This master´s thesis is focused on proposal for a change in the current motivational system of the manufacturing company. The analyzed company wishes to remain anonymous and is therefore referred to as company ABC, a.s. The master´s thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to motivation, corporate culture, remuneration, employee education and development and job satisfaction. The practical part is focused on the presentation of the company ABC, a.s. and its current motivational system. At the same time, there is a questionnaire survey, including hypothesis testing. The proposal part is there to recommend proposals for improving the current motivational systom of the company. At the same time, these proposals should help to increase employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty.

The practical part of this work is presented MCG REAL company, and Furthermore, this section gives results of a survey conducted among company employees. In this thesis, the author deals with the motivational system of the selected organization. It specifies individual terms, which is motivation, motivational system, and individual components of employee remuneration. Through observation and questioning, the necessary data for a content analysis of employee satisfaction with the organization’s incentive program is obtained. Proposals for improving the employee motivational program are drawn up from the content analysis. Specific draft changes include the introduction of a variable wage component, team building activities, contributions to pension insurance and an intangible component of employee compensation.

The aim of this theses is to analyze the situation in the area of work motivation in CAFIA Tabor through a questionnaire survey and to draw up suggestions for improvement in this area on the basis of the findings. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part explains the important concepts associated with motivation.The content of the practical part is a presentation of the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority, where the questionnaire survey aimed at finding the situation in the field of employee motivation was implemented. It has been found that most employees are motivated enough to carry out their work and they are satisfied with their work. Minor shortcomings were revealed in the inspection's motivation system. The recommendation is to focus on the motivation of long-term employees in this institution, conduct regular employee surveys and alternatively set up Cafeteria system.

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce changes in the current concept of motivation system in the company the Foundry HEUNISCH Brno s.r.o. in the fight against stress in the workplace. The work is divided into 3 parts. In the first part is the attention paid to the theoretical bases which are defined basic concepts of the issue of dealing with stress, human resources and motivation area. In the second part called analysis is analyze the current situation in the company and analyze the established motivation system in the company. Based on theoretical background and analysis of the current situation is in the last chapter drafted suggestions of motivation tools that have a positive impact on coping stress in the workplace.
Motivational system and its influence on work performance

The quality of employees is the most important criterion for the success of any company. However, to allow people to exploit their potential, it is necessary to motivate them. Motivation in the workplace essentially determines the quality of work. Globally successful companies devote more resources and efforts to improving their motivational system. Therefore the objective of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the performance of employees in connection with their motivation. The objective is also the research of the motivational system and the different forms of stimulation in the chosen company including the analysis of corporate culture. This research survey required a study of basic theoretical concepts related with working performance, motivating employees to better perform at the workplace, using appropriate stimulus means, interpersonal relations in the workplace and corporate culture. The performance of employees in connection with their motivation was analysed by using statistical methods (Pearson's correlation coefficient and Student's paired t-test) and by using labor productivity in comparison with the average wage. Motivation at the workplace was examined through a observation, interviews and a structured questionnaire with taking into account motivational profiles of employees. Corporate culture was analyzed through a system of symbols and test VSM and TBSD. Based on the data and its analysis, problem areas were defined and appropriate recommendations were made. These recommendations should contribute to the improvement of motivation, followed by greater work efficiency in the company.
