The aim of this work is the proposal inclined conveyor belt for transporting the aggregate maximum grain size up to 150mm. Functionalcalculation is made according to ISO 5048 Belt conveyor supportingrollers. The report contains a brief description of the function, use anddesign of the conveyor and its affiliates. On the basis of specifieddimensions is processed transporter function calculation, a simplifieddesign and conveyor tensioning devices. The work is accompanied bydrawings stretching equipment and conveyor assemblies.
Belt conveyor for transport of food corn

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design construction of the belt conveyor for transport of food corn in to the axial distance of dune 24 metres and diference of height 6 metres and transport output of 150 000 kilogram per hour. Thesis contains a brief description of the basic components of the conveyor, section calculation according to the norm CSN ISO 5048, identifying the main dimensions, design the drive and tension system of the conveyor and strength calculation of the driven drum. Thesis also includes the calculation of lifetime control of the powered drum bearings and threaded rod for buckling. Finally, it analyzed the characteristics of the transported material. Thesis is accompanied by the required documentation.

The thesis is focused on proposal of automatic transport feeder that can be used for injection moulding machines. It is concerned with conveyor belt, gravitational roller line and lift. Proposal of construction of automatic transport feeder, calculation of drive for conveyor belt and driven line is contained in this thesis. There is calculation of driveshaft, proposal of spring and calculation of bearing lifetime. Angle of conveyor of gravimetric roller line and speed at the end are calculated. Calculation of proposal of drive for lift and proposal of drive roller line on the lift is here. This thesis contains senzor, operation and steering, safety protection of feeder. There are applicability of robotic workplace and economic calculation at the end of thesis.

This Bachelor thesis deals with suggestion of stationary inclined belt conveyor for transportation of crushed aggregate with desired output 130 tons per hour. The general summary and division of belt conveyors are described at the beginning of the Bachelor thesis. The next part of bachelor thesis deals with constructive solution of belt conveyor and description of its constituent elements. Computational part includes functional calculation, determination of main parameters, suggestion of drive and calculation of solidity of driveshaft.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design portable belt conveyor for aggregate of given parameters. The introduction contains classification of conveying machines and devices. Further chapters are dealing with the actual design of the conveyor, functional description of individual parts, selection of components, and functional calculation according to ISO 5048 standard. The final chapter specifies maximum weight delivery and overall review of the machine. The work is suplemented by mechanical drawings.
Belt conveyor for quartz sand

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a belt conveyor according to the assigned parameters: conveyed material, conveyor capacity, axial distance between the drums at both ends and height difference. On the basis of these parameters a functional calculation is conducted in accordance with the standard ČSN ISO 5048. The main dimensions of the conveyor were determined as well as suitable components further described in the thesis. All necessary parts were designed. The thesis also includes strength calculation of drive shaft, calculation of bearing durability used for the drive shaft and calculation of safety factor in relation to limit state of bolt strut stability of tension mechanism. The conclusion part is focused on the evaluation of the designed conveyor when used for materials of different grain size and humidity. Required designed drawings are annexed.

The thesis aims at a functional calculation of a belt conveyor as well as its construction. The object of this work is to prepare drawings and analysis of transported materials. Moreover, it deals with construction of components, e.g. a tensioning device and truss construction of a belt conveyor being the most important. A 3D model has been created in Autodesk Inventor.
Belt conveyor for recycle aggregate

The aim of this bachelor work is to make functional calculations, determining the main dimensions, design of the drive, drawing of the conveyor assembly and tension frame weldment assembly station. The conveyor is designed for transport of recycled aggregates in oblique direction. The challenge is to find a design solution for the axial distance 39 m, height difference of 7.5 m and transport capacity 65,000 kg·h-1. The work includes basic division, description of the main parts, the choice of structural components, functional calculations according to ČSN ISO 5048 conveyor belt. Further strength calculation casing, shaft pulley and calculate of the compression spring tensioning station. The work is also accompanied by drawings.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with an issue of a belt conveyor for transportation of dry sand. The aim of this thesis is to design a constructional solution of belt conveyor for specific technical parameters, which are transport power of 100,000 kg per hour, the high difference of 5 m and the axial distance between pulleys of 40 m. The thesis includes a short description of the belt conveyor and its main parts, functional calculation according to the current norm ČSN 5048 and the selection of the constructional components provided by the company’s catalogues. Designs of tensioning device, drive of the conveyor and strength calculations of selected parts are also included in this thesis. Finally, the thesis is extended by the required technical drawings.
