Belt conveyor for transport of food corn

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design construction of the belt conveyor for transport of food corn in to the axial distance of dune 24 metres and diference of height 6 metres and transport output of 150 000 kilogram per hour. Thesis contains a brief description of the basic components of the conveyor, section calculation according to the norm CSN ISO 5048, identifying the main dimensions, design the drive and tension system of the conveyor and strength calculation of the driven drum. Thesis also includes the calculation of lifetime control of the powered drum bearings and threaded rod for buckling. Finally, it analyzed the characteristics of the transported material. Thesis is accompanied by the required documentation.
Belt conveyor for transport of brick chippings

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a sloped conveyor belt to transport the crushed brick. Entered parameters are the transporting length 65 m, height 12 m and transporting kapacity 125 t/hr. The thesis includes functional calculation conveyor belt, design tensioning station, design spring tension, the calculation of the drum shaft and design tensioning rod.

The general summary and division of belt conveyors are described at the beginning of the Bachelor thesis. The next part of bachelor thesis deals with constructive solution of belt conveyor and description of its constituent elements. Computational part includes functional calculation, determination of main parameters, suggestion of drive and calculation of solidity of driveshaft.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design portable belt conveyor for aggregate of given parameters. The introduction contains classification of conveying machines and devices. Further chapters are dealing with the actual design of the conveyor, functional description of individual parts, selection of components, and functional calculation according to ISO 5048 standard. The final chapter specifies maximum weight delivery and overall review of the machine. The work is suplemented by mechanical drawings.
Belt conveyor for quartz sand

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a belt conveyor according to the assigned parameters: conveyed material, conveyor capacity, axial distance between the drums at both ends and height difference. On the basis of these parameters a functional calculation is conducted in accordance with the standard ČSN ISO 5048. The main dimensions of the conveyor were determined as well as suitable components further described in the thesis. All necessary parts were designed. The thesis also includes strength calculation of drive shaft, calculation of bearing durability used for the drive shaft and calculation of safety factor in relation to limit state of bolt strut stability of tension mechanism. The conclusion part is focused on the evaluation of the designed conveyor when used for materials of different grain size and humidity. Required designed drawings are annexed.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design solution of a belt conveyor for the transport of wood chips or wood bricks at the angle of 45 degrees with a capacity of 10,000 kgh-1, length of 4 meters, height adjustment and folding option for transport purposes. The thesis contains a research and a functional calculation of the belt conveyor according to ČSN ISO 5048 standard. Individual parameters and construction elements are proposed together with the drive and the tensioning systems. Stiffness calculations are performed for the tensioning mechanism, the driving drum and the main frame of the belt conveyor. The thesis also contains all related technical drawings.
Belt conveyor for recycle aggregate

The aim of this bachelor work is to make functional calculations, determining the main dimensions, design of the drive, drawing of the conveyor assembly and tension frame weldment assembly station. The conveyor is designed for transport of recycled aggregates in oblique direction. The challenge is to find a design solution for the axial distance 39 m, height difference of 7.5 m and transport capacity 65,000 kg·h-1. The work includes basic division, description of the main parts, the choice of structural components, functional calculations according to ČSN ISO 5048 conveyor belt. Further strength calculation casing, shaft pulley and calculate of the compression spring tensioning station. The work is also accompanied by drawings.

This bachelor thesis deals with the functional calculation of adjustable belt conveyor according to ISO 5048 with the required transport capacity 210 000 kg.h-1, axial distance 260 m and height difference 26 m. It includes analysis of the transported material, which is brown coal, including the list of alternative materials. The thesis also proposes designs of the conveyor frame for the required parameters.

The principle of this thesis is to design and calculation of belt conveyor for transport of crushed limestone with the capacity of 47,000 kg per hour, a height difference of 5,3 meters and 21,7 meters axial distance. The thesis includes a brief description of the main parts of the belt conveyor, the functional calculations according to standard ČSN ISO 5048, the determination of the main dimensions, the design of the drive and conveyor belt tensioning device. It is also performed stress analysis of selected parts of the conveyor belt, and analysis of the characteristics of the conveyed material. The thesis is accompanied by all the necessary technical drawings.
