The main topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the development of a construction project at the level of construction documentation for a family house in accordance with applicable legislation. The objective of the thesis is to design and describe the proposed layout of the building, appropriately choose the construction system and materials, address the site's integration into the terrain considering the current state of the plot, and respect the surrounding development. The basis for the work was the municipality’s zoning plan, the real estate cadastre, and a geological map. The new building will be located on a flat plot in a quiet and new part of the village of Městec Králové. The proposed family house is a two-story structure without a basement, designed for the living needs of four people. The project focuses on creating a functional home with optimal use of space and separation of different zones. The construction system is wall-based. The exterior walls are made of ceramic blocks with external contact insulation. The roof of the second floor is designed as a flat green roof with an attic. On the first floor, there is a communication and social zone, which includes the living room, dining area, kitchen corner, and a business area featuring a pedicure salon. The second floor comprises a separate quiet zone with children's rooms and a bedroom, along with a storage room and a study. Both floors have a bathroom with a toilet, with the bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Brno, in the Brno-Královo Pole district. It is a five-story residential building in a row development on a gently sloping terrain. The first floor is designed to include garage spaces with 16 parking spots, storage rooms for each apartment, and technical facilities for the building. The second to fifth floors contain a total of 14 apartments. On the second to fourth floors, each floor contains four apartments ( 1 × 1+kk, 1 × 2+kk, 2 × 3+kk), and on the top floor, there are two apartments (2 × 4+kk). The structural system is a transverse column system. All apartments on the second floor have individual terraces facing south, while apartments on the other floors have balconies facing south. The building is insulated with an ETICS System. The residential building is partially covered with a flat roof, and the other part features a walkable and green roof.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis was the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an energy-efficient residential building. The new construction of a detached residential building will be located in the northern part of Nové Město nad Metují on plot no. 258/14 in the cadastral area of Nové Město nad Metují. It is a five-story building with a basement, which includes three atypical floors. The basement contains garage space, technical facilities for the building, and storage areas for the residential building. The above-ground space predominantly consists of residential units, with a store also located on the first above-ground floor, but with its own entrance from the outside. The building is designed for 33 people in 13 different types of residential units. Access to individual units is through a common area of corridors, staircases, and via an elevator. The proposed structural system is wall-based with a stiffening core. The building has two types of roofs: a pitched roof made of wooden trusses above the main part and a single-layer flat roof above the remaining sections, partially accessible and bordered by a parapet. Load-bearing external walls in aboveground floors are made of load-bearing ceramic blocks. Non-load-bearing internal partitions are made of non-load-bearing ceramic blocks. The structure is founded on a foundation slab. The basement's perimeter walls consist of reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The internal load-bearing system consists of reinforced concrete columns. The building is insulated with EPS thermal insulation boards, meeting the requirements for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS). The insulated facade will be a combination of white color and cladding imitating dark stone, while the plinth will be finished with dark gray marble plaster. Sheet metal elements are designed from lacquered galvanized sheet metal in dark gray color. The frames of external openings are dark gray

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is elaboration of the project documentation of an apartment building in Brno – Medlánky. The building is designed as free-standing in a sloping terrain and has 4 floors above and 1 underground. There are a total of 18 dwelling units. The structure in underground floor is designed as combination of reinforced conrete walls and columns, the structure of floors above is designed as masonry sytem of walls from brick blocks. The ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure is in a form of warm flat green roof. The topic of the bachelor thesis is a new two-storey production building with an administrative part on the second floor and a production space on the ground floor The bachelor thesis deals with the static assessment of selected main bearing elements of the whole building in details for building permit. The main vertical supporting structure here is peripheral ceramic masonry, which is bounded by iron-concrete wreaths at the level of each of the two floors. The building is roofed with wooden nailed roof trusses placed on an in to wall-anchored wooden beam. The main supporting horizontal structure forming the ceiling between the first and second above-ground floors is made up of prefabricated Spiroll ceiling panels, which are placed on the stiffening wreath 1NP. The foundation structures are made of a monolithic concrete waist and consequently of a prefabricated lost formwork.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of the Rezidence apartment building. The proposed building is located in Brno, in the Slatina district, and is located on land that is protected by an agricultural land fund, so it will be necessary to remove it from the ZPF. This plot is not located in a flooded or mined area. It is a detached building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. In the new building there are 12 residential units of 3 + kk and 1 + kk. In the basement there is a cellar for each apartment. In the first half there is a bike shed / carriage house, a cleaning room and a workshop with a warehouse, in the second half there are two technical rooms and a warehouse. On the first floor there is an entrance to the building, a laundry room with a drying room, a gym for the inhabitants of the house and two 1 + kk apartment units. On the second and third floor 4 units of size 1 + kk and on the top floor 2 residential units of size 3 + kk. From the second floor, each apartment has a balcony. These apartments are designed primarily for students, couples, or even a starting family. Each floor is connected by a three-armed reinforced concrete staircase, which is complemented by an elevator. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made up of lost formwork, the load-bearing structures above the ground are made of ceramic blocks, which are insulated with a ventilated façade and equipped with a Bond SK1 façade sandwich cassette. The horizontal load-bearing structures form a semi-assembled Porotherm system. The whole building is covered by a single-skin vegetation-retention flat roof. The new apartment building is designed to be very economical.

The content of this bachelor thesis is a design of a newly-built apartment house in the town of Zlín. It is an object with four above-grounf floors and a basement. An object is partially basement. There are 16 dwelling units situated in the four floors above the ground and a pram room, a bycicle storage room and a cellar cubicle for each of the 16 apartments. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation strips. Vertical load-bearing constructions are designed from ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing constructions are made from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The object will be protected by a warm flat roof. This thesis contains the project documentation for the construction work which was made in accordance with the valid legal and technical regulations.
Polyfunction house Křenová

The multifunctional house is a part of the row of buildings lining the Krenova street. This house closes the whole line of buildings, so all the houses together create a functional unit. This multifunctional building is devided into three functional parts – a museum, an administrative part and flats. The centre of the building is used as a relaxing area – the atrium. The principle of the design is based on a simple line of block materials connecting to each other. In the front of the house, which is facing the Krenova street, will be situated the museum. The front facade is made of black and white tiles and decorated by a glass ashlar. A second glass ashlar is situated on the east side of the building – the administrative part. This east side will be visible from the newly planned town cirquit. The area in between this cirquit and the multifunctional house will be made into park and will use as a place for relaxation. The flats are situated into the quiet part of the street Skorepka
