Knobová, Kateřina ; Kolbová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Title: Using a tensimyograph to measure girls in sport aerobics Objectives: The goal of my bachelor thesis is perform a functional muscle diagnosis with a focus on the quadriceps femoral muscle in a team of sport aerobics girls using TMG. Based on a general analysis of the training load, evaluate the effect of the traning on the funcitonal status of the femoral muscle and deduce general training recommendations. Methods: This bachelor thesis is a case study. Research is done qualitatively. mapping a small number of respondents. The actual measurements on the tensiomyograph, the analysis of the results and the recommendations of the measurement were performed on five selected individuals. Results: The task of the thesis is a description of a device called tensiomyograph, about which known documents had to be searched and translated exclusively from abroad. The second task, the output of this work is the results of measuring five respondents from the TMG and the analysis of the two-month competitive season, on the basis of which a recommendation was made leading to the elimination of the imbalances, through strength exercises, resp.stretching exercises. The Assessment of the Impact of the Sports Aerobics on the Postural Stabilization of the girls aged 8 to 10 years
Roubková, Leona ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
Title: The Assessment of the Impact of the Sports Aerobics on the Postural Stabilization of the girls aged 8 to 10 years Definition of the problem: This thesis deals with testing of the postural stabilization and also deals with detection of the occurrence of hypermobility in two groups of girls aged 8-10 years. The first group consist of girls that do sports aerobics and second group consist of girls that do not do any sport. Objectives: In the theoretical part I will devote a summary of findings on the development of postural security, with motor development and motor learning and also very briefly the hypermobility. The aim is to verify if the sports aerobics has a formative influence on postural stabilization of girls at a school age. I examine if the high training load at this early age leads to changes in postural motor skills in terms of its positive or negative influence. Furthermore, the research confirms the higher incidence of hypermobility among athletes. Methods: Selection of the research group on a voluntary basis and according to predetermined criteria. Practical testing of children assembled using two test batteries. Statistical data processing (Student's t-test, Spearman's correlation coefficient). Comparing the results between the two groups of girls. Results: Two test sets...
Regeneration in the pre-season period in sports aerobics
Kordíková, Kamila ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
Title: Regeneration in the pre-season period in sports aerobics The aim of this study is to show modern methods and forms of regeneration in a period which is the most demanding for competitors in terms of mental and physical pages and to describe the effects and behavior of individual forms so that the competitors could choose the most suitable for him. Further classification of individual procedures in specific weekly microcycles for optimal readiness athletes access the following season and prevent overvoltage and overtraining. The goal is to show the importance of regeneration and its wide range available and the positive effects in the form of improved performance.
