The thesis focuses on efficiency method measurement in the process of recruiting and selection of the employees. The main goal of the thesis is to describe the options and to measure the efficiency of recruiting and selection of the employees. The theoretical part of the work focuses on methods of the recruitment and describes efficiency measurement of recruitment. The part two focuses on certain efficiency of e - recruitment in different business companies and evaluates the influence of the HR information systems on recruitment efficiency.

The theme of the Master's thesis is an analysis of personnel work in the company Makovec a.s. which develops, manufactures and sells meat and meat products. The work is divided into theoretical part where the individual personnel activities are described and the practical part where the theoretical knowledge is compared with the practical facts in the company. The analysis focuses on the recruitment, selection, adoption, adaptation, evaluation, remuneration and education of employees and aims to identify the strengths and the weaknesses and tries to suggest alternative solutions.

Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v hotelnictví

Práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců, ve své teoretické první části spíše obecně (s důrazem vybrat jen metody užívané v hotelnictví) a v praktické již čistě z pohledu cestovního ruchu a hotelnictví, konkrétně v prostředí lázeňského hotelu střední velikosti, kde se praktikuje řízení spolumajitelem s důrazem na hospodárnost a dosažení zisku. Cílem je načerpanými teoretickými poznatky okomentovat procesy získávání a výběru, k nimž v hotelu dochází, ty zhodnotit a závěrem navrhnout možná vylepšení slabých stránek zmíněných procesů.
