Optimisation of the punching process on the TruPunch 1000 machine
Kudláč, Lukáš ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Content of this bachelor thesis is the suggestion of optimisation of punching process on the TruPunch 1000 in Limid Mohelno s.r.o. Case of device for induction heating is manufactured from steel DC01 with thickness 1 mm. To manufacturing of the evolved shape was as the most advantageous technology determined the punching technology. Principle and fundamentals of punching are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. In the practical part is suggested optimisation including technical and economical evaluation and comparison of the prices for original and new suggested process.
Production of the component "Lid"
Vyhnanovský, Jaroslav ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
This project developed within the Bachelor study of Engineering Technology proposes a technology component “Lid” made of1 mm thick sheet metal ofmaterial11 375(1.0038). The component will be made on a combined roll forming machine. A mount with two pillars will be used for the production, which will be located in an eccentric press LEN 40C by TOMA Industries Ltd. based in Trnava, Slovakia. The nominal press force is 400kN. Trimming punches, broaches, blanking dies and bending punches are made of tool steel, grade194....
Unconventional manufacturing technology of flat sheet metal parts
Langr, Aleš ; Šknouřilová, Eva (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Unconventional manufacturing technology of flat sheet metal parts is used widely all around the world. These technologies includes laser cutting, plasma cutting, waterjet cutting and punching. The study introduces descriptions of chosen methods, used tools and machines, their pros and cons and examples of manufactured components. These methods are compared in conclusion.
Production of forging piece "Spanner"
Vávra, Jan ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (referee) ; Novotný, Karel (advisor)
Projects developed within the bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, presented a proposal technology forged wrench - the hot-rolled steel bars 11 523.0. The thesis also compares the past with conventional methods of production and considering the new technological process of manufacturing. Based on the literature studies about fitting and calculations, was chosen to die forging hammer KHZ 2 A (producer ŠMERAL Brno, plant Hronov), with nominal energy of 20 kJ working pressure of 16 MPa and 30 kW electric power.

Production line of car lock
Vincenc, Josef ; Mazal, Pavel (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the part of the production line for the car lock assembly. It describes the construction of the automotive latch and its development and operation. The main part deals with the construction of the automatic punching station for labeling automotive latches. It solves three main parts of the appliance, which are a lifting table, punching and a frame. The appliance is used for industrial purposes.
Technology of the frame base production
Havliš, Lukáš ; Špaček, Jindřich (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with technological project of frame base production. Since a component designated as a wing base is produced together with this base, the thesis is also concerned with production of this part. Methods of sheet metal forming are analyzed in the theoretical part. Methods used during production pressings - such as cutting, bending, punching and calibrating – are concerned. Practical part of the thesis comprises description of produced segments and their location and function within the assembly, choice of material, shearing layout and choice of forming machine. Economic evaluation of segments production has been performed in conclusion. As soon as material has been chosen (11 343 material has been chosen with regard to low requirements for assemblies), calculation of cutting and bending force has followed. Forming machine (LE 250 has been found the most suitable one) has been chosen based on results of the necessary forming forces, after evaluation of cutting layout and demand on the sheet metal coil. Two options of components production have been compared in the economic evaluation. Method of production in a common tool has been found more cost-effective.
Manufacturing of Shaped Holes into Stamped Metal Sheet
Bartusek, Břetislav ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is a proposal of a new technology for manu-facturing of shaped holes into stamped metal sheets. The sheets are made of stainless steel DIN 1.4301 of thickness 0.8 mm. Square holes will be punched into a half-finished metal sheet with pre-pressed lengthwise stamps where elastic-plastic deformations occur. On the basis of study of the sheet metal forming technology, technological calculations and the machine adaptation, a new technology is proposed. The new technology is unassuming both with respect to machinery and tool equipment in a mechanical engineering factory. Also it enables solutions of dimensionally variable die stampings with stamps in higher quality for minimum costs. As the forming machine a punching press, model LDR 25-A, was chosen.
Design and Review of Locally Supported Ceiling Plates
Tesař, David ; Šulák, Pavel (referee) ; Švaříčková, Ivana (advisor)
The paper is focused solutions locally supported reinforced concrete floor slab above 1.NP. To solve internal forces used finite element. Results of the finite element method will be compared with results from the simplified calculation methods. Dimensioning construction will be carried out according to ČSN-EN 1992-1-1 for ultimate limit state. It will be constructed model design, structural analysis, design documentation and accompanying Report.
Selected structural detail of the reinforced concrete frame
Teplý, Jakub ; Matušíková, Anna (referee) ; Girgle, František (advisor)
The bachelor thesis solves and compares between them three methods (ČSN EN 1992-1-1, ČSN 73 1201, MC 2010) of punching shear slabs. In this thesis are the methods analyzed and compared with each other. In other part of thesis is solved and compares dependence of the required shear reinforcement areas on the various parameters, for example thickness of slabs or percentage of reinforcement. Conclusion provide an evaluation of the results and compared in charts course of dependence of the required shear reinforcement under the same conditions state.
