Virtual Interactive Walk through Scenery
Halas, Petr ; Dvořák, Radim (referee) ; Stružka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes the issues of modelling a scenery in OpenGL. It contains theoretical principle of 3D displaying with OpenGL functions and description of some of the technologies made for realistic objects and efects modelling. These technologies are demonstrated on an application modelling an interactive walk through scenery, which is eventually tested with questionnaires, filled by a group of volunteers.
OpenGL Performace Meassurement Tool
Rehorčík, Pavol ; Polok, Lukáš (referee) ; Pečiva, Jan (advisor)
This thesis talks about theoretical and practical side of development of testing application for OpenGL performance with focus to shaders. In theoretical part are individually described used techniques and principle of usage of shaders. The core of thesis is practical part, so creation and implementation of this application. In final part I discuss measured results and possible extensions.
Optimized Ray Tracing
Zamazal, Zdeněk ; Přibyl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes analysis, design and implementation of an application for reneding pictures based on optimized ray tracing. As the main optimalization is used the method of uniform space subdivision.
Complex Animation in 3D Studio Max
Černý, Miloš ; Pečiva, Jan (referee) ; Přibyl, Jaroslav (advisor)
The goal of this project is to inform a reader about compact workflow of creating complex computer animation using 3D modelling and animation software 3ds Max. It guides him through the whole process from creating models, texturing and skinning them, to animation pointed at more difficult parts of the animation process. Beside the practical examples, this paper includes necessary theoretical explanation of particular problems. After reading this paper, the reader should be well acquainted with the compact process of creating the complex animation.
3D modelling in Blender
Matiášek, Tomáš ; Šedivá, Zuzana (advisor) ; Pour, Jan (referee)
The goal of this work is to create a comprehensive manual for program Blender. The work will guide a beginner user through the process of modelling. Blender is a free software used for creating animations and 3D visualizations which can then be used in the television industry, game industry, movies or commercials. This work in it's introduction mentions benefits and disadvantages of this product and lists similar products available worldwide. The rest of the work is dedicated to creating 3D models and describes scene modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering practices.
