Analysis of training session in young soccer players with respect to different performance level

Title of the thesis: Analysis of the training unit for football older prepare players with a different level of performance. Objective of the thesis: Identify the representation of didactic forms and types of training processes in the older football product categories, taking into account the different performance level of the club (professional vs. amateur). Solving methods: Solution Methods: An indirect observation method was used to analyze when we used two camcorders to shoot two training units per week for each team. (AC Sparta Prague, SK Slavia Praha, FK Motorlet and SK Aritma). The training records were subsequently evaluated. Results: Comparison of professional clubs and amateurs had the most significant difference in game exercises, which was 38.3% for AC Sparta and SK Slavia vs. 22.8% for FK Motorlet and SK Aritma. On the other hand, amateur clubs used more training play (39.7%) compared to 22% AC Sparta and SK Slavia. There was no significant difference in socio-interactive forms, just as professional clubs make more use of group form, especially because of the higher number of trainers per training unit. A more significant difference was also seen in the training process where professional clubs use more fitness training than amateur (28% to 10%). Of all the results we have not found...

Solutions of the offensive futsal combinations

Title: Solutions of the offensive futsal combinations Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to analyse and illustrate the solutions of the offensive combinations as considered through the lens of the match process. Methods: The data were collected via the nonparticipating observations of the video recordings of the AC Sparta Praha matches. Categorial system of observation to compare the particular components of the match was employed in order to lay down the correctness of the hypotheses. The resulting values were statistically processed based on the written data. The commentary files were filled in via dashing and writing notes. Results: Through the observations, the combinations leading to scoring the goal were found, and the key aspects of the successful executions were laid out. More possible variants of executing the offense were found. The higher success rate was found when combining the gradual offense, quick counter-offense after gaining the ball, end-play executed from the centre of the field and also against the defence active in the defender's half of the field. Title: Methodic of work with youth in 1. FC Viktorie Přerov club in U10 - U13 cathegories. Objectives: The aim of this study is to write methodic and organization of work in 1. FC Viktorie Přerov o.s club, which will help other coaches in this club. By this methodic we will continue to work with youth cathegories U10 - U13. Compare history, present and future, which will cooperate with methodics and organization of work with youth. We will compare informations from Ajax Amsterdam, Dukla Praha and 1. FC Viktorie Přerov and from all these clubs we will take the best to conditions of our middle big club. Methods: Analysis of historical literature, analysis of present literature, analysis of needs of 1. FC Viktorie Přerov Results: The result of this work will be written conception for youth cathegories U10 - U13 based on historical materials from 1. FC Viktorie Přerov club and present methods from Ajax Amsterdam and FK Dukla Praha. This concepts will respect current status of this subject and needs of our club. Title: A Rating of training units in boys basketball by category of U14. Objective: Preparation, implementation and evaluation of basketball training units starting by U14 categories. The training units focus on a drill, training game and fitness training following by blending these three components. Methods: Preparing these training units I have used the professional basketball literature. This bachelor work is based on quantitative way of research. The raiting of training units was analyzed by the players of U14 category. Results: The following results were recorded according to the research. among the most popular training unit is the training games or the blending of game training with the drill and fitness training. Title: The annual training plan for junior category in futnet. Key words: Training process, junior category, planning, annual periodization. The problem definition: It is very difficult to find any relevant information about futnet training and its planning in contemporary literature. Moreover, junior category is omitted completely. I will try to explore sport training related literature and apply acquired knowledge. The aim of the thesis: The aim of this thesis is creation of an annual futnet training plan for junior category. The sub-task is to create a set of exercises for improving techniques and tactics of game skills in solving offensive and defensive game situation within annual training cycle.

Analysis of children preparing for football: category of older preparatory

Title: Analysis of children preparing for football - category of older preparatory Objectives: To examine the training process of football players in light of training content. To focus on stimulated locomotive abilities, practiced skills and used didactic forms in children training. To compare gained information from practice with theoretic resources. Methods: The base of practic part is the method of observation and interview with trainer (head coach). In inspections of training sessions there is composition of training content registered which is analysed afterwards. There are statistic methods of frequency and percentage expression used for obtaining results. In discussion I try to compare outputs of the practice with the theoretic ones by method of comparison. Results: The coach in training process mainly focused on stimulating coordination and speed abilities. The most often rehearsed activity of indivdual play was running the ball. From MOF coach used the most setting-up exercises and preparatory games but hardly even play exercises The coach aplicated the collective form in the most of exercises.
