Mounting wood splitting machine
Zápotočný, Václav ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis, made at the Institute of Automotive Engineering, is focused on efficiency and faster way of wood waste processing, which is caused by logging or adverse nature conditions. Next step is making the hard physical work connected with logging easier especially in hardly reachable places. The splitter design is based on easy operation, handling and its independency on non-transferable propulsion source. It has got a tendency to be a cheaper option compared to professional splitters especially for small forest companies and minor forest owners.
Hydraulic pullers
Kvasnica, Tomáš ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This Diploma thesis occupies with design of hydraulic puller. In work are mentioned possible types of construction. Choice construction of puller is disposed with parameters: maximum pushing force 50 kN, speed of piston rod 0,05 m/s. This work also contains FEM analysis by computer programme I-DEAS. The work also occupies with design of fluid drive.
Hydraulic cleaner-machine
Dvořák, Jaroslav ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
Purpose of this engineer thesis is project of machine grating with hydraulic driving clearing. Diplom thesis includes construction solution of hydraulic cleaner-machine and koncept of hydraulic circuit. A part of this work is design of possible hydraulic driving and working stuffing. All hydraulic components are choosen from catalogue of appropriate companies.
High tipping shovel for the wood chips
Šulák, Petr ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
High tipping shovel, wood chips, quick coupler, shovel, high tipping shovel frame, Volvo L60H loader, wheel loader accessories, linear hydraulic motor
Hydraulic cylinder
Svárovský, Petr ; Jandourek, Pavel (referee) ; Klas, Roman (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with problems of linear hydraulic motors. In the introduction, the general distribution of hydraulic motors is given. The main part of the thesis is devoted to linear hydraulic motors, their parts and construction. The strength calculation of the hydrau-lic motor is also given. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the mathematical model for calculating the natural frequencies of the hydromotors.
Material Handling Platform
Bábek, Tomáš ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on constructional design of workshop handling platform which is driven by linear hydraulic motor. First the types of gripping of linear hydraulic motor are described. Next part contains drafted solutions of handling platform construction. Important part of thesis is composed of statistical computing of machinery parts and their strenght computations within the frame of designed proportions. Afterwards the bearings are chosen according to thickness of shaft and the hydraulic motor and the diagram of hydraulic circuit are designed. At last controlling computations are done and assembly and weldment drawings are created.
Barrel handling equipment
Dostál, Martin ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Hloušek, David (advisor)
The primary content of this work is a conceptual design of a manipulative device for tin barrels, with its characteristic parameters. The model design was completed in accordance with the gathered information from the critical research of comparable devices available on the market. Ultimately, the model concept is focused on improving the market devices’ deficiencies. The manipulative device model was composed in Autodesk Inventor 2018 application and subsequently subdued to testing calculations. The entire model construction is chiefly welded. Therefore, the majority of the calculations is concerned with the solidity control of the welds.
The manipulator for a depot
Vítek, Tomáš ; Sedláček, Martin (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with manipulation equipment for handling "big bags" on a flat storage surface. At the beginning I deal with the analysis of current mobile manipulators for bag handling. In the next parts of the bachelor thesis I deal with conceptual design, strength and functional calculations and at the end is elaborated a model along with drawing documentation.
Material Handling Platform
Bíza, Pavel ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The main subject of this thesis is the construction design of material handling platform with hydraulic drive with a loading capacity of 2 500 kg and lifting capacity of 1 800 mm. First of all, the thesis contains the selection of a suitable variant of lifting mechanism, static analysis and determination of the maximum load of the mechanism. The next section includes strength calculations of particular elements of the mechanism with regard to selected dimensions and loading. In the end, the calculation of the hydraulic drive and design of a hydraulic circuit for this drive are presented. The final output of the thesis is a drawing of the assembly of the platform.
Design of a test rig for a wear test of inner ball joints
Blecha, Martin ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of several variants of test rig for tests of axial ball joints of passenger cars. The individual design variants are evaluated based on the evaluation matrix and then the best option is selected. Selected proposal includes a complete design including 3D models and strength analyses that focus on the most stressed construction nodes. These design nodes are solved using the finite element method. Hydraulics and hydraulic elements are equipped by the existing equipment from a test lab. At the end of this thesis is solved risk analysis of the new construction and its economic evaluation.
