Villa Petra at Humpolec

This thesis deals with the design documentation of villas Petra in Humpolec, designed for a family of six. The house is situated in the region Vysočina in the village Humpolec, cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a three-story brick building, where the vertical and horizontal constructions are designed from the structural system POROTHERM. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different height levels, two of whom are flat roofs walkway and used as a terrace. Part of the building is also covered parking places for two cars type 1a.
Family house

The object of this work is the preparation of project documentation for the family house. This is a two-storey brick building with partial basement, which is in flat terrain. Roofing over 2.NP is constructed of double-shell roof over the garage and is designed with a flat roof terrace. The building is designed in the system KM Beta SENDWIX M. The proces layout allows a comfortable living for a family 4-5 members.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a newly built house with a pharmacy in Šebetov. The building is designed for a flat terrain. The entrance to the pharmacy is oriented to the northeast and the entrance to the residential part to the northwest. The building consists of two floors and an attic. The house is built of the building system porotherm. The ceiling construction is built of the system porotherm miako. The truss is a saddle with an inclination of 40 °. There is a garage attached to the left side of the building.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a level-split family house. The building is located in the village Vnorovy on the plot with number 1382. The family house is designed as a two-storey for a family of four. The building has one underground and one above-ground floor. It is based on foundation strips and is equipped with a contact thermal insulation system. The construction system of the basement parts is made of lost formwork DEK, the ceiling is made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The construction system of the above-ground parts is made of HELUZ ceramic fittings, the ceiling is again made of Filigree ceiling slabs. The roof is flat. The main entrance is situated on the 1st floor to the vestibule.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment building in the town of Nový Jičín. It is an object with three above-ground floors and a partial basement. The design documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATERFRONT IN PŘEROV

The concept of mixed-use corner house situated on the bank in Přerov is based on the division of the parcel into two parts. These two partsare linked by the small street with the entrances to the shops and living. The small street leads from the ground floor through shopping to the roof floor where it ends by the terrace with coffe bar. There is amazing view to the river and center. The living is designed on the conception of regular crowd of cubes. Thereby the pleasant terraces for flats and viewing from the street through house oriented to the center arrised.
High standard detached house

The subject of this bachelor`s thesis is a project of high standard single-family detached house. The building is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastral territory of Hlinsko v Čechách. The family house has two floors and is designed from the structural system Porotherm, the ceilings are made of reinforced concrete joined with stiffening reinforced concrete wreath. The roofing of the house is build as single-layer flat roof. A terrace with contact layer of concrete paving is going to be attached to the house. Another part of the house is a garage for two-cars. The house is for a family of four.

In this bachelor thesis I am focusing on a project of a detached family house on a site 5017 in a village Radiměř. Proposed category of a flat is 4+1. Family house is designed according to an irregular platform 14,84x8,08m. The house has two floors with a habitable attic, without cellarage. Downstairs there is a space behind a door, technical room, a toilet a storage room, a storage room under the stairway, two-ply stairs, a living room and a kitchen. The family house includes a garage for one car and with enough storage space. Upstairs there is a bathroom, 2 rooms and a bedroom. The house is based on strip foundations made of a simple concrete. Vertical and horizontal frameworks are devised from cellular concrete blocks Ytong. Enclosure wall is insulated by boards Ytong Multipor. The roof is anticlinal with a 40 degrees deflection. The entering side is orientated to the east. The living room is orientated to the south and the west, which makes the place shiny enough and furthermore there is an entrance to the platform. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new building of a detached residential building in Zábřeh. The form corresponds to the project documentation for the building permit. It is a two-storey, basement building with a flat roof based on the base passages. On the above floors are 5 residential units for 12 people. In the 1st floor there is an apartment with barrier-free access. A stroller storage and a cleaning room are available for all users in 1st floor. In the basement there are cellars for all apartments, a boiler room and a common dryer. Parking is done in front of a building on a paved surface. The construction system is a two-way brickwork of the Porotherm masonry elements except for the perimeter masonry, which is made of a reinforced concrete system. The ceiling structure is made of Miako brick inserts and ceramic concrete ceiling POT beams. The whole object is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.

Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is construction project of family house with hairdresser’s workroom. The house is located in South Moravia region in cadastral area of Soběšice. The house is situated on slight down sloped terrain and has two overground floors and one subterranean storey. The hairdresser’s workshop is situated on the first overground floor with North-East orientation. The main part of the first overground floor is used for family habitation. Garage is situated in basement. The brickwork is made of masonry system POROTHERM, overhead structures from POT girders and ceramic shims MIAKO. The roof construction of family house is hipped roof with truss structures. The hairdresser’s room and living room overheads are made of flat onecoated walkable roof which serves as a terrace.
