Analysis of the internal and external Gazprom's environment

The subject of the bachelor work is gas giant Gazprom. The aim of the work is to improve the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company's management. Gazprom sees its mission in a safe, efficient and balanced supply of natural gas and other energy resources and their products. The strategic goal is to establish Gazprom as a leader among global energy companies by market diversification, security of supply, increase efficiency, the use of scientific and technological capacity. This work consists of an introduction, practical part, conclusion and bibliography. In the first chapter we studied the theoretical aspects of the analysis of external and internal environment of the company. The second Section is devoted to analysis of the external and internal environment of the company Gazprom. In the third chapter, develop recommendations for improving the analysis of the external and internal environment management organization.

Specifics of Planning in Modern Organisations

The subject of the bachelor thesis is planning of the Treeline Systems company. The purpose of the research is to examine the characteristics of planning in modern organizations. Planning is an important process in the company and it defines the objectives and ways to achieve them. Bachelor's thesis was divided into three main parts. The first part disclose the basic terminology, identify the main types and stages of planning, its methodology. The second part describes the company and its business activities. The final section includes an analysis of the planning system in the company Treeline Systems and offers a variety of activities to improve planning.

Controlling and reporting in practice

The subject of the Master thesis Controlling and reporting in practice is the evaluation of the implementation of controlling department at Conrad Electronic Česká republika, s.r.o. and its possible subsequent development. The theoretical part first deals with the definition of controlling. After a brief description of its history it deals with its main objectives and functions. It also describes the position of controller and defines its actions against the manager. At the end of the theoretical part it specifies strategic and operational controlling and defines its role. In the practical part the controlling methods are applied on the real company. It introduces the company Conrad Electronic Česká republika, s.r.o. and its status before implementation of controlling. Then it describes current situation in the company after the introduction of the controlling department. Based on evaluation of the current status it offers recommendations for improvements and innovations of some areas in which controlling operates. At the end the work is reviewed, the confirmation or rejection of hypotheses is verified and the overall benefit of the work is discussed.

Measures towards Increasing the Effectiveness of Research in the Field of Chemical Synthesis

Research in the field of chemical synthesis is a very diverse and complex activity. Individual workplaces differ in many aspects and this essentially impacts the productivity. The aim of this Master's Thesis is to identify, name and analyse those aspects, and to suggest measures to be taken in order to help increase the performance, all that within defined assumptions. The first half of the Theoretical Part is devoted to academic studies on this topic, which are mainly focused on the HR part. Selected methods of lean manufacturing commonly used in industry are also described. The Experimental Part comprises an analysis of research facilities in which the author worked as a chemist, and a set of proposed measures that lead to an increased productivity. The Thesis is concluded by a demarcation of a series of factors that influence the performance of R&D workers, groups and institutions, and a vision of an ideal laboratory is presented.

The aim is to focus on capturing crop production in current assets according to Czech accounting standards and impact of improvement activity of crop production in accounting concrete company.

Adjustment of marketing strategy of Slovak company on the Czech market

The aim of the Diploma thesis is to find out the necessary extent to which Slovak company must adjust its marketing strategy to conditions on the Czech market and to work out proposals for improvement of the strategy. The thesis deals with basic approaches to international marketing strategy, their advantages and drawbacks, types of communication media used in international environment and the relationship between communication policy and the rest of the elements of marketing mix in detail. This theoretical knowledge is used in terms of particular company which entered the Czech market. The thesis thereinafter analyses the extent of necessary adjustment of marketing strategy of the company to conditions on the Czech market based on the information provided directly by the management of the company and conducted market research. At the end of the thesis there are proposals for improvement of the strategy of the company which do not have to be in total accordance with its company goals.

The process quality management in the chosen organization

This graduation thesis deals with the analysis of the process quality management in the chosen organization. There exist many reasons why should the companies implement the system of the quality management. From the point of view of the producers the quality represents a tool. Thanks to this tool is reached the loyalty of the customers, reduced their perceptiveness on a potential price change and kept the competitive position of the company. The goal of the dissertation was the analysis of the process quality management in the chosen organization and determination of the proposals leading to the improvement of this process. The measures which I proposed could improve the processes of the realization of the foundry products, increase the customers' satisfaction, increase the loyalty of the workers and contribute to the overall improvement of the quality management system of the company Sytech.

Own propositions and recommendations are based on knowledge and information gained from the analysis of the business environment, questionnaire survey and interviews with representatives of associations of tour operators and travel agencies in the Czech Republic.

Hidden potential supply hipotourism products in south Bohemia

This bachelor thesis dealt with the range of horse tourism products in southern Bohemia and looked for possible insufficiencies in their supply. Thus, main goal of the thesis was to find and define hidden potential in hipotourism activities and find idle opportunities of hipotourism products in local tourism industry. Secondary aim was the definition of profiling typical horse tourism products and possibilities in their reali-zation and innovation, which would lead to improvement of provided services.

Develompent of Management and Production Processes in HARTMANN-RICO Havlíčkův Brod Company

The thesis is focused on management processes in Havlíčkův Brod. The aim of the thesis is based on the analysis of Economics and management-manufacturing processes at the company to propose the improvement of existing, already implemented methods. A further aim of the thesis is to analyse these processes in the reference period and on the basis of the results to assess what impact these processes should change in the manufacturing programme.The theoretical-methodological part is focused on individual methods and indicators that are key for the race. In later chapters is given characteristics of the Organization, a description of the program before the change, after the change of production program, further development of the used methods. Work continues by analyzing and evaluating the economic indicators for products that are significantly involved in the production portfolio.The conclusion is a summary of the most important results and recommendations for the race, what to look for in the future.
