Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Přednostní převod pozemků, je rozvržena do dvou primárních částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části bakalářské práce bude seznámení se s průběhem transformace Pozemkového fondu ČR a Pozemkového úřadu v nově vzniklý Státní pozemkový úřad, s jeho vývojem, významem a činností, konkrétně zaměřeným na tzv. přednostní převod pozemků, tj. na úplatný převod zemědělského pozemku na jeho oprávněného uživatele a vlastníka stavby, která se na pozemku nachází. V praktické části se vyvodí návrh opatření odvozený ze získaných dat z provedených analýz a z komparace právních předpisů před a po účinnosti zákona č. 503/2012 Sb., o Státním pozemkovém úřadu a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů. This bachelor thesis called Preferential transfer of land, is phased into two primary parts, the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part of the thesis will familiarize with the course of the transformation of the Land fund of the CZECH republic and the Land office in the newly formed State land office, with its development, importance and activities, specifically aimed at the so-called preferential transfer of land, i.e. the corrupt transfer of agricultural land to its authorised users and the owner of the building, which the land is located. In the practical part will draw a draft of the measures derived from data obtained from the conducted analysis and comparison of legislation before and after the effectiveness of act no. 503/2012 Coll., the State land office and on amendment to some related laws.
