Assessing the Financial Health of a Company Operating in International Environment and Proposals for Improvements

The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the strategic position and financial health of an international company, and to propose suggestions for improvement in problem areas. The results of the analytical part of the thesis show that the company is financially stable and has a good profitability ratio. On the other hand, some of the teams in the company are less productive due to prolonged and ineffective internal processes. Therefore, the thesis formulates suggestions which should improve the productivity of one of the main teams in the company. The basis of the suggestion is an online tool for the automation of operational management.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of financial situation of manufacturing company Model Obaly, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to give proposals for improving this situation. The theory section will be focused on defining basic concepts and theoretical bases from the literature, based on characterization of the company. In the analytical part chosen methods and practices are being applied, on the basis of which are given proposals leading to improvement of the financial situation, in the final part of the thesis.

Economic and financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in a specific company

The focus of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation in DINA-HITEX, spol. s.r.o. for the period 2017-2021 with the proposal of appropriate measures leading to the improvement of the situation. The first part of the work is intended for literary research. Here are characterized the terms needed for the topic that the bachelor's thesis deals with. The second part deals with the calculation of indexes using the methods mentioned in the theoretical part. Here are found the values needed for the financial analysis of DINA-HITEX, spol. s.r.o. In the last part of the work, based on the results of the analytical part, measures were proposed that will lead to the improvement of the financial situation in this company.

The Evaluation of Financial Performance of the Company

The bachelor’s thesis aims at the evaluation of financial performance of TKZ Polná, s.r.o in years 2016-2019. It describes the theoretical knowledge of this field and builds upon it when analysing the current situation of an enterprise. The financial performance of the company is evaluated using the analysis of classical and modern indicators, Spider analysis and the Economic Normal. It brings suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the company’s financial performance.
