Entrepreneurial Project as a Base for Achieving Support

First chapter is defining main object and methods of elaboration. Second chapter is aimed at theoretical material, on which next following practical part have been worked out. This thirt part is split into three sections, one of them is small and medium company, another is support for small and medium companies and the last one is specification of entrepreneurial project. This part is devided into six segments, the first is introductory study, the second is marketing study, the third is financial study, the fourth is technical study, the fifth is human resources study and the last one is hypothese about success of this study. All these studies were used as a key material for last part entrepreneurial project for getting subvention from Ceskomoravska zarucni a rozvojova banka.
Small Business Support in the Czech Republic

The objective of the master´s thesis „Small business support in the Czech republic“ is to carry out analysis of current system of Small business based on a created scope of knowledge necessary for orientation in the respective topic, find deficiencies and suggest innovations. The first part is focused on history, on small and medium enterprise terms definition and the evolution of small business in the Czech Republic in the years 2000 - 2007. The second part is attended to analysis of particular support programs and pointed out on its benefits and disadvantages. In the following part was done the interview, which was intended to find out small and medium-sized entrepreneurs opinion on present situation in entrepreneurial subjects support system. I compared the results with interview investigation carried out in 2006. Final part contains suggestions and recommendations, which could lead to improvement in small entrepreneurs supporting in the Czech Republic.

This bachelor thesis deals with the internationalization of medium-sized and small enterprises. It focuses on those enterprise characteristics that have direct impact on whether or not the enterprise will succeed in the process of internationalization. The thesis also mentions specific internationalization barriers that small and medium enterprises have to deal with. Because of their importance to the national economy, many state and EU funded support programmes have been developed. This thesis aims to provide a summary of the state and EU funded support system which is in place in the Czech Republic. The thesis analyses support programmes and services that are provided to small and medium enterprises with relation to their internationalization.

A comparison of enterprise conditions in the CR and RF

For my thesis I have chosen a topical issue: A comparison of enterprise conditions in the CR and RF, because I have noticed growing cooperation between the Czech Republic and Russian Federation in recent years. The aim of this study is the evaluation and comparison of enterprise conditions for Czech businessmen who would like to enter the Russian market. In my thesis I analyze affecting the Czech businessmen expanding into Russia: Characteristics of the Russian market, trade and economic cooperation, forms of support for Czech businessmen, form of expansion into foreign markets and comparison of legal forms of business. The crucial section of my study is a research among Czech businessman who operate in the Czech and Russian market at the same time, therefore they can objectively compare the conditions in both markets. I came to the conclusion that entering into the Russian market is a lengthy and difficult process. However, after overcoming the initial barriers, a huge market with great potential and many possibilities for further progress is opened for the Czech businessmen.
