Constructionally Technolological Solution of Steel Skeleton of Production Hall Hutira in Brno

This Bachelor thesis deals with constructionally technolological project of steel skeleton of production hall Hutira in Brno. The thesis solves technology prescription of steel skeleton construction, budget, time plan, equipment of construction site and inspecion and test plan.
Administrative building with storage hall - preparation for carrying of supporting structures

The content of the thesis is preparation works for realization of the supporting structure to an administrative building and a storage hall in the town of Troubsko. The administrative building has three above-ground floors; vertical supporting structures are made of the Porotherm ceramic blocks, and the ceilings are made of the Spiroll prestressed ceiling slabs. The storage hall is made of steel with a truss girder with the span of 31.5 metres, the supporting pillars are made of I 500 profiles. The thesis includes the technical specification of the selected technical stage, the technical specification of the construction site facilities, the technical specification of general transport conditions, technological prescription for the steel hall assembly, the design of machinery system, the inspection and test plan for the hall assembly, the environmental requirements, health and safety protection during work. The enclosures contain a table with inspection and test plan, the construction site layout, the itemized budget, the time schedule, the spending cap, and a labour deployment schedule.
Preparation for rough superstructure steel buildings in Uničov

The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to describe technological state of rough upper construction of the steel production hall which is part of the location of the company Melites s.r.o, I will design optimal working procedure for the most effective construction regarding the foundations of the construction. I will focus on different variants of the lifting equipment. Furthermore, I will concentrate on fire prevention systems for steel constructions while applying the knowledge on this particular object. In addition, the thesis includes budget, monitoring and test plan and schedule of work in which I will mention also building envelope of the steel hall.
Steel structure of an industrial hall

The diploma thesis contains design of steel one-aisle industrial hall with span 24 m, length 63 m and height of the holder of a crane track girder 8,7 m. In hall are two overhead cranes, first with load capacity 50 tons and second with load capacity 32 tons. Main structural material is steel S 450. Is processed several versions and one is processed in detail. Drawings contain platform and section of hall and manufacturing drawings of crane runway.
Botanical greenhouse

The thesis deals with design and structural analysis of the botanical greenhouse constructed from steel members. Greenhouse is situated in Zlín. Footprint of the building is 20x38m with 15m height. Structure is made from 7 steel trusses connected by hinges to pad foundations with are 6m apart. Trusses are connected via purlins and girts. General stiffness is provided by traversal and longitudinal truss bracings. The object is single nave hall with curved roof. The façade is made from glass rectangles.

This bachelor thesis deals with construction-technological phase of supporting skeleton structural system's realization of the transfer station at waste dump Uhy. It contains operating procedure, equipment of the construction site, time schedule, machinery, control and testing plan, work safety, calculation and alternative proposal for prefabricated part from reinforced concrete. The alternative proposal solves sizing of the reinforced concrete element, calculation and machinery.
Industrial Hall with Administrative Building

This thesis contains a design of a steel structure of two-bay industrial hall with an administrative facility in the city of Brno. There are 3 variants of solution for industrial steel hall with duopitch roof with overall dimensions 60x74 m and detailed structural analysis of the first variant. Height of the hall is 10,5 m. Main structure of the roof is designed as frames from steel profiles with purlins from cold rolled sections, a span of frames is 30 m. The material of main frames is steel S355, material of purlins is S450. The hall is equipped by overhead crane with loading capacity 5 tons. Bolted connections will be done with maximal stiffness and feasibility of the structure. The administrative facility is designed as an independent building with 3 floors, the floor plan is semicircular with diameter 48 m.

Construction technological project of factory hall in Bílovec

This thesis addresses the construction of steel buildings in Bílovec. In this work we are solved structurally technological study of the construction of steel buildings. The work deals with the traffic situation around the building and a landing distance. The thesis focuses on the installation for the steel skeleton and industrial floors of wire reinforced concrete, time and financial plan, project, site equipment, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, timelines, capital construction object, then control plan for the steel skeleton and industrial floor. Moreover, it is processed itemized budget including bills of quantities, Risk Plan for the steel skeleton and industrial flooring and design details. The basis for this work was the design documentation for the realization of this project.
