Performance evaluation of a furniture manufacturing company

The thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of a company manufacturing furniture. In the theoretical part the fundamentals are described, on which then relies the analytical part of the thesis. The analytical part is performed using strategic and financial analysis for the years 2017 - 2022, the results of which are compared with competitors. The results of the analytical part are summarized by using SWOT analysis, according to which recommendations are proposed to preserve or improve the performance of the company.

The thesis focuses on the economic and financial assessment of FAGUS, a.s. The theoretical part includes a literature review related to the issue of company performance along with its measurement methods, the Balanced Scorecard, and strategic analysis. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state, focusing on the company’s financial health through financial analysis and examining the internal and external environment of the company through strategic analysis. Finally, the practical part presents a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the selected company.

This bachelor‘s thesis provides a comprehensive view of the financial situation of ELSA’S TEXTILE s.r.o., a company specializing in the production of sportswear. The aim of the thesis is to identify key factors influencing economic performance and to propose for its improvements. The work utilizes financial analysis and the evaluation of individual indicators to reveal the company's strengths and weaknesses. The results of the study offer practical suggestions for better strategic decision-making within the company.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of a company in the trucking industry. In the theoretical part, the concepts of company performance evaluation are described. In the practical part, the studied company and its five selected competitors are presented. Furthermore, a strategic and financial analysis of the selected entities is performed. The suggestion part contains recommendations to increase and maintain the performance of the company.

This thesis focuses on the economic and financial evaluation of M&M Finance company s.r.o. using financial analysis and the Balanced Scorecard model. The first part of the thesis describes the methods and analyses used to evaluate the company's performance, with a focus on the Balanced Scorecard method as a key model. In the second part, these methods and analyses are applied to evaluate the performance of M&M Finance. The third part includes a proposal for implementing the Balanced Scorecard method in M&M Finance, which aims to improve the company's performance.

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of financial performance of trade cooperative Konzum in Ústí nad Orlicí from economic year 2017 to economic year 2021. The work itself is divided in to the three following chapters. First chapter studies theoretical knowledge from performance to special system indicatiors of financial analysis. Second chapter characterize studied subject and evaluate financial performance with individual instruments of finacial analysis. Third chapater introduce intended proposal, which will lead to improvement of financial performance in the upcoming economic years.
