Electronic tester of capacity and internal resistance of batteries and accumulators
Machala, Pavel ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
This work deals with the design and realization of electronic tester of capacity and internal resistance of galvanic cells. In the begining is situated the familiarization with basic concepts and features of galvanic cells. There are also described appropriate methods for measuring capacity and internal resistance. These principles are aplied into the design of electronic tester which is described in detail in the next chapter. The designed device is controlled by a microprocessor chip ATmega16, whose software is thoroughly described in the second part. In the end you can find the results of testing and assessment of these tests.
Model of controllable current amplifier based on diamond transistors and voltage amplifiers
Kos, David ; Jeřábek, Jan (referee) ; Šotner, Roman (advisor)
This thesis is focused on modelling of controllable current amplifier based on voltage controllable amplifiers and diamond transistors. In a first part of the thesis, principle of modelling of diamond transistor and features of diamond transistor OPA860 are discussed. Furthermore, there are discussed features of amplifiers with controllable voltage gain (VCA810 and LMH6505) with main focus on their gain. These amplifiers are used for modelling the current amplifiers. In the next parts there are analyzed of the proposed models and verification of the simulations. The functionality of the models is verified by practical measurements and results are compared with the simulations. In conclusion of the thesis, there are examples of simple applications.
Contactless loading and measurement of high-speed machines
Revision of belt conveyor drive
Kledus, Erik ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The theme of the bachelor work is the revision of the conveyor belt drive. It contains a description of the belt drive, its distribution and possible malfunctions. It also contains the results of the revision. It deals with the formation of static charge and its elimination. Bachelor work also includes measurements and tests performed on conveyor drive.
Condition monitoring of small ball bearings
Šváb, Štěpán ; Pikula, Stanislav (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to build equipment for testing bearing condition analysis during its life. The theory of bearing parameter and diagnostics methodology for their analysis are discussed. Hardware used for device design and data collection. Finally, the course of measurement and software evaluating the end of the test are discussed.
Measurement system of Ripple Control (RC) signals
Čurda, Pavel ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Šedivá, Soňa (advisor)
The thesis deals with the introduction of the measuring instrument SVA - M on the market for compliance with electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety requirements. Furthermore it deals with determination of measuring accuracy instrument SVA - M and measurement uncertainties. For the determination of accuracy there is a theoretical analysis and subsequent practical measurements.
Stanovení potřebného výkonu motoru v závislosti na úhlu řezu při řezání motorovou řetězovou pilou
KOUBA, Štěpán
This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of the power of the electric chainsaw depending on the cutting angle. The engine power is influenced by number of factors which ultimately affect the work process and its economy. The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to make measurements which are needed to determine the cutting power of the electric chainsaw engine and to determine the factors which may affect this cutting power. The main factors include the power and the cubic capacity of the chainsaw engine, the type of clutch, the type and sharpness of used chain, the age of the chainsaw, the operator's experiences, the type and condition of the sawn wood and the angle of cutting angle.

Square type fractal antenna
Roháček, Peter ; Všetula, Petr (referee) ; Hebelka, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of fundamental parameters of antennas and methods of fractal construction. Attention is turn on microstrip antennas, where are discussed the basic properties, the pros and cons, methods of construction, power options and a demonstration of the theoretical proposal. These supporting documents were used for the actual design and optimization of the square fractal antenna in CST Microwave Studio program, which was subsequently implemented.
