike tour in the Central Bohemia region. The first chapter is focused on the basic terms in the field of cycling tourism and it also describes the situation of the cycling infrastructure in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is devoted to theoretic description of inclusive tour preparation. The aplied part of the thesis is represented by the third chapter, which is devoted to the own bike tour. It contents general information about the bike tour, the type of its organization, detailed itinerary description including characteristics of the destination and cost calculation with price making. In cooperation with the Adventura holiday company the author of the thesis managed to prepare low-cost incoming bike tour, which is focused on exploring the eastern part of the Central Bohemia region.

Abstract My bachelor thesis The travel movement perspectives focused on the Královéhradecko and the Eagle mountains deals with a travel movement potential in the Eagle mountains and on the Královéhradecko area mainly with cycling tourism -- nowadays very popular -- and Hradec Králové has for it an ideal background. On the principle of the questionaire outcomes I can analyse what could be unambiguously characteristic for Hradec Králové and its surroundings, how the inhabitants are content with the living in this regional city and bring a city vision for its future period.

Use evaluation of the EU financial resources for tourism and business development in the area of Moravian wine trails

The objective of bachelor's work is analysis of influence of cash flow from structural funds of the European Union on tourism, tourist services and number of entrepreneurs involved in Moravian Wine Trails project in South Moravian district. In theoretic part I will define development, function and instrument of structural policy of the EU. In practical part I will describe the Moravian Wine Trails project. What was the reason to establish it and what is its goal. Then I will analyse and compare two projects, whose applicants were two different subjects. At the end I will evaluate the effectiveness of financial resources from structural funds and national resources spent on tourism development based on personal interviews made evenly in the whole area of Moravian Wine Trails.

Extent of cycling traffic in the Czech Republic with a view to the Pardubice region

Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení situace v oblasti rozvoje cyklistické dopravy v České republice. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní druhy cyklokomunikací, jejich dělení a značení, přednosti cykodopravy a hlavní priority programu Národní strategie rozvoje cyklistické dopravy. Praktická část pojednává o podpoře rozvoje cyklistické dopravy v Pardubickém kraji. Zde jsou zmíněny aktivity kraje, způsob financování výstavby cyklostezek, projekty plánované do budoucnosti a popis vybrané cyklostezky.
