This bachelor thesis focuses on specification of gambling before and after the change of legal law in the Czech Republic. Specifies by the Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on gambling, which changed the Act No. 202/1990 Coll., about lotteries and simi-lar games. It contains finding if the legal law has been improvement or deterioration of gambling in the Czech Republic and compares knowledge with reality. The theoretical part describes characteristic of gambling, the institutes of the gambling law, legal laws, types of gambling games and pathological gambling. The practical part contains impacts for the state and organizations concerned with the regulation.

The main objective is to process a process analysis and evaluate the possibility of financing the activities of the non-profit organization Renadi, o.p.s. Based on the results of the analyzes, a strategic plan of the organization will be created.

Lottery - history, present and probabilistic modeling.

In my thesis I focuse on the lottery theme. I describe its historical development and contemporary situacion. The main part of mine thesis is focused on the "Sportka" and "Eurojackpot" lotteries. For these two lotteries, I do probabilistic modeling, which primary aims on the probabiliti of winning. I have created also a worklist on the topic lottery and win, which is divided for studenst of secondary school and for students of elementery school too. Furthermore in this thesis is lottery "Účtenkovka" described too and instructions how to win in lottery.

The Regulation of Internet Gambling

The Regulation of Internet Gambling This master thesis deals with the regulation of gambling operated via Internet public network. The chosen topic reflects adoption of a new framework of gambling regulation represented in particular by Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Gambling Act") and Act No. 187/2016 Coll., on Gambling Tax, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Gambling Tax Act"), which introduced to the Czech legal system a systematic regulation of operation of gambling via Internet public network. The author aims to analyze and evaluate the new framework of gambling regulation (including newly introduced system of gambling taxation). Considering that both the Gambling Act and the Gambling Tax Act have entered into force only on 1 January 2017 the author further aims to point out certain unclarities regarding interpretation of several legal provisions contained therein. Finally, the author further aims to propose possible amendments to the analyzed legal regulation. The master thesis is divided into four parts. Generally binding regulations of municipalities in the field of gambling Abstract The municipalities, as basic territorial self-governing communities of citizens, have a number of rights in the implementation of their constitutionally guaranteed right to self- government. One of these entitlements is also the right of autonomous normative formation, ie. the right to issue its own legislation which is in a separate scope of a generally binding regulations. Generally binding regulations are therefore the laws of municipalities, the main purpose of which is according to the provisions of Section 10 of the Act about municipalities regulating local affairs in the form of obligations. The entitlement of municipalities to issue generally binding regulations is anchored directly in the Constitution and is further specified in the Act on Municipalities. However, the enabling provision for the issuance of generally binding regulations is contained in a number of specific legal regulations, among others even in the law on gambling. Pursuant to Section 12 (1) of the Gambling Act, municipalities are authorized in the form of a generally binding regulations to restrict or even prohibit the operation of certain types of gambling regulated by law. Development of legal regulation of gambling

This diploma thesis analyses the historical development of gambling legislation in the Czech Republic, from the first mention of the regulation in the Middle Ages to present days, while the primary (but not exclusive) subject of my research are the basic sources of gambling regulation in the field of administrative law. In my thesis, I identify and examine the main reasons for implementation of new institutes and other changes into the gaming law. In this context, I assess the degree of restrictiveness or liberality of each regulation while focusing on whether there were any long-term tendencies to make the legislation more or less strict. All of this is done through the interpretation of legal norms with the help of legal methodology - methods of subjectively historical, teleological and logical interpretation are used in the thesis. These forms of legal methodology were chosen with regard to the resources used in the thesis, which include mainly legislation and its explanatory statements. Pathological gambling

This bachelor thesis is focused on the problem of pathological gambling as a socio- pathological phenomenon. The aim of this work is to gather and sum up information about pathological gambling. First chapter of this work is devoted to the characteristics of pathological gambling as a socio-pathological phenomenon. This chapter also deals with types of socio-pathological phenomena and the causal theory. Next chapter focuses on the definition of pathological gambling, types of games and causes of pathological gambling. Third chapter describes the impact of pathological gambling to the gambler's family and the gambler itself. Gambler typology and phases of pathological gambling are also mentioned. Methods and types of prevention, as well as high-risk groups, are described in fourth chapter. Fifth chapter deals with pathological gambling treatment, including brief description of each treatment method. To supplement the gathered information, interviews with former pathological gambler and dr. Karel Nešpor, addiction treatment specialist, are included in this work. Legal regulation of lotteries and other similar games The thesis deals with legal regulation of lotteries and other similar games not limited in the legal system of Czech Republic, but also from the perspective of European law. The main objective of this work is to analyze the legal provisions of the Act No. 202/1990 Coll., on the Lotteries and other similar games. It is a valid law, the basis adjustments operation of lotteries and other similar games in our country. The thesis is divided into the three chapters. The first chapter is subdivided into two major parts. The first part deals with the legal regulation of the lotteries and other similar games in the Czech legal order and the second part is focused on the legislation of this part of industry in the European legal order. The first part begins with a brief overview into the history of the gambling. Consequently I analyze the private law regulation with a focus on key provisions of the Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code. This thesis is pointed to a modular development of hazard game system. There is one main module in this system, it services gamers database and user accounts. Every game in this system is module pair; first it is game server, it realizes the game, and second client application, it has user interface for this game. Every network communications are realized using my own multi platform network library TCP_Network, and using network protocol for every server.

The subject of thesis is to create analyze of the decision-making process of consumers in terms of risk. Readers provide information on ways to eliminate the risk and about which groups of people are seeking risk and how to behave with them. The work include proposals for best practice in selecting insurance and study which focus on players of gambling games.
