This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of productivity in the company CHEDO, Ltd. The activity field of this company comprises distribution of coating materials. The analysis used in the theoretical part inspects the position of the company from the view of effectiveness of the business process with the emphasis especially on the negative findings. With the method Balanced Scorecard we are given the right direction towards the behaviour and attitude of the company towards the process of management control in order to increase the performance of the company on the market to achieve adequate financial stability.

The Master’s thesis deals with question of strategic management. It is focused on performance measurement Invia.cz, a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard method. Theoretical part describes concept of the Balanced Scorecard and proces of its implementation. The next part of thesis includes strategic and financial analysis which serves as the basis of this concept. A major part includes proposal of concept implementation into the strategic management. At the end, possible risks and anticipated benefits of this method are evaluated

This master’s thesis deals with ADH Group, s. r. o. performance analysis. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the issue of benchmarking on the basis of scientific literature. The practical part is focused on the description of the chosen company and analysis of the coincident situation by using strategic analysis. Afterwards benchmarking method is applied in target to improve business performance. In the conclusion there are proposed some possible measures to increase the company performance.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The diploma thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of ALMIPA plus s.r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical background, which are necessary to understand the issue and the subsequent processing of other parts of the thesis. The analytical part focuses on the introduction of the analyzed company and the financial and strategic analysis of the company. The findings of the analyzes serve as a basis for design part, which is focused on the proposal of implementation of BSC into the company. In four perspectives of BSC are established the strategic goals of the company, established benchmarks and strategic actions, which intention to meet the set goals, improve the company's performance, but also increase its competitiveness.

A Company Performance of Albixon a.s Using the EFQM Excellence Model

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of the performance of the company ALBIXON a. s. using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part of the thesis presents primary tools of economic and financial evaluation of companies, inluding the already mentioned EFQM model. The analytical part of the thesis describes the current situation of selected company and the evalution is performed through the START model questionnaire, which is based on the principles of the EFQM model. The final part of the thesis contains recommendations to increase the company’s performance and achieve a consistently high level of business excelence.

This master's thesis is focused on conducting a performance evaluation of a particular company using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical section of this thesis introduces the primary theoretical basis for company performance measurement with a focus on the EFQM Model of Excellence. The analytical section contains an evaluation of the selected company‘s current situation using the Excellence Model's methodology to identify weaknesses. The output from the analysis is then used in the subsequent section of the thesis, where these weaknesses are transformed into suggestions for improving the company's performance so it can proceed further on its path to excellence.

The Bachelor thesis " Measurement of business performance in the company Řetězárna Ltd." aims to map out the company Řetězárna Ltd. financial situation in the five-year period from 2011 to 2015. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge about the indicators of financial analysis. Consequently, it focuses on applying these findings to practice. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the design of solutions to improve the financial situation of the company according to the results of individual indicators of financial analysis.
