Specifics of a Financing Management of a Building Company in Economic Instability Phase

This thesis on specifics of financial management construction company in a time of economic instability is accompanied by the issue of management companies in times of crisis. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts such as crisis and the company, which is followed by the very notion of crisis management. It describes how to recognize the crisis in the company and what tools can be used to solve it. The practical part looks at this from the perspective of management small and large companies, both have very similar content activities. In terms of big companies is being explored as a joint stock company Strabag, which is part of the Austrian multinational corporations. At the level of small business is focused on a limited liability company, which is active in smaler district. The main source of investigation in this thesis is the financial analysis applied to both companies. At the end of the work, the results of both companies compared.
Marketing Strategy Proposal

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of ROS.BR s.r.o. The work is divided into three units. The first theoretical part describes general problems of marketing strategy development, market development characteristics, segmentation and marketing situational analysis. The second analytical part deals with the analysis of the internal factors of the company, the general and the business environment, the interpretation of the conclusion from the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the web marketing tools. In the third final part is elaborated a proposal of marketing strategy, individual goals and paths to achieve the stated goals.
Business plan - Establishment of Fitness Center

The subject of the thesis is to create a Business Plan for the establishment of a fitness center in Brno. The first part defines the theoretical background that characterizes the business environment in the Czech Republic and which gives us the basis for processing the analytical part. The analytical part of this work is devoted to complex analysis, marketing research and evaluation of the current market conditions. In the final part, based on the performed analyzes, the business plan itself is created, including all legal requirements within the Czech business environment.
Proposal of the Business Development of the Company Operating in the Market in Servicing Electrical Equipment of Industrial Enterprises

This thesis deals with a proposal of business development of the company HUDECZEK SERVICE, s. r. o. which provides servicing of industrial electrical equipment. The theoretical part contains characteristics of potential development of the company and description of selected analyses of company’s external and internal environment. These analyses are then applied in the practical part where they are used for appraisal of company’s current situation. The results of these analyses are subsequently processed into concrete proposals for development opportunities leading to a consolidation of current position on the marketplace and an increase of company’s competitiveness.

The main purpose of the thesis is to analyze the travel agency Bolsa travel, using selected methods of economic and strategic analysis to identify risks. The thesis consists of four parts. Where the first part works with theoretical work. The second part puts the theory into practice. The risk analysis and the RIPRAN method interpret the results in the third part and in the last part there is a discussion of the appropriate measures.
