Synthesis of Lanthanidocene Based Compounds
Pospíšek, Marek ; Zmrzlý, Martin (referee) ; Richtera, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the issues of the polymerization catalytic systems based on lanthanidocene complexes. These complexes are subsequently divided by the structure into four basic groups. One part of this work deals with an overview of the most interesting results of the catalytic systems, which are then analyzed and assessed either in its entirety or point of view of catalytic activity, living mechanism of polymerisation and stereo or regioselectivity. The focus is also placed on type of monomers or the conditions of polymerization. In this part of thesis are also described general methods for their synthesis. Found analogies and generalization are commented from the point of view of the design of the catalytic systems for the purpose of choosing the stereo or regioselectivity, molar mass and its distribution. This gives significance to these complexes as catalytic systems for obtaining the required polymer properties. The acquired knowledge is used for the theoretical design of the catalytic system for controlled polymerization.

Using of longperiod levelling measurement on surface of the exploited uranium deposit of Rožná for mathematical modelling of surface ground subsidence
Hortvík, Karel
Negative impact on surface ground with all its implications that result in case of build-up area above deposit worked represents a concomitant effect of almost every mining activity. Therefore, prediction of development of surface ground subsidence caused in this way is very important task when moderating mining damages of undermined landscape.

Entrepreneurial Project for Kindergarden Foundation
Bolfová, Michaela ; Novák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
The Master’s thesis aims at elaboration of an own business plan targeted at founding of a Kindergarten in Banská Bystrica, that specializes at development of kid’s talents, education of foreign languages, sports and other physical activities. Unique selling competitive edge of the kindergarten is among other things establishment of special classes dedicated for children coming from multicultural background. These classes will focus on communication exclusively in foreign language and compliance with cultural practices.

Impact of low oil and natural gas prices on the economy of Qatar since 2014
Šamánek, Ondřej ; Stuchlíková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Hasík, Gabriel (referee)
The bachelor thesis examines the impact of the oil and gas prices slump, which befell the world in 2014, on the economy of Qatar. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate if and to what extend the price collapse influenced the relevant economic indicators and behaviour of the state and companies active in the affected field. The selected objective is examined using the method of data comparison, namely before and after the price slump, and with the help of the case study, in which the qatari company operating in the oil and gas is examined. From the conducted analysis it is possible to conclude that Qatar was directly influenced by the oil and gas prices collapse: its GDP slumped, fiscal deficit increased. The analysed company also experienced troubles caused by low prices: one year after the price slump, total amount of assigned tenders to company decreased substantially and historically high number of tenders was cancelled. Conclusions deriving from the thesis might be applied to other oil and gas export economies in the Persian Gulf, for fundamental traits of such economies are shared with the economy of Qatar.

Power fotball
Podešvová, Simona ; Velenský, Michael (advisor) ; Kaprálek, Tomáš (referee)
Title of the thesis: Power football Objectives: The bachelor thesis is focused on introducing new sport game for community of handiccaped people and sport public. The game is suitable only for persons on electric wheelchair. The aim is to prezent basic information about the game especially for hard-hitted persons on electric wheelchair. Method: The study is made by the Metod of review, on the basic of summary from theoretical knowledge and specialized information from Europien and world sourced. Issues: Summary of presently knot information about the new game "electric wheelchair fotball" and translation of the game rules, helps to extend this new sport activity for handicappped. It also can enrich physical training for handicapped athlets, publishing in the magazíne "Vozíčkář". Keywords: new sport game, rules, football on electric wheelchairs.

Molecular factors of artherogenesis in chronic kidney disease with experimental model of chronic inhibition of Nitric Oxide Synthesis and its Effect of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitoin
Lecian, Dalibor ; Matouš, Bohuslav (advisor) ; Tesař, Vladimír (referee) ; Zadražil, Josef (referee)
The experimental part of the thesis covered the markers involved in nitric oxide deficiency model in rats. The analogue of arginine N-nitro- L -arginine-methyl ester ( L -NAME) was used. L -NAME administration resulted in sustained elevation of BP, decreased GFR, and in higher albuminuria compared to control animals. The administration of hypolipidemic drug - atorvastatin to Wistar rats was studied. The statin used caused lower albuminuria and prevented decreases in GFR in L -NAME rats without having an impact on hypertension. CAV1 protein expression was similar in all groups of rats. In contrast, VEGF expression and RhoA activity was increased in L -NAME-treated animals, and normalized with coadministration of atorvastatin. Clinical part of the thesis focused on the analysis of markers of oxidative stress in obese and non-obese patients with CKD and after kidney transplantation. The patients with CKD had elevated serum concentrations of AGEs, sRAGE and ADMA with the maximal concentrations of AGEs in the patients on hemodialysis. The successful kidney transplantation decreases the AGEs, sRAGE and ADMA concentrations but not to normal value according to general population. Patients with obesity exhibited lower concentrations of sRAGE in CKD as a protective factor for cardiovascular disease. Concentrations of...
