Equipment for tensioning of mesh on the disc filter segments
Baňoch, Ondřej ; Maňas, Pavel (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The master thesis deals with mechanical design of device used for stretching and fixing filtration fabric on plastics frames segments for disc filtration device. The thesis was solved in cooperation with IN-EKO Team company that deals with development and manufacturing of filter units. Solution is connected to already ended project FR-T13/699 (end of the year 2013). At the beginning is described the field of filtration devices in broader context with description of the overall functionality these devices and description of used elements in final design. Opening text is followed by concretization of task list and descriptions of concepts variants which are based on FEM analysis of behavior of stretched filtration fabric. The best concept is processed in detail as mechanical design along with pneumatic and PLC control design. Critical part of the design is stretching clamp which was experimentally verified by using experimental clamp in combination with testing machine. The whole design is developed for mass production of disc segments for disc filter which is projected in to the level of the automation.
Passenger car with pneumatic drive
Hudec, Miroslav ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to propose a basic conception of passenger car chassis part with pneumatic drive (next only pneumobil). The pneumobil was designed mainly from BoschRexroth serial parts. The layout of this vehicle was arranged as dual-track with pneumatic drives with O 80 mm bore and stroke 125 mm. These engines are placed crossways top-down. Next I provided stress-strain analysis of rear bottom vehicle part, where act forces from rear wheels and pneumatic motor. The crucial task of this thesis is to design the chassis frame, choose suitable material and pneumatic motor for most effective usage of compressed air. The final goal is to propose an ideal gear ratio.
Chalder for grinder Jupiter 125
Novák, Aleš ; Jansa, Jiří (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Thesis deal with proposal construction Chalder for centreless grinding machine Jupiter 125. Chalder is designed for workpiece with maximum average 12 mm, maximum longitude 120 mm and mass 0,1 kg. In the thesis are described components that were used at solving and intended time exchanges workpiece, the economics estimation and processed needed design documentation.
The design of automatic winding machine feeder
Gašperec, Michal ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
Abstrakt. The subject of this Bachelor’s Thesis is automation of the gaskets production process in the workshop of Leader Gasket of Slovakia, s.r.o. The objective is to design inner rings feeder for semi-automatic winding machine. This will upgrade the semi-automatic winding machine, required operator to load inner ring, to automatic winding machine. The final product should make the process fully automatic and simpler with minimum requirements for operator actions. The Bachelor’s Thesis provides the analysis of input parameters required by existing production process. The next part is the design of the movement mechanism by accepting the optimal selection of the movers and 3D modeling by using Solid Works software. The last part describes the control logic of the feeding mechanism, selection of proper pneumatic and electronic control components and their integration with the existing equipment, automatic winding machine, which the feeding mechanism will be part of. The output of the Bachelor’s Thesis is the design of real feeding mechanism, which fulfills all required performance criterions and is ready to be build.
