Influence of the amendment to the education law on the work of school directors

Final Bachelor thesis deals with the role of the school directors, his functions and work duties. Discusses the bankruptcy proceedings and the position of the founders to bankruptcy proceedings.To determine whether a change in his amendment to the Education Law No. 472/2011 Coll., section 166, influenced the work of school directors, how and in what areas. It deals with the attitudes and opinions of the Board of Directors to amend the law, whether the amendment of the Education Law is from their view the optimal solution. It draws from the research brings the investigation undertaken in a randomly selected group of Directors of kindergartens and basic schools as the initial reaction after application of the changes resulting of the amendment to the Education Law. The system of care for vulnerable children and amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children in the reflection of key stakeholders

The thesis "System of care for vulnerable children and amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children in the reflection of key stakeholders" deals with attitudes of actors involved in the issue of care for vulnerable children towards existing state of system of care for vulnerable children, pros and cons of its partial aspects, as perceived by actors from their point of view. Attention is also focused on the process of change that is sphere of care for vulnerable children currently undergoing in connection with the adoption of the amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children, which entered into force on January 1st 2013. Based on the knowledge gained through expert interviews, opinions of actors are illustrated both of the comprehensive conception of the amendment, as well as of relation to its individual measures. The aim of the thesis is to present a coherent interpretation of perspectives that actors of different expertise hold with regard to the existing concept of policy and to the way it is modified by the new legislation and thus to find out what are the areas of conflict and consensus between their views and on the basis of that reveal the extent to which the form of amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children is based on shared...

The local fees in the Czech Republic

My diploma thesis aims to assess the planned amendment to the law on local fees and show the changes that have to occur. The planned amendment changes slightly rights and responsibilities of the municipality in the implementation of local taxes. In my diploma thesis we deal in detail with two kinds of charges - local fee for spa or recreational stays and a local charge of accommodation capacity. Rating of planned amendment preceded by analysis of the municipalities that collect those fees. I am focusing on the revenue side of their budgets. The first two chapters are theoretical. I generally describe how the law in Czech Republic influences the structure of public administration and how it prepares the budget of the municipalities. They are characterized by certain local fees and their legislative framework. The practical part is devoted to analysis of two local taxes in 10 selected municipalities and their final share in nationwide revenue from local taxes. The final part evaluates the planned amendment, indicates and shows possible problems that could occur in the future.

Insurance of tour operators

This bachelor thesis deals with insurance of tour operators. At the beginning are characterized differences between tour operators and travel agents that have to be distinguished for this insurance product. The second chapter focuses on development of tour operators insurance in the Czech Republic. There is described the legislative process of the law 159/1999 Sb and its amendment about some conditions of entrepreneurship in the field of tourism. There are also specified conditions for gaining and sustaining guarantee insurance in case of tour operator bankruptcy. A part of the chapter is devoted to the bank guarantee and the state supervision. The next chapter provides an overview of insurance companies that offer this type of insurance. Last two chapters are more practical. One of them analyses the amendment of the law 159/1999 Sb. issued on 1 January 2016. There are summarized reasons of this amendment and comparison of the law before and after the amendment. The other practical chapter describes the reasons of bankruptcy of tour operator called Marine Tour and the procedure in case of tour operator bankruptcy. The conclusion summarizes recommendations for a selection of a suitable tour operator.

Preferential transfers of land in theory and practice

This bachelor thesis called Preferential transfer of land, is phased into two primary parts, the theoretical and the practical.
In the theoretical part of the thesis will familiarize with the course of the transformation of the Land fund of the CZECH republic and the Land office in the newly formed State land office, with its development, importance and activities, specifically aimed at the so-called preferential transfer of land, i.e. the corrupt transfer of agricultural land to its authorised users and the owner of the building, which the land is located.
In the practical part will draw a draft of the measures derived from data obtained from the conducted analysis and comparison of legislation before and after the effectiveness of act no. 503/2012 Coll., the State land office and on amendment to some related laws.

Administrative procedure of an offence in traffic on the ground communication

In theoretical part this bachelor thesis deals with offence proceedings in connection with road traffic offences. The reader is familiarized with basic concepts related to this procedure, particular stages of this procedure and with the process of administrative body of the first level against person who commited the misdemeanour or administrative offence regarding the road traffic. By means of basic theoretical methods of knowledge was carried out the comparison of two different basic laws according to which is the procedure proceeded.
The analytical part of this thesis is focused on application of discovered theoretical findings at the Department of administrative and transport of municipality Přeštice. The reader is familiar shortly with this department and with the overwiew of the particular activities of the administrative body which is involved to this department. The main task in this part of the thesis was the author´s effort to realize an analysis and comparison of numbers of received announcements about the misdemeanour and administrative offence douring monitored period 2003-2015. The final result is the comprehensive overview of discovered findings well arranged in tables and charts.

Adaptation of the child in foster family environment

The main objective of this work is to explore the factors that influence the child's adaptation to the environment of the foster family. In the theoretical part the current forms of Substitute Family Care in the Czech Republic are mapped and also the process of arranging foster care applicants from the application to the creation of a new family. Below is an overview of the main factors involved in the adaptation of both the child into the family and the mutual adaptation of all the family members themselves. Due to the recently approved amendment to the social and legal protection of children act we will also mention the main impact of the amendment on foster care. The practical part of my thesis is based on the knowledge that I gained in contacts with foster families mainly through interviews, observations, children's drawings and play activities. The knowledge gained is then compared to these factors from the theoretical part of this work and summarizes the patterns and potential problems in the adaptation of children in foster family environment and its findings may possibly be applied as a prevention.

Budget municipal towv Trhové Sviny

The thesis is focused on the law amendment regarding vat (value added tax) effective from 1.4.2011. The municipal town Trhové Sviny was used for the analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. Horizontal and vertical analysis are used for breakdown. The influence of law amendment is showed by practical examples. Finally, there is an evaluation of the law change impact on to the municipal town...as a result, the amendment did not prove influence in 2011 and it also shows changes that could have positive influence on the municipal budget.
