Hlavním cílem této práce je zmapovat faktory, které ovlivňují adaptaci dítěte do prostředí náhradní rodiny. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny formy náhradní rodinné péče v České republice a proces zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče, od podání žádosti zájemců, ke vzniku nové rodiny. Následuje přehled faktorů, které se podílejí na adaptaci dítěte do rodiny a vzájemné adaptaci všech členů rodiny. Vzhledem k aktuálně schválené novele zákona o sociálně právní ochraně dětí, je uvedena i ona, s dopadem změn v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče. Praktická část mé bakalářské práce vychází z poznatků, které jsem získala při kontaktech s pěstounskými rodinami (rozhovor, pozorování, dětská kresba, hrové činnosti). Získané poznatky jsou porovnávány s uvedenými faktory v teoretické části a shrnují průběh, zákonitosti a možné problémy v adaptaci dětí do prostředí náhradní rodiny; mohou být případně využity jako prevence. The main objective of this work is to explore the factors that influence the child's adaptation to the environment of the foster family. In the theoretical part the current forms of Substitute Family Care in the Czech Republic are mapped and also the process of arranging foster care applicants from the application to the creation of a new family. Below is an overview of the main factors involved in the adaptation of both the child into the family and the mutual adaptation of all the family members themselves. Due to the recently approved amendment to the social and legal protection of children act we will also mention the main impact of the amendment on foster care. The practical part of my thesis is based on the knowledge that I gained in contacts with foster families mainly through interviews, observations, children's drawings and play activities. The knowledge gained is then compared to these factors from the theoretical part of this work and summarizes the patterns and potential problems in the adaptation of children in foster family environment and its findings may possibly be applied as a prevention.
