Geometric structures based on quaternions.
Floderová, Hana ; Vašík, Petr (referee) ; Hrdina, Jaroslav (advisor)
A pair (V, G) is called geometric structure, where V is a vector space and G is a subgroup GL(V), which is a set of transmission matrices. In this thesis we classify structures, which are based on properties of quaternions. Geometric structures based on quaternions are called triple structures. Triple structures are four structures with similar properties as quaternions. Quaternions are generated from real numbers and three complex units. We write quaternions in this shape a+bi+cj+dk.

Usage of Průhonice park in education
Šlajerová, Jana ; Hanel, Lubomír (referee) ; Andreska, Jan (advisor)
We live in modem times, when everyone is rushing somewhere, and everything you try to lighten it. Today's children are actually at a disadvantage. A large number of techniques are slowly but surely moving away naturally. Because children are our future, it is important to obtain valuable to nature and holistic relationship than from the Internet or television. Because today's children have great opportunities to obtain information from the media, but the real nature are somewhat lost, I decided to create worksheets for primary and secondary schools, as an example of how this beautiful and natural place to use the rich. I decided to see how schools around the Pruhonice Park, and how to actually put to use this park. Pruhonice Park is a charming place near the capital city of Prague. It is a place full of natural wealth and beauty that can not leave unnoticed.

The evacuation of villages in Vyškov region in 1939-1945. The broadening of the Vyškov military area for the needs of German occupying army
Leznar, Marek ; Kokoška, Stanislav (referee) ; Šedivý, Ivan (advisor)
The Vyškov Military Area was established for the needs of the Czechoslovak military forces in 1935 in the area of former woodland of the Olomouc Bishopric. There was established the training centre for tankists, the casern and a few tankist units by the year 1938. After the occupation of the rest of Czechoslovakia by German army in 1939 the Vyškov Military Area passed over to the control of wehrmacht. Its command with cooperation of German Protectoral Offices decided the broadening of Vyškov Military Area for its needs to the prejudice of surrounding villages. Germans for the expropriation of the surrounding area used the law of the First Republic number 25 from 1935 about the expropriation of the real estate for purpose of the defence of the state. The whole action was the responsibility of the Protectorate Land Office for Bohemia and Moravia (Bodenamt) - the seat in Prague - which established in Vyškov the Office of Relocation. It was subordinated to the Protectorate Department of Home Affairs. The moving of villages in the zone around Vyškov began in spring in 1941 and finished in the end of 1944.

Outer factors influencing image creation of the USSR in Czechoslovakia between World Wars
Lomíček, Jan ; Jančík, Drahomír (referee) ; Štaif, Jiří (advisor)
There were several outer aspects influencing the image of Soviet Russia in Czechoslovakia between World Wars. On the one hand it was Soviet propaganda using all possible means at that time to create abroad a positive image of SSSR. On the other hand, there were various control mechanisms and institutions monitoring foreigners in the Soviet territory. It was VOKS (The All- Union Society for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries ) and the Soviet state travel agency Intourist, to name the most significant of them. The amount of places the visitors were able to visit was limited, just as the available information and that is why the reality shown in their literary works was distorted. The writers who tried to present an objective description of the situation in the Soviet Union were often dependent on theoretical information without the possibility to verify their theories in practice. A significant number of leftwing intelectuals considered the dictatorship of the proletariat to be a political vanguard. They sticked to these beliefs because they did not have any opportunity to discover the real consequences of Bolshevik government on the people in the Soviet Union.

Business plan – Pharmaceutical Parallel Trade
Šašek, Otakar ; Tyll, Ladislav (advisor) ; Strouhal, Jiří (referee)
Master thesis is primarily focused on parallel trade with medicinal drugs within European Union. In regard to attractive offer for cooperation with strong supplier of mentioned goods was required to valorise realization possibility and potential of idea. Business plan estimates different variants or realization and progress, describes it in numbers and wide context. Object of thesis is absolutely real case of starting intermediary company in pharmaceutical field specifically in parallel "reexport" of pharmaceutical drugs and accessories between states of European Economic Area. In first two passages study remembers methodology of business plan and passes to bases of legislative frame related with. Subsequently are described market movements, thoroughly analysed its weak points and also strengths and opportunities. Everything is simultaneously reflected with object of our business plan to support reality of whole master thesis. After short marketing passage comes the largest part dealing with financial calculations. Considered are three variants of potential reality and in each of them are calculated costs, revenues, profit and cash flow for single months and whole year. Conclusion summarizes and evaluate project as whole. Considering infestation of input costs against its rentability and potential other opportunities of the pharmaceutical market. Evolution of European market mostly depends on legislation regulations of EU and single countries.

Evaluation of Life Insurance Portfolio
Horvathová, Jana ; Mazurová, Lucie (referee) ; Lazosová, Helena (advisor)
This thesis describes cash flow modelling of a life insurance portfolio which breaks down into four di erent basic contract structures. These structures are Term Insurance, Endowment, Universal Life and Unit Linked. Each of them are represented by an individual product. For every individual product, cash flows are created and evaluated further for pro t and its sources. This thesis also introduces the use of future cash flow modelling in pro t testing. In order to provide detailed information on this concept, a prototype of the model offie was created in MS Excel to show numerical example of cash flow, present value of future pro ts and pro tability ratios using real numbers for all assumptions.

In the present work we study use of graph matching algorithms for registration of important image points obtained from di erent sources. We especially focus on acquiring more precise data for nal 3D model reconstruction from a large set of images with already known corresponding points. We give a short overview of graph matching problem including de nitions, computational complexity and various approaches and examples of using graph matching algorithms for solving various problems in many elds. Then we propose our algorithm for approximation of attributed relational minimum cost sub{graph isomorphism problem that is able to match a large number of huge graphs in reasonable time. We also give a short overview of point correspondence problem and we implement suitable edge and vertex metrics for matching partial 2D and 3D model geometry and we test proposed algorithm on both real and synthetic data. We restrict our work to weak point correspondences supposing the nal reconstructed 3D model is built-up from faces.

Real Numbers at High Schools
Červenková, Klára ; Slavík, Antonín (referee) ; Odvárko, Oldřich (advisor)
The aim of this diploma dissertation is to create a textbook with commentary for teachers of mathematics at the high schools on the theme "real numbers". Especially, it is concerned about deeper identification with irrational numbers - to understand the difference between rational and irrational numbers. The attention of the thesis focus particularly on proofs of existence of irrational numbers, on their approximation by rational numbers, and also on the characteristics of infinite sets of numbers - the set of real numbers and some of its infinite subsets. Each chapter of this diploma thesis could be also used for practising other issues of mathematics at high schools e. g. application of Pythagorean theorem, simplification of algebraic terms or operation with sequences and series.

Appraisement of a family house
VRBOVÁ, Denisa
This bachelor thesis deals with the appraisement of family houses. Real estate market and appraised properties are in the mikroregion Lipno. In the introductory part is described what is the real estate market, valid legislative and basic terms on appraisement and properties. Then there are described methods and approaches based on the market principle and the price regulation. Furthermore the thesis describes the kind of people who appraise properties, experts and appraisers belong amongst them. The begining of the practical part describes the real estate market in Lipno region. The purchase prices and estimated prices of family houses in Prachatice and Český Krumlov regions are compared. The result of the comparison is that higher demand for real estates is in Český Krumlov region. The fact that in Český Krumlov region is higher number of family houses transfer salso supports this result. Then there is described selected family house which is situated in Černá v Pošumaví in Český Krumlov region. Family house is appraised with comparative, value and cost methods.

Numerical study of the fluid motion and mixing processes in the vitreous cavity
Pavlů, Karel ; Čermák, Libor (referee) ; Repetto, Rodolfo (advisor)
The vitreous cavity, the largest chamber of the eye, is delimited anteriorly by the lens and posteriorly by the retina and is filled by the vitreous humour. Under normal conditions the vitreous humour has the consistency of a gel, however, typically, with advancing age a disintegration of the gel structure occurs, leading to a vitreous liquefaction. Moreover, after a surgical procedure called vitrectomy the vitreous body may be completely removed and replaced by tamponade fluids. Besides allowing the establishment of an unhindered path of light from the lens to the retina, the vitreous also has important mechanical functions. In particular, it has the role of supporting the retina in contact to the outer layers of the eye, and of acting as a diffusion barrier for molecule transport between the anterior and the posterior segments of the eye. Studying the dynamics of the vitreous induced by eye rotations (saccadic movements) is important in connection of both the above aspects. On the one hand indications exist that the shear stress exerted by the vitreous on the retina may be connected with the occurrence of retinal detachment. On the other hand, if the vitreous motion is intense enough (a situation occurring either when the vitreous is liqueed or when it has been replaced with a uid after vitrectomy), advective transport may be by far more important than diffusion and may have complex characteristics. Advection has indeed been shown to play an important role in the transport phenomena within the vitreous cavity, but, so far, only advection due to the slow overall fluid ux from the anterior to the posterior segments of the eye has been accounted for, while fluid motion due to eye rotations, even if it is generally believed to play an important role, has been invariably disregarded. Some recent contributions have pointed out the importance of accounting for the real vitreous cavity shape in studying uid motion induced by eye rotations. Modelling the vitreous cavity as a deformed sphere, showed that the flow field displays very complex three- dimensional characteristics to which effective fluid mixing is likely to be associated. The purpose of the thesis is to model numerically the motion of the liqueed vitreous within the vitreous cavity induced by different eye movements. Create the model in the Comsol interface, compare the results with theoretical, experimental measurements and do some ow visualizations. Finally show the dependence of the streaming intensity from the amplitude of rotations and the Womersley number .
