The focus of the diploma thesis is formulation of realistic business plan of a newly established company INEX plus Ltd. The core of its trade will be roof construction and personalized furniture production. The thesis consists of three parts. Theoretical part describes the foundation of the company and the structure of its business plan. Following sections analyze the internal and external environment of the company and formulate the business plan per se.

The subject of my thesis is the process of building technological studies remodeling the farm house, which is located in Svébohov in the Olomouc region. Processed work will be mainly in technological studies the major works, which will be included in the construction works. of these works will be created schedule. It will also be drawn time and financial plan together with a draft assembly machine for fabric the "C" building. Technological specification, bill of quantities, design of mechanical assemblies and safety measures at the construction site will be drawn up for the implementation of the ceiling structure of the building "C". The next section will draw up basic concept of the building operation.
Adaptation of a farm building

Focus of the bachelor thesis is to assess selected parts of the construction of a historical building. The work is divided into diagnostic and design part. The diagnostic part consists of the object´s measurement and the evaluation of the current state. The design part outlines the existing and newly designed structures, which are assessed in the static calculation. The output of the work are drawings of the object, static calculation and technical report.

This bachelor's thesis aims to design a detached house for a family of four or five people. The house is designed on a site located in Hradec Krylov. The land has parcel number 983/26, the cadastral territory of Věkoše. In this area, the housing developer is building new blocks of flats. Therefore, it is possible to design a building that can be realised. Thanks to the planned development, the area is networked with utility networks. The house's foundation will be on a concrete slab, and the building will not have a basement. The house will have a wooden load-bearing structure made of KVH prisms with a diffusely open envelope. Emphasis will be on the design of the truss. There will be designed three variants of gable roof covering. The solutions will be done for the same floor plan. The construction is designed for on-site construction. The energy efficiency is according to the Czech standards for building a house and is close to the values of a passive house.
Roofing of the summer house

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is to design and assessment of the load-boarding roof structure of a holiday house in the village of Nové Hrady, district of České Budějovice. It is about saddle roof with a slope of 20° above one-story building rectangular floor plan about dimensions of 7,5 m x 20,6 m. The structural system of the roof is made of a pair of wooden rafters made of grown wood, conected by a steel rod to a steel vertical. The peripheral load-bearing part under the roof structure are sand-lime walls and frontal wooden columns in the glass wall. The structural model was modelled in Dlubal RFEM 6.02. The software was used to determine the internal forces and judgments on the individual elements. The decisive judgments were verifies by manual calculation. Selected bolt or screw connections and the connection of the slab to the rafters were also resolved.

Implementation of the Roofing of the Stable for Cattle in Studenec

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the roofing of a cattle stable in Studenec. The work contains a technical report focusing on the installation of the roof structure, the construction situation with broader relations of transport routes, technological regulation for the roofing stage, item budget with area statement, site equipment design with technical report site equipment, time schedule, machine design. Furthermore, the work addresses the control and test plan, occupational safety. The last point of the thesis deals with the implementation of roofing of buildings with a larger span.
Apartment house Novosedly

The proposed building is thus a apartment building with garages, which will be located in the village of Novosedly, in South Moravia, on two plots no. 5420/83 and 5420/84. The terrain on which the object is in a slight slope. The building of the block of flats is made of brick blocks, for the above-ground part and in the underground part it is lined with lost formwork. The roof structure of the building is arched from wooden beams.
The steel construction of a departure platform

Bachelor's thesis deals with the structural stress calculation and evalution of a load-bearing structure in the construction of a station platform roof. The building is situated in the city centre of Pardubice. Groundplan dimensions of the structure are 24 x 35 metres. The high of the structure is 8 metres. The load-bearing part solid pilar columns and trusses consist of a T-shaped lattice-work. Individual bars are formed by rectangular pipes and I profile. Load-bearing elements are made of steel class S355 J2.
Datalogger

The bachelor thesis deals with the datalogger development for monitoring roof constructions ambients of historical buildings. The device is made of microcontroller ATmega328P and is using simple principles of environment monitoring. The device saves measured data to SD card from air temperature, air humidity, light intensity, wood moisture and air flow sensors. In conclusion of the thesis are then succesfully tested and summarized the properties of designed datalogger’s sensors.
