Healthy lifestyle of young population

The thesis focuses on the topic of healthy lifestyle of young population from a generic point of view as well as from the closer point of view of a diet. The theoretical part talks about main factors of healthy lifestyle on physical, mental and social levels, and focuses on the lifestyle of the young population nowadays, their eating practice and the issue of school canteens associated with it. The practical part examines and evaluates the selected institution, i.e. a specific canteen in a secondary school. Attention is given to other eating options at school. The research addresses observing principles of healthy lifestyle by the given organisation and at the same time it maps the students approach. Subsequently, it proposes recommendations for changes to improve the existing situation.

The work motivation and personal development of students

This Bachelor Thesis has the goal to find out what is important for students regarding motivation and by which means do they approach their development. The theoretical part of the Thesis takes a look at various motivational theories and attitudes towards human resources management. It touches also the attributes of personal development and work on individuality. The practical part consists of the survey among Czech university students, by questionnaire. What follows is the comparison of theoretical knowledge with survey results and recommendation for universities and employers toward the future. The conclusion summarizes the whole Thesis.

Healthy lifestyle of young population

This thesis deals with Healthy lifestyle of young population at Střední škola zemědělská a potravinářská (Secondary Agriculture and Foodprocessing School) in Klatovy, the Czech Republic. The work is divided in two parts. In the first theoretical part, the basic terms connected to healthy lifestyle are explained. There is a group of young population briefly characterized from physical, social and psychological aspects. The most extended part is dedicated to projects supporting the healthy lifestyle and potentialities of schools to support the healthy lifestyle in an active way.
The other part of this thesis is a research. The institutional analysis of Střední škola zemědělská a potravinářská, Klatovy according to Malinowsky will be carried out. This analysis will be realised on studying the school documents, observing students, interviews with pedagogues and management of the school. In P.E. lessons measuring of chosen students´ body weight and hight will be provided to elicit wheather the institution subserves the function in the area of supporting the healthy lifestyle, which was the aim of this work. In the last part of the work there will be suggested a reccomendation to the institution to support the healthy lifestyle in an active way.

Political aspects of local government – political system of municipalities of Klatovy region

This diploma thesis is focused on the verification of the theory application coming from the conclusions of Stanislav Balíks thesis, which generalizes election behaviour during elections for local authority and it is based on an analysis of election facts in the regions of Šumperk and Jeseník. The aim of the thesis is to verify whether the theory conclusions are applicable to the results interpretation of election behaviour and the characteristics of the party system in other regions of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is worked on the theoretical and legislative conclusions and Stanislav Balíks thesis. The thesis itself starts with the basic characteristics of the region of Klatovy, its administrative and demographic structuring. The core of the thesis is the data analysis of the Czech Statistical office, concerning the elections from 1994 to 2014. The attention is paid on voter turnout at municipality elections depending on different factors and the results of the elections are discussed in detail from the point of view of the suggesting parties and the number of women in municipality politics. The last chapters include a summary of the data from the region of Klatovy, it is compared with the results of Stanislav Balíks thesis and the application of his theory in another region in the Czech Republic is discussed.

Debt collection in practice in the Czech Republic

The thesis is focused on extensive issues of the debt recovery process in practice in the Czech Republic. This work clearly describes various options of debt collection from the perspective of a creditor. At the same time it provides us with an overview of difficult situations to which a debtor can get by reluctance to pay his obligations and unwillingness to communicate. The theoretical part describes the procedure of debt recovery in the Czech Republic.
The practical part is focused on processing and analyzing of data from a real debt recovery process of a company with fictitious name Claim Czech, s. r. o. The output of this analysis is a summary of the features of the claim that is optimal for the debt recovery process of the company not only from a perspective of face value, but also from a geographic and demographic viewpoint. An integral part of the practical section is also a comparison of two nearly identical claims where the difference in the financial burden of a borrower according to his active or passive communication with a creditor is shown.

The position of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic

The presented thesis deals with a specific definition of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Czech Republic. It evaluates the status of SMEs in the Czech economy in terms of their position in raising funds, especially from the banking sector in order to ensure stability and growth.
The thesis deals with the explanation of basic concepts and categories in the field of business in the theoretical part, the position of SMEs in the economy, their development, contribute to the economic stability of the country and the impact on employment. There is also a support concept in the years 2014 - 2020 characterized by the thesis. Impacts of the economic crisis on SMEs and intervention by the Government of the Czech Republic are mentioned as well. Financing options are presented in detail.
The practical part is devoted to a financial analysis of the selected company, evaluation of resulting indicators and determination of conditions for granting business loans. Recommendations for the chosen company are presented in the conclusion part, with regard to their situation within the issue of financing potential investment in fixed assets.

Obstacles at work from the legal and economic point of view

The diploma thesis concentrates on work obstacles institute and is divided into two parts. The first part contains a brief summary of legislation, which is based on data collecting and information gathering from legal regulations, professional publications and internet sources, focused on issues concerning work obstacles from the point of an employee and from an employer. The practical part deals with practical application of the obstacles at work from legal and economical point of view. The practical part consists of the issues of application, approval, permitting, usage and refunding such obstacles at work of the employer and analysis of obstacles arising in relation with the institute application by an employee. In this section part of the thesis methods of direct observation, internal documents analysis and last but not least semi-structured interviews with company managers were used. The result is a practical approach to legislation and economic impact in the analyzed company.

Diploma thesis gender differences in economic and social role in the country deals with the differences between men and women's status in the household, gender segregation disciplines, division of roles in the household, and points to the fact that men and women are constantly ascribed certain roles, which make evaluation and occupation of vz the employability in the labor market. The work is divided into theoretical part, which explains the basic concepts of gender issues and a practical part, where based on the survey were verified basic objectives and hypotheses.

Economic and social impacts of the development to employment in Usti region

This thesis Economic and social impacts of employment growth in the Ústí region will focus on the issue of unemployment, which is a problem affecting the life and character throughout the region. The thesis will consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the work will be focused to the characterization and description of the main terms associated with unemployment, the labor market or instruments of active and passive policy of unemployment reduction.
In the practical part, attention will be paid to the characteristics of the Ústí region, focusing on economic, geographic or social terms. Further writes through the use of time series of employment and unemployment in the Ústí region. Also presented graphically, for example, the unemployment rate, unemployment in terms of education levels, unemployment on the basis of gender or whether they are more at risk of unemployment men or women. Inside the private research will be the prediction of graduates registered at labour offices in the Ústí region, which will be subsequently formulated the basic causes of this situation and will propose a solution that could help the graduates in the easier application at the labour market.

Leisure time of young generation reflecting its function of prevention in the Rychnovsko region

This dissertation focuses on free time as a new phenomenon in the industrially advanced society. The goal of this paper is firstly to map how the monitored group of children and youth from Rychnov nad Kněžnou and surrounding villages spend their free time and secondly how the above mentioned group comprehends the preventive function of free time. After the theoretical part which is focused on sociology of leisure, leisure education, and rural and urban area, there is an empirical part containing secondary and primary research (performed in form of questioning) with special focus on offering free time activities. The research found out that both groups of pupils (from urban as well as from the rural area) perceive the free time, possibilities of spending it, and their wishes for better spending the free time in similar way. Although the offer of free time activities in the rural area is significantly more limited compared to the free time activities offered in the urban area, the pupils living in the rural area are surprisingly satisfied with the offer. This limited offer is often accompanied with more common feeling of boredom which could grow into being dangerous; in view of preventive function of free time this fact is not insignificant.
