Filová, A. Leadership of business groups in specifically segment. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. This Diploma thesis is focused on the business groups in direct selling (B2C). The aim of the thesis is to propose effective solutions for leadership of business groups, which provide efficient education, communication, planning and administration. In the first part of diploma thesis is a literary research on this subject. In the second part is own research about this subject. The own research contains from quantitative research with questionary survey, and quantitative research with semi-structured interviews. One part of the own research is analysis of the actual situation in count of dealers in the direct selling in the Czech Republic and the progress in four years ago. On the ground of founded detection is formulate recommendation for leaders, with according to age and gender of business groups.

The cessation of the company is preceded by its dissolution with or without liquidation provided that its property is passed to a legal successor in title. The term liquidation refers to the settlement of debts and property of the dissolved subject. This diploma thesis is particularly focused on individual stages of liquidating process of business organizations and their relation on legal standards.
Možnosti rozvoje ekofarmy v mikroregionu Konicko

The aim of the thesis is to analyze organic farm AMALTHEA, s.r.o. in terms of its strategic focus, and based on the results of the survey of the views of consumers be able to suggest the possibility of its development in the conditions of the microregion Konice. The bindings of organic agriculture on the sustainable development of the region were defined, as well as the importance of a small business in the regional development with a focus on organic farming. By using a questionnaire the survey was conducted, and subsequently obtained the primary information, based on which the options were proposed to the market evaluation of the production of organic farms, and the subsequent AMALTHEA, s.r.o. has recommendations for its development. All findings including proposals are presented at the end of the work.

The objective this study was to identify the possibility of selling their products are organic farmers. At the beginning they describe the basic information on organic farming and how it differs from conventional agriculture.Another section contains forms of sale. The main part is focused on direct sales and its impact on consumers and producers.Research is conducted through a questionnaire of consumers and open-ended interviews with organic farmers. The result is a market selling organic farmers evaluation and recommendations on increasing sales.
The techniques of unfair commercial practices used to deceive seniors

This Bachelors Thesis called The techniques of unfair commercial practices to deceive seniors characterizes the status of the senior in relation to unfair commercial practices in the Czech Republic. Through interview with those seniors who visited the actions where products are presented or door-to-door selling and some of them were deceived. Author of the Bachelors Thesis also realized the interview with a former seller. In the theoretical part, ideas about senior in the Czech Republic, marketing, communication mix and also consumer protection are brought forward. In communication mix, online marketing and direct selling are described in detail. The practical part contains the particular description of unfair commercial practices used to deceive seniors. There are also tips and recommendations for seniors to protect themselves from these unfair commercial practices.

This masters thesis aims to explore the possible implementation of the direct distribution model within the automotive industry. The goal is to outline the possible distribution strategy, using the direct distribution model, for an auto manufacturer. The theoretical background and cases that are used to describe the practical usage of the model are based on a secondary research. More specific aspects of the distribution model are then based on interviews conducted with professionals from the automotive industry. The proposed distribution strategy consists of combination of several direct distribution models. Different models are used due to the distinct nature of the products, considered in the process of new distribution model design. The implementation would allow the OEM to gain more control over the distribution process and create more efficient distribution system.
Comparison of e-auction and direct sale of apartments

The main aim of the thesis is the comparison of the e-auction and the direct sale of apartments and to find answers to the research questions: Does the way of sale affect the price of the apartment? Are the prices higher in e-auction than in direct sales? In the theoretical part, the issue of auctions and direct sales is described and the development on the Czech real estate market is outlined. Analytical part analyzes data from e-auction and direct sale of apartements, and research questions are answered.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a marketing study of a selected subject. Selected subject is Availpro company, which is focusing on developing and selling software solutions that are facilitating the work of hotel´s management. The main study goal is to provide suggestion that could enhance and improve the Availpro marketing processes. The study is divided into two parts. The first part is the analysis of theoretical information. This information was taken from literature and serves as a necessary foundation to understand the discussed issues. This thesis describes various marketing processes, activities and tools that are nowadays essential for any kind of business. The second part of the study is based on analysis of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from a marketing survey, which aimed at customer satisfaction with Availpro products and services. Secondary data were obtained from internal resources and also from communication with representatives of marketing department. The results from mentioned analysis allowed to formulate some suggestions and recommendation that should lead to improvement of Availpro marketing activities.

Abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the regulation of consumer contracts negotiated away from permanent retail locations and to outline the industry of direct selling in the Czech Republic, the European Union and the United States. The thesis is subdivided into six independent chapters. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis. This Chapter is divided into three parts. Part One defines direct selling as a channel of distribution for the marketing of products and services directly to consumers. Part Two presents different kinds of direct selling, i.e. door-to-door selling, person-to-person selling, home parties and group selling. Finally Part Three compares direct selling with distance selling. Chapter Two provides an outline of the relevant legal regulation of direct selling. The current legislation in the European level is composed of Directive 85/577/EEC which relates to protection of the consumers in respect of contracts negotiated away from business premises. The Directive has been implemented into Czech legal system on the basis of the Czech Republic's membership in the European Union. Thesis deals with the sale and consuption of local agricultural products in Brno and its surroundings. At the beginning of this thesis the globalization, localization and their influence on society is briefly described. This thesis also describes the options of sale of local products. I focused on the stone shop, mainly concentraded on their propaganda. This thesis is also focused on the customers, when by using questionnaires I've been investigated the structure of the customers in the food market. I collected the informations about the stores through the personal interviews with the owners of store or through my personal experiences and the Internet.
