Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce byla charakteristika podnikatelského prostředí cestovních kanceláří a cestovních agentur v české republice a navrhnout možnosti jeho zlepšení. Vlastní návrhy a doporučení byly zpracovány na základě poznatků a informací získaných z analýz podnikatelského prostředí, dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů se zástupci asociací cestovních kanceláří a cestovních agentur v české republice. The main aim of my thesis was to characterize the business environment of tour operators and travel agencies in the Czech Republic and suggest possibilities of improvement in this area. Own propositions and recommendations are based on knowledge and information gained from the analysis of the business environment, questionnaire survey and interviews with representatives of associations of tour operators and travel agencies in the Czech Republic.
