Říha, Michal ; Dylevský, Ivan (advisor) ; Havránek, Antonín (referee) ; Tošnerová, Vlasta (referee)
Title: Effect of femoropatellar joint morphological changes on the rheological response of the knee joint. Aim: The purpose of this work is to evaluate the possibilities of the rheological diagnostics of the effect of the femoropatellar joint morphological changes on total rheological response of a knee joint. The methodolical aim is to evaluate the biorheometry as a sufficient method, sensitive and specific for in vivo measurement of the abnormality, and to compare results of the functional measurement and structural examination. Methods: Standard clinical data of defined group of tested probands were analysed in clinical phase of this study. Specific parameters for measurement of radiological examination were defined. The effect of factual morphological abnormality of the knee joint was identified in experimental phase of this study with the help of biorheometry. The method enables in vivo measurement of the passive momentum (resistance) of a knee joint during forced flexion and extension. The result is expressed as the specific rheological response of the knee joint. Namely, the dependence of the passive momentum M on the angle φ in flexion and extension of the knee is detected. As a result, the total rheological characteristic of the passive resistance of the whole knee-joint system is...

Amenitní migrace a turismus
Bartoš, Michael ; Kušová, Drahomíra ; Těšitel, Jan
Amenity migration is new global phenomena. It is a specific type of migration which is not motivated by economic prosperity – it has been brought about by the desire to render more valuable natural or socio-cultural environment of the target territory, and it exists from metropolitan to rural areas. This phenomenon has been strongly supported by the spread of mass information technologies and. Under specific conditions it can become one of societal driving forces determining the socio-economic development of the given region. It seems that tourism play crucial role in formation of amenity migration. It precedes amenity migration being, as a rule, regarded its initial form.

Music Television the Czech Conditions. Tv Óčko
Heger, Matouš ; Balvín, Jiří (advisor) ; Fričová, Kateřina (referee)
The thesis "Music Television in the Czech Conditions. TV Ocko" deals with the context of the existence of thematic music television in the local environment by the means of a specific case study - the Czech television station TV Ocko - founded in 2002. At the same time, it also addresses the phenomenon of a global music television, MTV. The first part of the text deals with formats that preceded the emergence of music television in both global (before the establishment of MTV as the first music television) and local terms. The second part thoroughly describes the first decade of the existence of the American station MTV (period 1981-1992) applying primarily the economic and production perspectives. Third, the largest part is dedicated to the emergence and development of the Czech music television, TV Ocko (period 2002-2010). The whole phenomenon is viewed here in economic, production and programme terms. The fourth part presents two external views of the local thematic music television: the perspective of a local distributor and that of a producer of a music video.

Volunteering as a tool of leisure time pedagogy
MORÁVKOVÁ, Kateřina
The thesis has a form of a theoretical study with significant relation to practice in professional volunteer supervision in Kladno Volunteer Center. The thesis is divided in 7 parts. Part One is focused on the definition of basic terms such as volunteer, voluntary work. This part deals with the issue of awarding of volunteers. Part Two is devoted to the basic terminology of leisure time pedagogy, including the definition of free time, the phenomenon, which is very important for both voluntary work and leisure time pedagogy. Part Three is centered at history of leisure time pedagogy and voluntary work. Key intersections of the two studied phenomena and their evolution are described. Part Four describes voluntary activities as a social phenomenon. Subparts are focused on the attitude of society towards voluntary work, the myths associated with it, as well as the volunteer work motivation. In part Five, I was trying to grasp volunteering as a tool of leisure time pedagogy. The subparts combine my findings acquired from books and my own practical experience. Part Six is an analysis of a specific case of ?Pět P? programme practice. Part Seven - the final one - includes a small scale empirical research.

Interactive methods of adult education
Krepindlová, Kateřina ; Mužík, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kocianová, Renata (advisor)
Adults can be educated using different methods. A choice of a specific method depends on what an individual needs to learn. This thesis introduces interactive methods of adult education. Compared to other methods of education such as a standard lecture, methods mentioned above are rooted in experiential education and use play and experience to imprint acquired knowledge, abilities and skills in one's memory more deeply. Interactive methods of education are attractive, highly efficient and may act as a trigger to further development of an individual. The thesis presented addresses concepts such as experiential learning, a play as an important phenomenon focused on situation in Czech Republic, and relevance of a play to a child and subsequently to an adult. The thesis focuses on specificity of adult education developing particular play and non-play interactive methods of education in detail to enable a person to develop their potential and constituent social and personal skills.

Immigration as a factor endangering the bilateral relations between the EU and Switzerland
Jakšová, Karolína ; Jiránková, Martina (advisor) ; Němcová, Ingeborg (referee)
This thesis deals with the theme of bilateral relations between the EU and Switzerland, focusing on the current phenomenon of migration. The EU and Switzerland cooperate on bilateral sectoral basis, since Switzerland (hence the citizens of Switzerland) does not want to integrate into the European internal market to maintain its sovereignty and autonomy. Within the first series of bilateral agreements between the EU and Switzerland an agreement on free movement of persons was signed, thereby Switzerland opened its labour market to EU citizens. In February 2014, however, the citizens of Switzerland used the institution of direct democracy and adopted by a narrow majority the initiative to stop mass immigration. This step disrupted the agreement on free movement of persons and the complex negotiations started in order to solve this impasse. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the impacts of immigration on the Swiss economy and the subsequent evaluation of the reasonableness to mitigate the immigration through a citizens' initiative.

Řízení IS/ICT se zaměřením na sourcing služeb informačního systému
Šebesta, Michal ; Voříšek, Jiří (advisor) ; Havlíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Příklenk, Oldřich (referee) ; Král, Jaroslav (referee)
Research on outsourcing has been around for several decades, while recent evolution in the information systems discipline towards ICT service commoditization significantly changes the context of decision-making. Services that are available on-demand via the Internet allow organizations implementing functions they demand in a fraction of time. This trend represents a chance for organizations seeking to use advanced ICT services without a need of major investments. Problem is the current lack of guidelines and tools for managing ICT services and their outsourcing. Given the trends on the ICT service market, it is expected that much of the IT management in the future will encompass the ICT services and utilize service-level structures. Methods currently available are either too broad or encompass only small part of the whole problem. Ad-hoc or unsound decisions in this area might cause major complications in terms of quality, usability, integration, and consequently influence total cost of organizational IT. Organizations need to either revise existing models or propose and implement completely new models to manage their IS/ICT. This thesis deals with the management of IS/ICT with focus on the ICT services outsourcing. It discusses available sourcing models in the literature and links them to the various interconnected areas. Based on these areas, it presents an integrated view on IT outsourcing strategies. Most importantly the thesis proposes an original concept for decision-making about outsourcing of ICT services named the SOURCER framework. This approach utilizes the presented outsourcing strategies, and introduces a complex methodology and decision-making criteria that will assist organizations with selection of ICT services in order to maintain and manage a most suitable ICT service portfolio. The decision-making is based on four essential viewpoints: function, costs, time, and quality. These viewpoints are discussed, individually analyzed, and serve as a basis for further research. The whole framework is developed and validated according to Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM). Individual components are evaluated using a survey among a group of selected IT managers. Proof of concept is then established by a case study on framework use in a real organization. This case study covers strategy specification, business--IT alignment, specifying service architecture and its interconnections, outsourcing, and management of the ICT service portfolio.

Míry podobnosti pro nominální data v hierarchickém shlukování
Šulc, Zdeněk ; Řezanková, Hana (advisor) ; Šimůnek, Milan (referee) ; Žambochová, Marta (referee)
This dissertation thesis deals with similarity measures for nominal data in hierarchical clustering, which can cope with variables with more than two categories, and which aspire to replace the simple matching approach standardly used in this area. These similarity measures take into account additional characteristics of a dataset, such as frequency distribution of categories or number of categories of a given variable. The thesis recognizes three main aims. The first one is an examination and clustering performance evaluation of selected similarity measures for nominal data in hierarchical clustering of objects and variables. To achieve this goal, four experiments dealing both with the object and variable clustering were performed. They examine the clustering quality of the examined similarity measures for nominal data in comparison with the commonly used similarity measures using a binary transformation, and moreover, with several alternative methods for nominal data clustering. The comparison and evaluation are performed on real and generated datasets. Outputs of these experiments lead to knowledge, which similarity measures can generally be used, which ones perform well in a particular situation, and which ones are not recommended to use for an object or variable clustering. The second aim is to propose a theory-based similarity measure, evaluate its properties, and compare it with the other examined similarity measures. Based on this aim, two novel similarity measures, Variable Entropy and Variable Mutability are proposed; especially, the former one performs very well in datasets with a lower number of variables. The third aim of this thesis is to provide a convenient software implementation based on the examined similarity measures for nominal data, which covers the whole clustering process from a computation of a proximity matrix to evaluation of resulting clusters. This goal was also achieved by creating the nomclust package for the software R, which covers this issue, and which is freely available.
