Screen Sharing
Radimák, Samuel ; Zachariáš, Michal (referee) ; Kajan, Rudolf (advisor)
The following bachelor thesis is dedicated to the description of methods for a desktop sharing and possibilities which these methods provide. In the beginning, principles connected with the concept of desktop sharing are explained. Moreover, there are described various solutions, which had already existed before my research. In addition, fundamental protocols for the transfer of the screen and main differences between them are mentioned. The most extensive part is devoted to the design and the implementation of an application for screen sharing. The application is split into two parts, a client and a server. The development is described with the use of UML (Unified Modeling Language). For the transport of the screen, RFB (Remote Framebuffer) protocol has been chosen. In advance, reduced description of this protocol is mentioned in this text. The developed application is tested and compared to other existing solutions. Finally, areas where improvements are possible are stated.
Silverlight technology
Kouba, Petr ; Morský, Ondřej (referee) ; Uchytil, Stanislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on Silverlight technology, possibilities of running and application developments. Next Windows Presentation Foundation is introduced, which Silverlight technology results from, and the principal of creation user interface in XAML. Data bindings are used for the information presentation gained from web services. Concept called Windows Communication Foundation enables relatively easy application development gaining data from different resources through web services. Principals of communication with web services based on SOAP and REST architecture are described. An application for observing current stock exchanges information was developed on the base of previous studies. The application consists of server and client side. The server side obtains data from resources which are free available. These data are published through web services. Silverlight client gets data from web services and presents them to users. User settings are stored on server in database. ADO.NET Entity Framework and Domain Service are used for the access to the database.
Activity Tracking Tool for Windows Phone
Munk, Filip ; Kajan, Rudolf (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the development of mobile application for Windows Phone focused on activity tracking. Result of my work is elegant and efective application, that functionality supports user’s fast interaction. Application allows to save exported data to SkyDrive.
Terrain passability analysis using machine understanding of maps
Pařík, David ; Jelínek, Aleš (referee) ; Chromý, Adam (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with creation of computer aplication that can be used for conversion of raster maps for orienteering into model. Aplication will use this model to calculate optimal track between two selected locations. The thesis describes the development of a module for speed analysis in different types of terrain and another module for detection of roads and impassable objects. Thesis builds on work of Ing. Pavol Kršák and describes new features that were implemented to simplify user's control.
Automatic project code generation in TIA portal
Halata, Roman ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with an automatic code generation for PLC from Siemens. The first part focuses on currently available tools for code generation and options of C# library Siemens TIA Openness. Furthermore, a design for the project structure in the TIA portal is created. Finally, a user application for automatic code generation in TIA portal v15 is designed and created, especially suitable for larger projects that could be divided into individual stations.
Tool for Fireworks Design and Simulation
Floryán, Kamil ; Polok, Lukáš (referee) ; Bartoň, Radek (advisor)
This Master thesis describes the design and implementation of particle system and a user interface of tool for fireworks design and simulation. The engine uses an XNA framework and an HLSL shading language. The thesis also compares applications focused on designing and simulation of fireworks. Applicability and demandings of applications for designing and simulation of fireworks  among Czech and Slovak companies  dealing professionally with firework  are  analysed as well.
Design and implementation of the software for controlling Agilent leakage mass detectors
Maixner, Jiří ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the study of leakage problems in industry and the use of Agilent weight detectors for its detection. Based on the studies conducted, a hardware and software solution has been proposed for connecting the measuring elements to a helium detector at a simple configurable station. Additionally, a C# application was created. This application allows the leak detector to be controlled and data collected from the detector and its surroundings. The created application was tested in a real environment. The conclusion of this work is devoted to the possibilities of using the created application.
Pathfinding in Building Map
Marko, Antonín ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Zachariáš, Michal (advisor)
The majority of large buildings contains static public panels with a building map, which are not well-arranged and it takes long time to find concrete area and find path to it. Subjects of the thesis are design and implementation of an application for 3D demonstration of a building's map and pathfinding in the map.
.NET/C# program for teaching and explaining the function of AES cipher
Ondrejech, Martin ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Burda, Karel (advisor)
This work is focused on cipher algorithm AES, his selection method and description of cipher blocks, possibilities of .NET framework and current implementation of AES algorithm in C#. The book also contain complete application for teaching and explanation of AES cipher.
Dungeon Lords Board Game
Kawulok, Lukáš ; Kubát, David (referee) ; Doležel, Michal (advisor)
In this work I am describing transformation board game Dungeon lords into computer game. Computer version of the game will have the same rules as board version.Final build of the game allows network playing, saving of game and loading of the saved game. During development of the game is aviable only board version. In documentation I describe steps of developing and also rules of the game. In the end is described the way of testing and also revieling of bugs and their repair. Projet was created in C# language in MS Visual Studio 2010. To creation of GUI is used WDF technique.
