Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit proces získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve společnosti Česká spořitelna, a.s. Prozkoumat a posoudit jaké zásady a metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců se ve společnosti používají a pokusit se navrhnout případné změny a zlepšení. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the selection and obtaining employees in the company Česká spořitelna, a.s. To explore and critisise the policy and methods of the selection and obtaining employees which are used at the company and try to suggest eventual changes and improvement.
