The thesis deals with reactivity in response to a frustrating situation for convicted offenders. The main issue in the theoretical element is reactivity; or rather the behaviour and manifestation of reactions in the moment when an individual gets into stressful situations, is impeded or blocked in achieving their target. The definition of frustration is an equally important area, which, in the thesis is initially described from the perspective of classic theorists, and then the various ways how we examine and diagnose frustration. The last and equally important chapter consists of the offender's personality, which is defined in the context of the aforementioned frustration and reactivity. The aim of the empirical component is to obtain quantitative data on the most frequent reactions among criminal offenders in the moment before they face the obstacle that is blocking their achievement of goals or satisfaction. The research sample was composed of 69 convicted criminal offenders from remand prisons Pankrác, Hradec Kralové and prison Plzeň. CHARYPAROVÁ, Ludmila
The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze the availability of prison spiritual care in prisons, detention prisons and detention facilities in the Czech Republic and also description of the Prison spiritual service, the possibilities of using this service and the most frequent problems connected with it. The theoretical part describes an introduction to the problems of the Czech prison system and spiritual care in prison facilities in the Czech Republic. In the area of providing spiritual support in the Czech Republic there are a Prison spiritual service performed by prison chaplains, Prison voluntary care provided trained volunteers in this area and a Prison Fellowship International. The practical part of the thesis was done by means of a questionnaire survey, which was used to map out the availability of prison spiritual care. There participated prison chaplains, the public, and some members of the prison voluntary care as respondents in this research. The aim of the thesis was achieved with the help of obtaining information in the theoretical part of the thesis, but also thanks to the questionnaire research from the practical part. From questionnaire research and from analysis of available sources, I came to the conclusion that the availability of Prison spiritual service in the Czech Republic is not sufficient because it is not provided in all prison facilities. If convicted or accused persons were interested in this service in facilities where it is not provided, they do not have the opportunity to reach it. The results show that if the number of prison chaplains continues to, the availability of spiritual care in prisons and detention prisons in the Czech Republic would be better, and then it would be possible to provide it even in those facilities, where it is not available now. The second questionnaire survey revealed that the public does not have enough information about the prison spiritual service. Half of the respondents said, that they mostly did not hear about prison spiritual service, but still they thought it was necessary, so it would be good to give the public more information about this problems, for example, using regional newspapers or regional television stations.

Based on the study of available literature in this thesis are defined easily accessible poisons, which are carbofuran, methanol, ethylene glycol, marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine. The thesis is further defined by crime, with those readily available poisons committed on the territory of the Czech Republic. Defined easily accessible poisons were also associated with a particular crime that is committed to them and based on statistical outputs of the Czech Police and the National Drug Headquarters of the Police of the Czech Republic was conducted statistical research that is readily available to these poisons committing a crime on the territory of the Czech Republic, and whether there are differences in crime rates between different regions of the Czech Republic. The second part describes the methodology of work and research questions. The third part consists of the results which graphically compares crime committed with easily accessible poisons. The final part consists of discussions, where they are analyzed the achievements of work. To achieve the objectives in this work used data collection methods, analytical, mathematical and graphical. The change in the drug scene of the Czech Republic after it adopted the Schengen Agreement
MIKEŠOVÁ, Kristýna
The Bachelor´s thesis named "The change of the drug scene in the Czech Republic after entering the Schengen area" is a theoretical work regarding the drug criminal acitvities. The first part is dedicated to clarification of terms, structuring the criminal activities connected with drugs, national minorities in the Czech Republic which are involved in this criminal activities and transport ways for drug smuggling. Then there follow the sub-chapters about the represive authorities of the Czech Republic, European Union and in more details about the Schengen area. The last topic of the first chapter is concentrated on important organizations acting in the fight against drugs. The aim of this thesis was to bring this isme closer to readers in the most easy way, that is why the neccessary quotation from the law is done from secondary literature quite often, and that is easier for understanding. The aim of this thesis is to find out how much the drug scene have changed in the Czech Republic during the four years of membership in the Schengen Agreement. The analysis was done for 8 years, that is for four years before the enter and for four years after the enter into the Schengen area. I concentrated on finding out which kinds of drugs are now appearing at the black market of the Czech Republic, which national minorities are involved the most into the drug criminal activities in the territory of the Czech Republic and on how much the number of arrested foreigners rose in connection with drug criminal activities in comparison with the previous four years period. The analysis was done on the basis of the annual reports of the National Anti-drug Unit of the Czech Police. These annual reports contain also the results of the Customs Administration, Customs Drug Enforcement Unit, and thanks to this fact the analysed sample is relevant. Thanks to the analysis there was found an extrem growth of the number of foreign offenders - their number doubled in comparison with the period before entering the Schengen area. The biggest number of arrested foreign offenders are of Vietnamese and Slovakian nationality. The most surprising result was the growth of number of arrested offenders of Nigerian nationality. Also in the field of seized drugs there has been a change. While in the case of extasy the seized amount rapidly lowered, the cannabis and metamphetamine (pervitin in Czech) rapidly rose. The other analysed drugs are keeping the same place on the territory of the Czech Republic and the difference of individual years in the seized amount is not high. The issue of drug criminal activities commited by foreigners is more and more live and current topic. The issue of the drug kriminality commited by the foreigners is more and more achal topis and the entrance into the Schengen area has a big influence on increasing amonut of foreigners in the Czech Republic. Apart from that another important feature is in the growth of number of foreigners in the Czech Republic also the asylum politics of the state. It is possible to use this thesis as the source of information for broad lay public or for the purpose of education and training.
